When I raised concerns about the condition of the wood, I did not receive an apology, and the issue occurred again on a subsequent visit. They also installed replacement spa-cover straps without prior notice to me. While I understand safety requirements, I believe work like this should be communicated with the owner beforehand. I switched and after a year with this new company I can say this is not normal. They overcharged for everything. They destroyed plants breaking branches, lawn - pouring pool water on it (still can't grow back) and when the pump broke they said they'd maintain the water while we waited for repair. They not only didn't maintain it but I had to drain it 3 times in 2 months because they could even get the water balanced from scratch. They were also dishonest on occasion about repair and showing up. Nice people but not acceptable service. I caution anyone from working with these guys. It's expensive and the damage is even more expensive.
