I got an order to go. It took a little while but it was worth the wait. I got the crispy boudin balls. They were absolutely delicious! It came with two sauces but I only used the hot pepper jelly. I also got the Ceasar and added shrimp. The cornbread croutons were interesting but not my favorite. I asked to change the dressing to the herb ranch but still got the Parmesan dressing. I think they still need to work out the kinks but I will eat there again. read more

Food was good. However, disappointed in entire dining experience. You scan the table for the menu to order. I ordered a glass of Sauvignon blanc, catfish po boy and side of fries. Placed the order & paid on my phone. Waitress came to table and let me know the wine I ordered was out of stock. It was $18 a glass... selected a Malbec instead.... No idea what the price difference is if any because the menu could not be brought back up due to an error message. Next, my food came out promptly, but the catfish comes with fries... which was not clear when I placed the order... so I ended up with a side of fries that I did not touch. The wine was served to me in a plastic cup. I saw other diners with real wine glasses. It just seems like $53.98 for catfish and glass of wine would come with a better overall experience. Not a fan of the way I ordered, since the wine was listed but not available along with paying for side of fries.... That I did not need. Digital is great, but it does not come with a personal touch that you get from a waiter or waitress. When you here the name, Emeril's Table; I just expect more. read more

The food was terrible. The gumbo was a characterization of 'cajun' food that only tourists might like, because it was over spiced to the point of being inedible. Service was terrible. Had to repeatedly ask for everything. Service clueless when they asked if we wanted a totally uneaten bowl of salt and pepper and roux to go. "no, this gumbo is way over spiced, we couldn't eat it". The waitress picked it up and walked off.....BTW, the table next to us were also complaining about the food being too spicy. This is nothing like the Emeril's restaruants in the City. Emeril is making a huge mistake licensing his name to this restaurant, based on my experience. read more

Ordered breakfast at 7am on a Monday. Place was pretty empty. The omelette took almost 30 minutes and the only reason I got it then was the server "asked " me if I had gotten it already! It came out looking like something from Denny's. Burnt bacon. Cold omelette, plain , dry biscuit. Terrible service and worse food. I wish I could give negative stars. Everyone working looks like they don't want to be here. read more

We just went to Emeril's Table in the B concourse at the New Orleans airport for breakfast. A as First we waited 15 minutes to be seated. Restaurant was half full and one person in front of us. We waited for service 20 minutes. Someone finally took our order. After watching people being served who came to the restaurant after us we decided to leave. My husband finally got his meal but mine was nowhere to be found. Coffee was colored water by the way. I have never walked out of a restaurant before but this was ridiculous. We also asked to talk to a manager but that person could not be found. Don't go there. Find somewhere else Christine read more

Terrible service, never got our catfish Poboy, waited 30 minutes then had to catch our flight. Go somewhere else!

Worst gumbo ever. Boudin balls was fried seasoned rice. They ran out of tuna dip, oysters, and sangria.

This place is a bust in all categories. Food is served in a plastic too go container even if you are eating there and with cheep plastic utensils! I got the red beans and rice and the sausage on top was very small and had very little flavor! read more

The service was great, everything else was truly terrible. I expected more out of a branded outpost. I ordered the Steak Frites and it was the most inedible dish that I have ever ordered. I had one local beer and am sure that the lines at the restaurant need to be cleaned. Save your time and money and eat at any of the other lovely restaurants in the new terminals. read more

Single worst bowl of gumbo I have been served, not just in New Orleans, but anywhere in the USA. It was almost tasteless and required a dumping of LA hot sauce just to have any flavor at all. There's no way a roux came anywhere near this dishwater joke. Almost inedible. Emeril should be ashamed. read more

It's closes at 5 on a Saturday night. Wtf. Should just close the doors Who knows what food tastes like if you can't order it after 5pm. Stupid read more

It took several minutes to flag one of the hostess down who seemed more interested in chatting. To see a customer waiting to order and to choose to continue your conversation instead seems highly unprofessional and bold as well. I ordered the Gumbo Ya-Ya. It's on the menu as a starter so the small size was disappointing but not completely unexpected. It was somewhat flavorful but the lack of sufficient meat (came with a few pieces of chicken and 1-2 little sausage slices) is what really made it an unenjoyable experience. This coupled with having to wait over hour and a half for it. Most likely won't visit again. read more

The ladies at the hostess station seemed a little confused and it took a while to be seated, but I chalk that up to the place being new. Breakfast was great- large portions! read more

