I ordered crispy chicken wings and a shrimp po boy and it was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant

Typical of old MSY, at 6:30pm out of fried oysters, boudin balls, and shrimp n grits. Service slow and inattentive read more

Emeril’s Table - Menu - Seafood Near Me - Kenner, Louisiana

Wouldn't know on food as we left in frustration due to the terrible service. Sign says 'wait to be seated by host'. After many minutes standing and being ignored, I go ask someone sweeping if they were the host, the response I get is 'we don't have a host.' When I ask what we do, she says,'a waitress may be able to help or we can try and find an empty seat'. I ask someone gathering food if we can get help and she says she'll try and clear a table. They are clearly understaffed and the staff employed could care less. Better places to spend your money and received great service with immediate acknowledgement at Leah's Kitchen. read more

Fast and flavorful food. Our server Desirane (I'm sure I misspelled her beautiful name) but she was fantastic and on top of her game. Great choice while flying out from NOLA. read more

Are you kidding me? This place was amazing! The seafood platter all fresh prepared and same w the pizza! The people in the kitchen and servers were all so incredibly awesome! Emeril these folks need a raise read more

I'm always hesitant about what I'm getting at an airport restaurant but my lunch was excellent. I got the Catfish Po' Boy, it was piping hot, fries were crispy. The Cajun Mayo had a nice kick and was fresh. The pickles also tasted homemade. I'd definitely eat here again read more

If you love chicken wings don't get these. They come breaded which Isn't my favorite but I figured I'd try some anyways. I expected the breading to be something amazing with maybe a great dipping sauces. NOPE ranch and a couple of packets of hot sauce if you ask for it and the breading was nothing special. Either Emril has it on the menu to check a box or they didn't do it right at this location. My guess is a little of both because it was to far gone. read more

Rude!!!! Can't verbally order drinks from a bartender? Have to use the QR code? Wow, the device industry has changed! Sorry to bother you!.

I wish I could give them a zero. The WORST customer service experience. The hostess is unprofessional and has the worst attitude. I travel a lot, and never experienced such unprofessional behavior. When I complained to the manager, he did absolutely NOTHING! By the way, two other employees heard how rude she was to me, and they were chocked. I plan to take this all the way to their corporate office. Someone needs to get fired. read more

We just sat at the bar for about 20 minutes without being served. The bartender was throwing a tantrum at the manager for not having the assistance he needed. There weren't even that many patrons waiting. He slammed a bar tap and sent it flying onto the ground. Very immature and unprofessional. We left before we were served. read more

I believe the staff pride themselves on how rude they can be. I'm not sure they really even want to serve anyone because they all act like the customers are a bother to them. Not to mention you have to pay AND TIP before the food ever comes. Entre staff were complete a$$holes! read more

What a disappointment this was for me. I am in New Orleans airport, why not try this place. I had a couple issues with this restaurant. First the whole ordering process is so impersonal, the server points to a qr code on the table and says scan it and place your order on your phone. The lunch menu was incredibly limited and even more frustrating there was no decent description of the item. You place your order on your phone and a runner brings it to you, then you pay your bill on your phone. I felt like my server looked at me as an inconvenience for being there we spent so little time conversing ( most of it was me asking for utensils and a napkin). The second and most disappointing issue was the food. The French fries were good, but the shrimp po boy was the worst I have ever tasted. I didn't finish it because the shrimp just tasted terrible. Lesson learned about famous name restaurants. read more

Bar service marginal- food delivered w out utensils tried waving down someone waved money in air finally waved both hands and was mocked for doing this food is cold at this point- im a good tipper but not this time!! read more

My wife and I ate at Emeril's table March 7, 2020. We thought it would great like the other restaurants with his name on it. The service was Terrible. We ordered a burger to split. We ordered done, not red. It was cold red in the center, we sent back and the next was good, the server was very unhelpful, we had to get salt and pepper from another table. We will Never eat there ever again. Sorry that Emeril's would have his name on something like this. After getting home with wife sent a email to Emeril's consumer address, and no response at all, very disappointing that Emeril runs a business like this! It doesn't even deserve a 1 read more

Extremely poorly run at an airport. The hosted informed us that they couldn't seat us because they were shifting from breakfast to lunch service-- we would have to wait 10 minutes for a table. She came back to let us know that it would now be 20 minutes because there are still 10 breakfast tickets pending. If she seated us now, the servers would be upset because they would not be able to wait on us. Who is running this place??? Complete disaster. Isn't the point of an airport food establishment is to get patrons in and out to make their flights? How about any food service location to serve customers and not turn them away? What a joke read more

Shockingly terrible. Their COVID "limited menu" in June of 2021 was worse food than you get at a movie theater concession stand.

