If you're looking for a captivating and unique experience, this is it! Even from the pre-planning stages Tommy was fantastic and being able to accommodate us in terms of my food, allergies, and in terms of needing to adjusting the timing of our meal. When you enter your usher into an area to enjoy a glass of Prosecco, and appetizers before the grand entrance into the dinner space. Won't spoil too many of the surprises of what to expect however, it is incredibly fun experience and will get to see the joy of multiple elements of your meals torched in quite a show. I was impressed how the food actually was tasty and was not merely a vessel for entertainment and did well with the pairings. Ultimately family had a great time and we are looking forward to come back! I hope this place is really successful given its proximity to Boca hopefully more people will be able to come and enjoy a unique experience that we otherwise don't have in the area!

Oh my Lord. What an experience! I can write all about it here but I don't think you will fully understand unless you go there. This quaint little restaurant has a dark setting, large 5v screen covering the walls showing either underwater life or scenery from famous cities. There is either mist or some smoke coming down from the ceiling. The experience is surreal. The food selection is creative. I saw ratatouille in there so I decided to try it for the first time. The service was great. We had a large party of 20+ people and for such small place, it was a bit overwhelming, but the staff did their utmost to accommodate us. They have a huge bar that pretty much take half the space. I can easily see myself going back there, especially on special occasions. The entire experience was amazing

Pricey but 1000% worth to to try our at least once! The service and everything was amazing and I really haven't stopped thinking about the tasting tour since I did it a little bit back. My wife and I did the earlier of the two times and when we went in, we were the only ones there and we were able to sit down in the bar area. A few moments later we were brough (cheap but good) champagne and the glasses were never empty before they were filled up again. They also brough over small nibbles that were heavenly. The baked brie was my favorite. When it was time to go into the room for dinner, we were led the way and were allowed to sit where we wanted, around a giant circular table with projections on every wall. The waiter introduced us to what we will be experiencing for the night and the show/food started. Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, and a final place were paired with a very good wine. The octopus was heavenly and seasoned very well. I wish it was bigger because of how good it was. The paella was tasty as well, I do wish there was a little more seafood in it though. The lambchop was the standout dish for me. It was a very nice size piece and was insanely flavorful! The tiramisu was good as well but it tasted like it was something they may have gotten out of a carton. It was good but very forgettable to me. The projection show was really cool as well, giving little information about each country and what they cook/produce, while we ate our food. It was about two hours overall, with our wines never being emptied. The servers were wonderful and the espresso smore martini at the end of the night was one of the best drinks I have had in a long time!

Do not make a reservation here. They are closed and have been closed since Memorial Day. They are no longer in business and building is vacant!

I cannot say enough good things about Elysium!! From the moment, you arrive and walk down the red carpet to enter the restaurant you know this going to be a very cool experience! We loved the vibe! My friend and I ate and drank in the lounge and the food and drinks were phenomenal! We shared the duck and Moroccan lamb entrees. Both our waiter and the owner Tommy, went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience! I have to be gluten free and Tommy had a delicious pear flambé with Gorgonzola prepared for me and it wasn't even on the menu so I could eat a dessert. My friend and I are looking forward to returning and trying the immersive dining experience they offer.

Travel to five countries in Europe- no passport needed. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a glass of champagne, a great way to start off the evening. This unique dining experience takes you on a curated journey through five countries: Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, and Gwith each course paired perfectly with regional wine. Every dish told a story, but two stood out as absolute favorites: the flavorful octopus from Portugal and the rich, perfectly seasoned seafood paella from Spain. Each course was beautifully plated and thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the essence of that country's culinary tradition. The service was warm, attentive, and friendly. This is more than just dinner, it's a sensory escape around the Mediterranean. Picture-perfect and intimate, it's ideal for a date night or any special occasion you want to remember.

I promise you that you can't get THIS immersive experience just anywhere. The ambiance was breathtaking. From the valet, to the hostess and servers- everyone was pleasant and experts of their craft. The recommendations were spot on and we were pleasantly surprised. The meticulous care in presentation of the plate perfectly matched the flavor combinations orchestrated from each continent. Every single thing was performed to a high standard. Thank you for an experience of a lifetime!

Elysium Immersive Dining was truly unlike anything I've ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is sexy, elegant, and filled with incredible aromas. The evening begins in a chic lounge with a glass of champagne and appetizer. I had non-alcoholic prosecco before you're guided into the immersive dining room, where the real journey unfolds. Each course transports you to a different country, enhanced by sights, sounds, and scents that make you feel as though you've traveled the world without ever leaving your seat. Our journey started in Portugal with tender, charred octopus, followed by Spain with a comforting, flavorful paella. In France we enjoyed Coq au Vin fall off-the-bone chicken infused with thyme and lit tableside, filling the room with a mesmerizing aroma. Greece brought perfectly seasoned lamb chops, ignited with rosemary for an intoxicating herbal fragrance. And Italy delivered the best gorgonzola pear pasta I've ever had rich with truffle oil, toasted nuts, cheese and pears striking the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The night ended with a stunning dessert that was as memorable as the courses before it. The dishes are paired with wines, but since I don't drink alcohol, I enjoyed their thoughtful non-alcoholic options. They went above and beyond by creating custom espresso martinis at the end for us served with a little fire show, topped with roasted marshmallow and a cookie crumble rim. The service was outstanding, with the staff and the owner, Tommy, making us feel like royalty. Even the bathrooms were beautifully designed I couldn't resist taking a video in there! This isn't just dinner, it's a luxurious, sensory experience that blends world class food, immersive atmosphere, and captivating storytelling into an unforgettable night.