Emeril’s Table - Eggs & Toast - Seafood Near Me - Kenner, Louisiana

Second and last time I'll eat here. 1st time wasn't great experience but they just opened so I attributed it to that. This time I ordered breakfast again...eggs and bacon (crispy bacon). Bacon came out undercooked...greasy and fatty. Coffee was cold and it wasn't until I got up to after a long wait and ask for more coffee that I finally got a refill. Servive very poor. I find it had to believe Emeril has his name on this place read more

Just say no! I get it's hard to find staff during these times- and I can be patient. But there is no excuse for poor quality food f I'm the get go! Catfish was the worst I've eaten in Louisiana. Great set up and environment. Servers are nice enough but the ambiance doesn't line up with what you're actually getting. I'm at the airport on the busiest airline morning of the year and I have a simple order eggs with cheese, yogurt, and a mimosa. Mimosa isn't possible bc their full fancy bar is out of champagne. It's 830am. I order water instead. My eggs come out with no cheese. I agree to cheese on the side but of course it's not deliciously melted into my eggs so the whole meal is off. Eggs are scrambled decently but no flavor. I wanted to take my yogurt to-go and after asking i'm told that there are no to-go plastic ware utensils. It's 9am. I just think the planning could have been better considering this is the wednesday before thanksgiving , biggest travel day of the year. read more

I'd give it less if possible. We were asked to wedge in a tiny table between other heavily occupied tables. We asked if we could sit on a more open area and we're told no. After that they kept seating people in the more open area. When the guys next to us left we ask if they could give us the space, as per Covid (less than a foot between us- elbows would touch when eating) and not keep trying to squish people on top of us. The manager on duty was completely rude and dismissive. We moved to a 3 chair open spot, that they never sat anyone in the whole time we were there, and came over again and chewed us out that it was for four people- we could not sit. We asked about moving to the bar to space out and by that time we were so frustrated we asked for all our food to go. That manager and hostess cost our very nice waitress a lot more in tips as we had hours to kill and would have ordered several more drinks at double digit prices. So ate our food out of a box and got more drinks elsewhere. Horrible horrible customer service. That manager is costing the wait staff and business money. So off putting and attitude as we explained how hard it was to even get out of our space with people all over us. I don't want someone's elbow or butt in my face while eating, figured others wouldn't either with allllllll the empty tables around us. ‍ read more

The waitress was nice that is my only solid thing to say and why this is a 2 instead of one. Showed up at 1025 am by the time she took our order at 1030 was informed breakfast stopped at 1030. No gumbo,no red beans and rice missing other items as well. Settled on the burger nothing but meat, cheese, pickles, and sauce for almost 20 bucks. Burger was cooked ok fries are standard Sysco frozen fries. The bloody mary on the other hand was the worst I've had ever only the Tabasco made it where I could force it down. My husband and I were completely unimpressed with this restaurant. We were given a limited menu, but decided we would share a pizza. We were told that they were out of pizza Seriously? That's like two-thirds of the limited menu! So I ordered cat fish fingers and my husband ordered a shrimp poor boy. The cat fish tasted like mud and my husband said the vegetables on his sandwich tasted dirty too. Within about 10 minutes a couple was seated next to us and they ordered a pizza and it was served to them! We asked the waitress about this and she said that after our food was served they got their supply of pizza dough. We totally expected better for a restaurant that carries Emeril's name read more

Laughably bad service, overpriced food. Our waitress brought my husbands food long after I was done with mine. I had to get up and go find her to get ketchup for his fries. I thought that was bad until the woman next to me was served the wrong salad. When she said it wasn't what she ordered and she didn't want it, the waitress told her they were out of the one she ordered and tried to browbeat her into accepting it. Luckily our flight was delayed several hours so we weren't in a hurry. Shame on Emeril for putting his name on this nightmare of a restaurant. read more

Inedible. Manager was super rude. Serving Staff had too many tables at one time. Save yourself 100 bucks and get shake shack after security

Incredibly disappointing. Was seated promptly but asked for coffee and the server said they were out. A restaurant at the airport in New Orleans is out of coffee? Really?? Ordered the gumbo. Gumbo was good but almost too salty. Ordered the pork chop with green beans and cheese grits. Pork chop was fried beyond recognition and tasteless. Green beans were smothered in a molasses based sauce that was way too sweet, and the cheese grits were cold. Service was prompt but food was embarrassingly poor for a restaurant purportedly styled after one of the finest chefs in America. What a hoax. No option to rate at zero stars so I had to settle with one. read more