Don't eat at Emeril's at the Nola airport. The service was friendly but ... the menu app which you are supposed to use to order minimally explains the menu choices. But the food....the jambalaya tasted like chef boy are dee (sp). No spice, weird pasta. And I don't like to order a glass of wine that is served less than 4 oz. Anyway, skip it at this location. read more

We ordered. My husband and son were served their food. I was told nothing. Waitress walked by and I asked about my food. Was told "they thought they were out of it but have it and it will be right out". My husband and son finished their food and our flight was boarding in 15 mins. Still no food. Food was served 30 mins after other orders and were ridiculously hot - wings and you couldn't pick them up or eat right away. I paid when I ordered and tipped so the waitress had no reason to bother with us. I won't make that mistake again. Eat elsewhere - not worth the money or the aggravation. They weren't even apologetic, just condescending. read more

My Wife and I we're looking for a quick bite to eat before we took our flight back to Pittsburgh and decided to check yelp and the review only had 1.5 stars so we decided to check it out for ourselves. We had the Muffeletta Pizza and it was pretty good. We also had the Shrimp Poboy and it was good as well! I dont know how it got such a low rating but I give it 4 stars. #GoSteelers! read more

Stood at the to go counter for about 10 minutes. Many employees walked right by without saying anything. Two said we will be right with you. Finally just walked away. read more

We had the pepperoni pizza and I thought it was really good. The cooks which you can see threw the window are professional and precise. They seemed short staffed but the waitress and hostess are running their asses off so don't be a dick. read more

Trust the reviews. Worst po boy ive had, cold shrimp, stale bread and for $20 and with Emeril's name on it? Eat elsewhere.

Food was safe and pretty good. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because hubby wanted a shrimp poboy and asked for hot sauce with it and server said they were "out of hot sauce". How does an Emerils restaurant in New Orleans run out of hot sauce?! Manager needs to learn what petty cash means and go to the store and get some! As we were leaving and walking through terminal, we passed a gift shop with about 50 bottles of hot sauce for sale on its shelves. Hospitality people- nola is known for it, but that was just lazy. read more

I was really excited to see Emeril's Table at the airport as I love Emeril's restaurants especially his banana cream pie. I scurried in for a bite before my flight and ended up wishing I had read the reviews first. I waited a good 5-10 minutes for a waitress and finally flagged someone down who had to go ask someone else if she could take the table. She came back and said she could so I ordered a glass of Emeril's chardonnay and the roast duck pizza. After a few minutes she came back to say they were out of the wine and that I would need to pick something else. The pizza was pretty good albeit a bit greasy. You might thing the grease came from the duck but it seemed to be more from the cheese than the duck. When she came back to see if she wanted anything else and I asked for the dessert menu in hopes that they had the banana cream pie. Much to my surprise, not only did they not have my pie but they didn't have any desserts are all. The waitress said many people ask but they've never offered any. This restaurant may have Emeril's name on it but you wouldn't know it from the experience. I didn't expect fine dining at the airport but I definitely expected it to be better than it was. read more

The food is not that good and way overpriced. When I asked for a refund i could here some of the employees talking about me. And I keep getting miss gendered. The only reason I am giving the more than one star is because The bartender was really really nice. read more

Okay, all we ordered was the cheese pizza, but it was the worst pizza we have ever had. I don't know what the quality of the other selections may be, but this pizza was so overloaded with salt it was nearly inedible. We thought at first that perhaps it was just the cheese adding all the salt, but the crust was twice as salty. Can't wait to check my blood pressure this evening, and watch my ankles swell! On a positive note, the beer was good :-) read more

Didn't get to taste the food. Waited 20 minutes and never saw a server. Plenty of open tables (I now see why). Staff just sitting around staring. Don't waste your time here. This place gives Emeril a bad name. read more