Get ready to travel to 5 different countries with us for the ultimate date night experience. You start off the night with some prosecco and tiny bites before being taken to this magical room, in this round table, you are able to be shown gorgeous scenes that help you dive into the illusion of being transported to a new world. Like this octopus and chickpea dish served in a chilled nitrogen smoking dish taking us to Portugal paired with of course a vino verde. Now just as anyone Hispanic, it's times for the fire, we are now in Spain with this gorgeous seafood paella. But the fire doesn't stop there because it's time to go to France with their coq au vin, this chicken melted from the bone and PollitoPesc named it his favorite served with a lovely rose wine. I had disagree though, give me a pear and Gorgonzola pasta any day, and well we are suddenly in Italy with this gorgeous red wine. The next fire show came from this brilliant Greek lamb chops which begged to be eaten straight from the bone. Dessert was a tiramisu meets baked Alaska. Now, if that wasn't impressive enough, you finish at the bar with an insane show served with your espresso martini, the perfect way to end the most unique and fun date.

    Paella on Fire

This was an amazing and one of a kind experience. From the moment you enter the doors through the red carpet, you start off your experience at the bar with some hors d'oeuvres. Then we get whisked away into a room and are treated with different wines paired with wonderful dishes. This is a hidden gem and I love to see the thought behind these dishes. Expect to be wowed!!

Absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish top-notch service and atmosphere. I highly recommend it and would easily give it five stars!

The crowd energy was incredible, the acoustics were on point, and the staff kept things moving smoothly all night. Only downside? Parking was definitely a bit of a struggle getting in and especially leaving after the show. Pro tip: arrive early and pack a little patience for the exit traffic. It is an ocean-view king room. This means the room is on the side of the building but still had a great view of the ocean. You enter valet on the northern side of the building. The valet Matt was quick, friendly and helped with my luggage. Valet is $44 a day. There was a short line at the front desk but there were two employees working and it went quick. The $45 resort fee covers chairs and umbrellas on the beach and two complementary drinks. You can pick from a small list of drinks including beer, g&t and wine. They also offer a morning exercise routine. Monday was yoga by the pool. The room was large with a nice modern design, a small couch and side table and a nice balcony with two chairs and a table. There was a coffee maker and fridge but no microwave. We ordered room service and had breakfast out on the balcony one morning. There were games setup in one of the meeting rooms right outside the pool and free popcorn was offered daily. The pool was large with plenty of chairs but people did save seats early in the morning. I went down at 9am and there were about five seats not claimed and only around eight people at the pool. Everyone else started showing up to their saved chairs around 10am. The pool did get less crowded with fewer children as the day went on. By 3pm there were more open chairs available. The beach is right outside the gate. Along with the chairs and umbrellas there is a sand pit with toys for the kids, a tiki bar and volleyball net. The hotel is very clean with modern decor. It is in a very residential area so there aren't any shops or restaurants around to walk too. Everything is about a mile south near the pier. It was the perfect place for rest and relaxation which is exactly what I was looking for.

Housekeeping staff are super kind, and anything we needed arrived quickly! The negative: Don't waste your money! We paid $400+ per night (amenities included, valet separate) and found out the hotel sells $45/day passes to non-guests. We had an issue with our room, and the hotel could not move us because it was full. We were told we'd get 2 chairs, access to the private beach, and 2 welcome drinks. No chairs, all 4 days we were there (party of 8). The welcome drinks were gin, non-ach or wine... Service was extremely slow, the pool was overcrowded, and the staff was so cranky/rude that everyone seemed to dislike their job. For a hotel marketed as a remodeled, luxury spa retreat, this was disappointing and not what we paid for. The icing on the cake was waiting 30m+ to valet our car due to the influx of people coming and going, oh, and having to bring our own luggage up and down due to no carts. Spoke with Ricardo about our entire stay, and he just stared at my husband, then proceeded to say, "Well, when you go to Disney on a holiday weekend, it's going to be busy." Sir... when I go to Disney, I know it's going to be crowded because it's DISNEY. You're a Marriott selling $400+ rooms a night and over-crowding your hotel, causing your guests to not enjoy the amenities you're claiming to provide, then when we say we are unhappy, you don't even bother trying to work with us; you looked annoyed. I wish we read the comments before staying because it seems to be a recurring theme.

