Pri's Pool redid our pool plaster and tile. He and his crew are awesome! The whole experience was top notch from start to finish. Our pool looks brand new! We took videos of the crew and the process and will post here as soon as we figure it that out. Pictures to follow as well. Our job was a total chip out of the old plaster, replaster and remake of the stairs and the loveseat. The spa is so nice now. We added glass tiles tot the stairs and the tile fellow came up with a very creative use on the spa dam. We had extra quartz added to the plaster and it just sparkles so beautifully. The lighting was replaced with LED color changing lights and really is fun to see at night. Pri was responsive to every call and all the crew cleaned up everyday. If your experience is like mine, then you may be having difficulty finding good pool repair companies. For my money, Pri's Pool Service stands out as an exceptional company. My recent experience supports that this company is responsive, competent, thorough, and honest. I only wish I could say the same for the leak detection company.I recently used. In the middle of July 2015, I had a leak detection company locate a leak for me. I was concerned about a water loss of 3 1/2 inches per day from my spa. The leak detection company found a very small leak near a spa jet. I pointed out to the leak detection company that the small leak doesn't explain the volume of water loss, but that's all the information I received. It was difficult for me to find someone in Orange County to fix the problem. So, I contacted Pri's Pool Service in the San Jacinto area. Using my cell phone and e-mail, I shared pictures of the spa to show Pri's Pool Service the location of the leaking jet, the pebble tech finish, and a small flaw in the pebble tech finish near the leaking jet. I also shared the documentation from the leak detection company. With that information, the Pri's Pool Service provided me a good and reasonable quote to travel to my house in Orange County and complete all of those repairs. That was on a Friday. We coordinated over the weekend, and a technician was out to my pool on Monday. While on location, the technician found that there was a much larger leak associated with the spa light. Pri's Pool Service communicated that to me and indicated they could complete the repair to include the spa light for the same quote. Today, my pool/spa combo finally has returned to normal. The water loss is now consistent with evaporation; and the repair to the spa looks great. So, I suggest you forget about how far away Pri's Pool Service might be and give them a chance to earn your business. read more

Very helpful in helping me find out what was wrong with our pumping system. The insurance company told us we needed to blow the line, Pri came out and assessed, and advised me that he didnt feel that was the issue and didn't want to have to charge me for something that would not fix the problem. I still asked him to do it anyways just to make sure. Sure enough, that wasn't the problem. What he said he thought was the problem did in fact end up being the problem. Wow what a professional guy.I had Pri install a gas line for my new pool heater.He arrived the next day as promised and gave me a quote well below other professional quotes I was given by other companies. He said we can start work in 2 days and while his very hard working professional helper Aarons was beginning the digging Pri made a trip to Riverside to get the dreaded red tape of a permit.Turns out he need a copy of original paperwork for pool.So he had to return again the following day.It took a few days for permit to be made and Pri went back to pick up paper at same time requested inspector come as soon as possible.All the days Both Pri and Aarons worked hard to get the job started.Well it is finally finished.And I have to say Pri and Aaron did a fantastic job TRIPLE Checking their work every step of the way.Pri made daily progress trips to my residence to insure everything was progressing properly.I only have nice things to say about Pris pools.If you need pool work done don't hesitate to call Pri at Pris Pools.Pri stands behind his work.He even gave me a rebate form to fill out to get a 300 dollar rebate from the gas company.Pri went above and beyond the call of duty I would not hesitate to reccommend Pris Pool to anyone looking for professional pool service. Our pool is 40 years old. In the spring of 2014 we had our pool plastered for the third time. The original plaster work was perfect - the bottom & sides were smooth and we were very satisfied as it lasted for years and looked good. Eventually, we needed to have it plastered and the second time was a disaster and had so many flaws. I could never get past the receptionist to have a phone call returned to discuss the problems with the pool which should have been under warranty.