I rarely post reviews, but I was supremely disappointed in this emeril's restaurant. I understand restaurants at airports are rarely good, but the service here was unbelievably poor. The bartender had to be flagged down multiple times for all orders. She had to be asked by myself and my neighbors multiple times for silverware and napkins. I actually just got up and got my own after waiting 10 mins. The food was lack luster. The pizza was not far away from a frozen pizza. SAD! read more

The service was great but the food was terribly bland. The wings were very crispy but literally had no seasoning. The ranch dressing was more flavorful. The pizza was as generic as pizza can be. I think Emeril would cry if he knew how boring the food was. read more

I am at the airport, in New Orleans. Stood and waited and waited by a sign, that stated please wait for hostess, to be seated, finally, I called to the inattentive bartender, who informed me, that I was standing, in the wrong place. So I take my wheelchair, to the "correct" entrance, and tell them about the signage, and the fact, that I was waiting, in the wrong place. The manager asked me to LEAVE..... For complaining. I am almost 75 years old, with a wheelchair, and he threw me out of the restaurant. I have never, in my 7 decades, been thrown out, of a restaurant. Worst customer service ever. I will never, ever go into another Emeril's. I am a Navy veteran, and I literally know hundreds of veterans, throughout the United States, and going forward, I will tell them, what happened, and ask them to tell their friends, until thousands of veterans, know to not spend any money, in any Emeril's. As soon as I get home, I will post to my FB page, and ask all of my friends, to repost, Don't eat at Emeril's, they are rude, to not just veterans, but old female veterans. Save your money, and eat elsewhere. read more

Keep looking. The only reason this is one star is because there's no option for zero stars. We should have known to go elsewhere when we arrived and there were numerous tables needing bussing. After being seated and having the opportunity to order, it took 15 minutes to get water and coffee and our food arrived before our bloody marys - all of which was ordered at the same time. If you order coffee with cream, don't expect It to be served with anything that's been within miles of any udder. Only shelf-stable, oil-based coffeemate offered here. We were told 25 mins after ordering our drinks were on the way. While the right thing at that point would have been to comp the drinks, at least they were removed from the bill when we cancelled them when they still hadn't arrived after eating 3/4 of our food. The bacon, egg and cheese had nicely cooked eggs, plenty of American cheese, and two pieces of the limpest, scrawny bacon ever to grace a plate. At $12, that's too much for too little. These people have no sense of urgency or acknowledgement that an airport is a place where things need to happen quickly. We were excited for the new terminal and new dining options. Let's hope this is a case of being short handed or just finding their footing. I'm afraid it's more indicative their view of ok. I can't imagine Emeril really wants to have his name associated with anything about this place. It tarnishes an otherwise valued brand. We will be stopping at Shake Shack or Leahs next time. Wherever you eat, don't eat here. read more

This place is so badly managed, Emeril should be ashamed. When we found the entrance...badly marked...the manager looking guy said sit wherever. No distancing guidelines like anywhere else,so it was confusing. We sat at the bar and ordered with one of the bartenders. Well, about a 1/2 hour later we complained...where is our pizza and shrimp n grits. I saw the shrimp n grits sitting over at the food counter for a while. They said the pizza was forgotten, it'll be right out. Next thing, we see the pizza taken to a table by the useless manager looking guy. It took 8 minutes to make that pizza, and we were there for 45 minutes waiting. We said forget it and walked out. Horrible service!!!!! read more

Just okay! Ordered chicken and waffles and it came with a sauce for egg rolls. Asked for syrup and was told this was it! No manager intervened after waiting for almost 30 minutes for the food. I came here reluctantly because I feared it would not live up to the namesake. I ordered the red beans and rice. It was marginal at best. The sausage was not grilled well and the skin was flabby and loose. My biggest issues is the service or lack there of, was exhausting. I had to wave and call the server at the bar (1 of 3) to take a drink order. I then waited and waited although I requested a menu and was ready to order for anyone to come by. I called a server from the other end of the bar who was preparing to leave to take my orders. The server who made my drink strolled over as I was ordering. She brought my marginal food and never returned to check on me. I had to call her back although she spoke to and took orders from the people next to me. I ordered another drink since my flight was delayed again. I doubt I will try this restaurant again although it's is close to the main gates. I am typing this as I am siting here. I will additionally reflect the service in my gratuity. Very disappointed frequent traveler! read more
