Le big Matt burger

Roni Supreme: red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, calabrian chili Le Matt Burger-1/2 lb double-stack beef patties, american cheese, sammy sauce, greens & pickles, served with side of waffle fries Cheesy Garlic Bread with parsley pesto and spicy tomato dipping sauce The pizza was yummy and the regular size can feed 2 people. Detroit style pizza is chewy, light and airy a little similar to focaccia but with a caramelized crispy edge. Cheese then meat then topped with sauce. I like the slight heat from the Calabrian chili. The cheese sticks were yummy and I loved the dipping sauce. The burger literally melts in your mouth. It was juicy and tender and the pretzel bun gave it the perfect touch. The burger was served with a huge portion of waffle fries. They have ample seatings and several locations. They also have lunch specials and happy hour.Thank you Shay for your customer service service

Whoever prepared my salad for delivery today, I hope you read this review. I got a brown rotten salad, no anchovies, no cheese, just rotten leaves and dressing. The salad I received looks nothing like what's posted on DoorDash, I threw it straight in the trash. You literally served me garbage in a box. I added fried chicken to my vodka pizza and it was black, tasteless and dry. I gave two stars on this review because the colony pizza was good even though the pepperoni wasn't baked into the pizza, it was sprinkled on top. It was good nonetheless but everything else was disappointing and it shows that there's no quality control. Whoever was in the kitchen today either doesn't care about delivery orders or doesn't care to do a decent job, probably a combination of both. I won't order from here again.

Our experience at Emmy Squared Pizza, a childhood friend and I was stellar. We both enjoyed our dining experience. We chose the wings, Caesar salad, and MVP pizza along with two glasses of Reisling. The wings which were jumbo wings covered with sriracha crystal glaze, peanuts , and cilantro with ranch dress were okay. Although, they were a little flavorful outside, the inside lacked in flavor. The Caesar salad was the star of this dining experience. It was served with anchovy filets but we asked our server Ivan to remove them. Salad was so delicious. The MVP sicilian pizza was delicious as well. It is made with house made vodka sauce, red sauce, parsley pesto, and a sesame seed crust. It was simply amazing. Service was top notch by our server and the bartender. Restaurant is beautiful.

Had a nice dinner at Emmy Squares! The service was great they had one waiter working but it felt like we had a full staff. Started with the mozzarella sticks full of cheese with a tasty marinara sauce. For the pizza we orders three for two people. Honestly we would have been good with two pizzas. The pizzas are thick and filling. The big Hawaiian was my favorite, it was quite sweet due to the spicy honey and the pineapple

If you have kids this is the place to be on weekend. I came here for a friends birthday brunch and the spot was packed with little kids and strollers. Honestly really nice to see that it's so kid friendly but it might just be the neighborhood. Their Detroit style pizza has great flavors, especially the crust, but I'm personally more of a fan of NY slice. We shared a Caesar salad, the colony and vodka. Between the 6 of us we devoured everything. Overall tasty food and good service.

MVP, soooo good!

First, I want to say that everyone in my family LOVED the two pies we ordered last night, the MVP and a pepperoni concoction. They were like grandma pies on crack. They were also between room temperature and cold when they arrived. We asked for paper plates but they don't have any. It was our once a week order/no dishes to clean up night. I understand the waste of paper plates, but sometime you just want to go rogue. They were out of salads except for one, a Caesar salad, which no one in my family likes. The pizza are small and expensive. With all the fault I found, listed above, will I order again? Yep, because it was worth it! Soooo delicious, with all the mouth feels and taste sensations of a heavenly pie.

Mozzarella sticks with signature red sauce.

