NOT TRUTHFUL WITH ME - BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE…read more Unfortunately, I had rated them five stars...until I left after several months. I had been out of the country and, after a long drive home, got home from the airport at 2:00 in the morning. I called Anchor's Office Manager and said, "I know today is the last day of the month, but can you pro-rate me one day so I can come in this weekend?" He said they don't pro-rate charges, but for just one day, they wouldn't charge me if I vacated first thing in the morning. I DID...AND A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER I LEFT, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL MONTH ANYWAY. Had I known they were going to be untruthful, I would have left the car there for the month! Instead, I paid a full month's rent for a vacant spot that they rented out. I asked the Office Manager to email his supervisor's contact information to me, which he agreed to, but never did. THIS LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. This was a very bad customer experience.

But then -- maybe two-or-so years ago -- something changed for the worse. I asked for services with an explicit matter for attention and that matter wasn't taken care of. Common things like a shuttle ride home became a somewhat nasty confrontation. The promise of a date to get my RV turned out to have never been passed on to the boss, by an employee who was no longer there. Etc. I decided to sell my RV and ended my contract with Admiral. This was mid-month, and I was assured I'd receive a prorated refund. It took 2-1/2 months, 5 phone calls, and the threat to go public on local and social media before I finally received this refund. I don't know what has happened here. This used to be a wonderful business. But not any more. I can no longer recommend them.

Its a lot for me just to shower ( which I need help) and to make Drs apts. I can't do anything really except sit at home . My thinking is kinda messed up right now and a lot of things are hard for me . Every time one of my storage units are due , both Lani and Kathy call me to remind me. They also ask if I want them to use my card on file to pay it for me. it very helpful to me . I've never had such great customer service from a companes employee . Its nice when I get that message from either one of them because it's not just a reminder message they also ask how I'm doing. I haven't been around people in awhile so it means a lot to me . They don't have to do all the things they do for me and other customers , it's just how kindhearted they are . When I use to go in to pay either one of my storage units . They would also ask how that person was doing and if anything else they could do . You could see the bond they had with each person. When I was waiting and costumer were leaving or waiting like me . Customers were always saying they appreciated me and other customers for waiting and how these girls actually care . I've heard that so many times . Lani and kathi want their store to have great customer service. They don't do it for just for that reason . They both do it out of the kindness of their hearts.