Our waitress took a very long time to approach us for the order and then once she took our order it was the last time she came back until I asked a different waitress for a box and our ticket. Food was ok but the service was terrible. read more

Feeling kind of stuck as it was the last restaurant near the gate and the 2.5 star average rating was giving us pause. So glad we tempted fate. We were in fantastic hands with Elizabeth who once she figured out we were interested in the local cuisine quickly and expertly steered us around the menu while adding great drink recommendations like Sazerac whiskey along side the Holy Roller IPA. Between the smoked trout dip, the shrimp remoulade and the pork chop, we were hard pressed to pick our favorite. I came away feeling like I'd experienced NOLA more than all the meals we had in the French Quarter! read more

Good food at airport prices (the cornbread breading on the oysters was excellent) but the service leaves something to be desired. There are no vegan options so when the wife asked for a few simple modifications to the salad the waitress copped something of an attitude which was thankfully temporary. And she collected the tab before we left the table which should never be done. read more

2 stars--one for having very cold beer on tap and the other for our server, who was polite and efficient. But--the food....how Emeril is allowing his name in this is a mystery to me. Ordered a shrimp poboy ($19) while waiting for our flight. We weren't very hungry so we chose to split it. There were 8 total shrimp on not good French bread. The shrimp were fried well but the bread killed it. I expect to pay more for food in an airport, but this was not up to what I would have expected from an Emerils restaurant. Should have read the Yelp reviews first! read more

Great food. AMAZING service. We weren't able to tip the friendly Assistant Mgr working because she was only allowed cash tips and we did not have any cash unfortunately. She definitely deserves a big tip/change in policies so she can be allowed tips! read more

Terrible. Thought this might be a last chance to get some great food before leaving NOLA. Ordered the shrimp and grits for breakfast, $23.79 and a Bloody Mary. The bloody was ok. The grits were not. No flavor. Where's the bam in this place? Never again. read more

fried green tomatoes suck! manager rude! was able to send it back but she was not nice about it.

Sat at the bar, was completely ignored for about 10 minutes. When a bartender walked by, we asked about a gluten free menu, and essentially got an eye roll, and she said "no we don't do that here." She stormed off to ask the kitchen only after we asked if she wouldn't mind asking. She didn't come back for a long while after, so we ended up leaving and walking to another place. Very rude and poor service. read more

I'm a fan of cooking shows and was happy at the chance to eat at Emeril's Table while at the airport. Normally, airport restaurants with top name brands are top quality. I can't eat any onion products due to severe digestive issues 24 hours later. I simply can't digest them. So I tried to take the safe route and ordered biscuits and gravy from the breakfast section of the menu. No onions on biscuits... right? How hard is that? Oops.... The menu shows it is served with scallions. I told the waitress I cannot eat onions therefore please no scallions on my biscuits and gravy. When the dish arrived scallions had obviously been put onto it and then scraped off as there were still a few left mixed in the gravey. She offered to bring me a remake, which I accepted. I asked if there is any other onion that might be in the preparations or seasons ..... seasoning salt with onion, etc. and she said "no" but seemed unsure. So I started to eat even though I was now paranoid. I got over my paranoia because the next greatest disappointment was the quality of the gravy. The biscuits were good but the gravy was more like a thin watery white sauce rather than a thick Southern style breakfast gravy. So I now feel that I've had enough of an opportunity to understand what is on the Emeril's Table menu, and the cooking style.... I'll pass on Emeril's Table in the future both in airports and in the many travels I have with my work. read more

This is our first time to New Orleans. We are really impressed with the airport and were worried since airport food is usually sub par. We went to Emeril's Table by B16. Wings were hot and meaty, Shrimp and Grits were delicious and the burger po-boy was fantastic! They served the best french fries I have ever had. Emeril didn't sell out his name! This place is worthy of a big BAM! read more

Took a while to be seated. Ordered a Michelob Ultra. Server comes back a few minutes later saying they are out of it and asks if I'd like something else. I say sure, bring me a Stella. Server comes back and says they are out of Stella. Order a Coors Light, 3rd time was a charm. Ordered Pineapple Upside Down Cornbread, server comes back to tell me they are out of that as well. It sounded so damn good and I'm disappointed I didn't get to try it. Server was very sweet (not her fault they're outta everything)... the saving grace was the location and there are charging ports everywhere. read more