Went in here on a rainy Saturday afternoon and had the best experience! Our server Ivan made our day a memorable one that will get us back here when the weather is a bit nicer, and they have the garage windows down. Ivan was super attentive, kind, and treated us with with fantastic hospitality. To start we had the wings and initially were going to get the Sriracha Crystal sauce, but we mentioned how we like to try lots of choices when we go out, so Ivan recommended we do half that and half pineapple chili and loved it! It gave us spicy for one and sweet for the other, so it was a nice balance. We also tried the mozzarella sticks and enjoyed those. The cheese was tasty and I think possibly a blend of different cheeses, but definitely glad we got the wings. It was missing that classic mozzarella stick cheese pull you want when you order! We had a wow moment from Ivan when we mentioned we were on a date night, which we haven't been able to do in a while, and he came back over a couple minutes later and offered some Prosecco to celebrate! It was a fantastic touch that made us feel listened to and relaxed made our experience extra special. For entrees I got the most delicious burger I've ever had in my life. Le Big Matt Burger is something I'll be dreaming about all week. I love pretzel buns, so that was what sold me initially, but the burger itself was juicy, two beef patties, topped with white American cheese, a little bit of lettuce, sweet pickles, and their glorious Sammy sauce. I got extra to dunk in and was in burger heaven. It was served with lightly seasoned waffle fries, which are my favorite cut and relatively hard to find from my experience. My partner got their spicy chicken sandwich, which were two breaded chicken patties (you can substitute grilled chicken), topped with radish, sweet pickles, a little bit of lettuce, and what I think tasted like a delicious Asian style sauce, possibly Gochujang like the wings from another Brooklyn location? Not sure what exactly it was, but it was also absolutely delicious. We're all about sauces, and Emmy Squared does it right. We finished with their warm triple chocolate brownie skillet with vanilla ice cream, and had a hard time not finishing it, because we were so full. It was decadent, rich, and who doesn't love a hot/cold, chocolate/vanilla combo! Overall, we had a wonderful date and Ivan went above and beyond with his kind demeanor, attentiveness, recommendations, and kind personality. We will be back not only for the tasty food (and sauces), but our server made it a memorable one. Thank you for such a wonderful dinner!

Let's start with the good - the service and ambiance were on point. I went on a Sunday evening around 7pm. It was busy inside, but since I was a solo diner I was seated immediately by the bar. The servers were friendly and attentive. Probably 3-4 different people checked in multiple times throughout the meal. Where I struggle is with the actual burger itself. As a non-resident New Yorker, for me $22.50 is a lot to spend on a burger and fries. It needs to rock my world at that price point. And it just didn't. I got the B&B Burger. The onion ring tasted like it had been refried a second time to make my burger. The bread was crumbly like it was on the verge of going stale. The actual beef patty itself was decent - good flavor. Usually I can overlook an okay burger if the fries are top notch, but these fries were under-seasoned and also 'just okay'. I also got a side of Chicken Tenders. These were good - no complaints here. I really wanted to like this spot, but not sure this would be a return visit for me.

Friendly waitress greeted us and sat us immediately. Menu's came out and they recommended a pizza and burger. We agreed and ordered. Place started to pick up and get busy immediately after we ordered. Food came out pretty quickly. We each had a burger. Not a lot of options on the menu but we all tried the emily burger. It was worth it. Think, juicy and with an amazingly unique taste. The ingredients were high quality, the burger cooked to perfection. The table also split the modern pizza (I think). Not sure what to expect from this one but turns out it was perfect, unique and delicious. The cheese taste really shined through. Overall, we were super happy with the food here. I ordered: * Truffle Maker ($11.59) * Truffle Parmesan Fries ($6.50) * Chicken Bites with BBQ sauce ($8.05) * Large Yuzu Honey Lemonade ($4.00) Truffle maker was pretty good and I was glad I was able to remove the caramelized onions and truffle aioli (I'm picky). The bun is soft and sweet and the burger has a good amount of sautéed mushrooms. Truffle Parmesan fries were pretty standard, but still very good. Yuzu honey lemonade has bits of citrus at the bottom of the drink and it was refreshing. I saved the chicken bites hours later and it was still pretty crispy after being microwave. Texture was reminiscent of Taiwanese popcorn chicken, nicely seasoned. Overall had a pleasant experience, I definitely want to return and try the rest of their menu.

Not all restaurants have restrooms that are made available to customers. That is an A+ in my book. Food 10/10 I ordered Hous Burger (hold the onions. Don't at me) it was pretty good. The taste of their burgers is different from most of the burger places I have tried before. I have also ordered Yuzu Honey Lemonade. I was trying to taste the honey in the lemonade. I guess I was expecting too much. The drink was refreshing. I may try the Matcha Yuzu Lemonade next. I met a gentleman who goes by the name Ten P aka 10pushups on IG. He recommended that I try his cola shake. That is what I got, plus the whipped cream. I was honestly looking for the taste of Coca-Cola because Cola is in the name. Regardless of what I expected, the shake was pretty good. I am not a shake person, so when he asked me to try it, I made an exception. Overall: I plan on coming back to Bun Haus. This was good eats.

Tasteful decor, everything is bustling, and folks seem genuinely nice. I was hyped for the double cheeseburger I've read about, but came away disappointed. I'm so bummed because I wanted to be part of the cool kids club who hails the burger as one of NY's best. I very badly wanted to like it, so I felt more disappointed in myself than the restaurant. I found it very salty, so much so that I couldn't finish it. Perhaps it was the egg I added, or maybe my order was a one off, if the person who prepared it had a heavier hand. So take my opinion with a grain of salt (but not the burger, it has plenty). I'm definitely the minority here.
