I started off good with Ralph the owner seemed like a good guy wanting to work with me and the system itself appears to be working . The main issue was his follow through once he got paid. I had a balance due which I was going to pay once he resolved an issue with the pool and spa light which he provided an update and agreed to his response. I then had issues with my jacuzzi the water level kept emptying. He said it's a simple fix I'll take care of it he changed out a $30 part he did not charge me for. He said let me know if it works to see what can be done. I told him the following day it didn't he then started to say not sure what to say it was low before we stated. He then sent me pictures to show it was already existing. None of this was said before he agreed to the job and which I assume he would let me know and put in writing if it was existing. I was surprised to his response and said ok, I then told him the water level was low however not empty. His response was to continue to send pictures to try to prove he has nothing to do with it. I told him not blaming you just need it fixed and a solution. I even sent him an easy fixes on YouTube to hope he would offer to check it to stand behind his work. His response was another picture of my jacuzzi saying you have cracks in the plaster you should fix that try to call someone that does plaster repair. I explained never had that issue before and just want it resolved. I thanked him hoping again he would stand behind his self states customer satisfaction that he says. I asked for my final receipt showing paid in full he then sent me a text with receipt and I asked him for an email of it and have not heard from him since. Again started off good the pool equipment itself looks fine just hard to understand how someone will not come and check work related to what they were working on. Again this was not a cheap investment. Not satisfied would not recommend. Hope He sees this and rethinks and at least offers to properly check the system. read more

This is possibly the worse pool service in the desert. They are not truthful regarding their service appointments. We have video cameras in the pool area and have proof they were no there when they said they were. Every time we called and questioned them the owner 'played dumb'. For the past several months the pool has been green and yet they continued to bill us and said that it was taken care of. My pool was built by elite pool design last year (started 4-17). There were some issues but they were corrected except for the problems I am experiencing now. I am still having problems with the lights in the pool. When they completed the installation of the lights and turned them on they worked perfectly. In late August after the pool was turned over to me the lights were becoming dim and not working properly. I mentioned this to The owner of Elite (Rafael) and he mentioned it is a warranty issue. The lights have been replaced three times and of the lights is still not working properly. The owner advised me he can't assist me on this issue because it is a warranty issue after one month. My next problem is in the contract it states that the main electrical circuit box will be upgraded from 100amps to 200amps. When asked about this Rafael stated the sub panel under the pentair box was the upgrade. I have had circuits popping. I had a electrician come out and inspect the main. He advised me that there was no upgrade ($2200.00 that I paid for). What was done was electricity was pulled from the main to the sub panel. I paid the money and the work wasn't completed. Before the signing of the contract Rafael told my wife, my son and myself that he would do the upgrade. My next problem is having tile popping off from the pool. I called, and texted Rafael for two weeks without any response. I finally was able to contact Rafael and told him the problems I am having. I went to the store where I purchased the tile and spoke with owner about why the tile would come off. He mention the reason is not using the correct thin set, grout and adhesive. He also mentioned that he has a pool for ten years and never experienced anything like my problem. Rafael's tile person came out at 9:00am and stayed until 4:00. While removing the tile he found a crack in the gunite/shockcrete. Instead of 4 tiles it became 13 tiles and then the crack in gunite/shockcrete. With this I need to get from the Rancho Cucamonga Building and Planning a structural engineer to see if the pool is not damaged. Rafael was suppose to meet with me on Sunday at 10:00am but Rafael never showed up so we can correct these problems. I initially gave Elite 5 stars but I now will only give them a negative 100 stars. The phrase buyer beware needs to be applied. I also Rancho Cucamonga Building and Planning Commission to ask questions in regards of the electrical problem and the supervisor advised me if the contractor was on his game the first thing that should of been done was upgrade the electrical main circuit box before the excavation. read more

We called out Elite Pool Designs to help with an issue we were having with a fault light on the equipment.
