The pool had gotten a little bad and he told me he'd need to shock it, come back in a few hours to check on progress, and then finish the cleaning. He showed up and was friendly, got right to work, shocked it, and did a "clarify" right away. Later backwashed and rinsed the sand filter. He came back later that day, cleared it out & vacuumed. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and all for a very competitive price. I'm really glad I found Breakpoint because I've had a painful time corresponding with the other 2 'big groups' in the area. Breakpoint did it faster, better, and cheaper than the competition.