DO NOT use this vendor...they're horrible and they ruined our wedding! My blood boils when I even…read morethink of them! We hired Grace and her staff for our beachside wedding. The staff showed up 10min's PRIOR to our scheduled ceremony time! I was frantic & kept calling Grace to find out where her staff was at - a bride should NOT have to do this minutes before being scheduled to walk down the aisle! When the staff arrived, they claimed it was because their last job assignment ran late and they were stuck in traffic. I'm NOT in the business and even I know to plan and allow enough time for something this important! Months before our wedding, we paid extra to rent the bamboo alter. We showed Grace photos of how we wanted the alter decorated (elegant w/ white drapery). Her guys show up & they start stapling palm tree leaves & red flowers. I'm watching from the balcony at our resort from across the street & I'm ready to have a stroke. I'm on my cell calling my family members & having them run down to the beach to tell the guys how they're SUPPOSED to be decorating the alter. Meanwhile, we have 75 guests in the lobby of the resort waiting to cross the walk over to the ceremony site. Turns out, her staff had no idea we had a specific alter decoration request (do these people not communicate over there???) so they tell my family they don't have enough fabric to set the alter up the way we requested. Instead of having the elegant draping effect we requested months ago, they take what little white fabric they found in their truck & wrap it around the alter poles as if it were a candy cane...come on, seriously??? It was SOOOOO TACKY!!! Grace's staff was so unorganized and slow that my brother in law had to help them set up by unloading their 80lb+ speakers...this is my brother in law who's in the wedding and getting all sweaty and gross because he didn't want to delay our ceremony anymore than it had been. Well as if that's not all the worse of it, the wrong song was played when I walked down the aisle!!! Months before the wedding I told Grace I wanted Cannon D for my wedding march...as I approach the ceremony site, they're playing "Here Comes the Brid". Can these people get anything right??? I even reminded Grace of this the night before our wedding during the rehearsal! Everytime I hear Cannon D now I'm practically in tears! As a result of Grace's staff being so late, our ceremony ran nearly an hour past our schedule. We had to rush and take photos with what little light we had left. When we got to our own cocktail hour, the food was cold and dried out from sitting under heating lamps. The same goes for our reception...we were so late that all the food was ruined! I called Grace the day after our wedding in tears and she didn't even apologize for what happened. I asked for a refund and she scoffed at me! I'm in the customer service industry...when I hire someone to deliver goods or services, I expect them to. However, when those services are not delivered as I specifically instructed, then I don't feel compensation is deserved - simple as that. And this isn't a sandwich order somebody screwed up...this is my wedding for crying out loud - I'll never have another wedding day ever again!!! I approached Grace at a later date re this situation and she denied any wrongdoing on her part or her staff's part. Never mind the fact that I have my detailed cell phone bill showing the times I called her (minutes before my scheduled ceremony time), never mind the fact that I have 75 guests as witnesses that the ceremony didn't happen as scheduled and as printed on our ceremony handout and never mind the fact that the entire resort staff witnessed what happened since all of our guests hung out in their lobby and they had to figure out how to keep our food warm since we were running so late. I mean seriously, to accuse me of lying...what, did I pay everyone else to lie too? When you do something wrong, fess up to it - simple as that. I'm a reasonable person...I wouldn't be so upset if she would've admitted to her wrongdoing, issued me a refund along with an apology. Please, whatever you do, do NOT hire this company for your wedding services. My situation was so horrific that even the Atlantic Resort and Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale made it a point to stop referring their guests to use this company...they immediately cut all ties with A Seaside Wedding after my unfortunate situation. Need I say more???

Like many women's clubs in Florida, the Hollywood Women's Club was founded in 1922 during the Florida Land Boom years. In the 1920's women's clubs were formed to give back to the community. They became a way for women to get out of the house and assert their independence. They allowed women to get involved in politics and launched the women's rights movement. The Hollywood Women's Club predated the founding of the city and in 1924 they joined the General Federation of Women's Clubs. The first club members were the wives of officers in the J.W. Young Organization which was the development company building Hollywood. They met in the first clubhouse that was built on land donated by the founder of Hollywood, Joseph W. Young in 1927. Early club projects included donating hundreds of books to the first public library, holding tag sales to pay for health screenings for children, giving migrating farmers assistance with housing and welfare, getting the Miami Telephone Co. to bring the first telephone line to town, and collecting $12,000 during a war bonds drive. Today the club supports literacy programs, funds a youth scholarship, participates in the Hollywood Historical Society, supports the neighborhood crime watch, and provides financial aid to many state charities through the General Federation of Women's Clubs. The original plans for the clubhouse included an ornate Mediterranean Revival style. After the collapse of the land boom due to the Great Depression and several hurricanes the design was scaled back to a more affordable $25,000 Classical Revival style building in 1927. The building was listed as a a local historical landmark in 1985, and added to the National Register of Historic Place in 1995. Between 2012 and 2014 money was raised by the club and added to a grant to prevent the clubhouse from sinking into the sand. Other cosmetic work was also completed on this charming historical building. In 2022 the Hollywood Women's Club celebrated their 100th anniversary. During this time further electrical improvements and upgrades to the kitchen were made. Today the clubhouse is available to be rented for private events. The 1,200 square foot main event room has hardwood floors and a grand piano and can accommodate 60 people. There is also a catering kitchen.
