4.5 stars. We got dinner and made a reservation. The dinner side is a little bar area with seating at the counter, i believe there are 6 -8 seats so if you want the dinner menu then I recommend making a reservation. The interior was very cute and nicely decorated. The service was great, there was a person at the counter as the server and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drinks. For food we ordered the salad, crispy tomato rice, shrimp toast, garlic noodles, and the ginger tofu ice for dessert. The salad was literally just butter lettuce with dressing. While it was good, not something I would have paid for if i had known that's all it was. Pairing it with the crispy tomato rice was a good idea because you can make a little lettuce wrap. The crispy tomato rice wasn't quite what I was expecting, I thought it'd be a bowl of crispy rice but it was like patties fried to be crispy. The garlic noodles were fine, but too hard and chewy in my opinion. I think it needed more crispy garlic on top for texture. All good but not dishes I would have to get again. The shrimp toast was delicious though, one of our favorite dishes. It was a think milk bread type toast. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and flavorful but not too over the top. The other favorite was the ginger tofu ice cream surprisingly. It had a crunchy shortbread at the bottom that was a great contrast to the soft tofu and ginger ice cream. If you've had ginger tofu dessert in Vietnam you'll be familiar with the flavors and texture. This is a great contemporary version of that dish. And the best part, it's not too sweet! #iykyk One thing I thought was strange is the food available on the bar side isn't available on the restaurant side and vice versa. I had wanted to try the fried chicken people have mentioned but couldn't unless I went to the bar side. They validate parking which is rare these days so I do love them for this! read more

Really swanky bar. Ambiance is excellent. Warm tones, moody lighting. I ordered at the bar and then took a seat and the bartenders periodically checked on me from there, so a seamless experience. I got the Your Idol cocktail and usually I'm skeptical of anything milk adjacent in a cocktail, but this was delicious and so well balanced. Would definitely recommend. read more

Cool vibey and cozy bar and lounge with unique cocktails! Love the warmth of the space with lots of booth seating that would be great for small groups. The music makes it a fun atmosphere and the interior is modern and inviting! I got the Wizard Energy with rum, corn, pandan, lime and lemon -- definitely a fun drink with the corn jelly that you scrape and mix with the cocktail. Reminds me a bit of alcoholic boba and also tastes like a less intense AMF. Staff was very friendly and always came by to check in on us, so 10/10 for attentiveness. I can see this spot being a trendy hot spot if they have live music/DJ and the open dance floor space. read more

ELEVEN11 is a Vietnamese inspired cocktail bar, discotheque, and restaurant that has been beautifully crafted from the moment of its inception. I have been several times now and can't wait to go back many more. You enter through the black door that has ELEVEN11 in small letters. I love being greeted by the host in their round room. If you're coming for dinner, you'd check in and go right behind the curtains. If you're heading to the bar, you'd check in and go straight into the vortex that leads you into the beautiful bar area. There is seating at the bar (that is comfortable), a few high tops, or wonderfully sized booths that invite you to stay awhile or there are two options of open communal seating that's in two different sections of the bar. The one further back is larger for multiple groups to use and the one is located to the left after you enter into the bar area. It's perfect for people who want to be a little more cozy. I really like all the options. There is a DJ booth with a great space for dancing right in front of the DJ. Who wants to join me? The bar menu is fantastic. The words "Ăn chưa?" are above ELEVEN11 which translate to "Did you eat yet" in Vietnamese. It's more of an affectionate greeting that asks "How are you?" You can get several types of drinks and snacks in the bar. The restaurant menu can only be ordered at the restaurant. I really like Your Idol. It is made with blanco tequila, condensed milk, lime, and pineapple. I also tried the zero proof Cold Harbor that was really delicious. It has strawberry, currant, lemon, and black pepper. The beverage program here is outstanding! The staff are fun and friendly which makes going so lovely. Perfection in a sultry little lair of a cocktail bar that's tucked into a new(ish?) strip mall (strip mall? I can't even believe I'm writing these words). Where do I even start? When I walked in, I thought I'd walked into some kind of small takeout restaurant and I see now that I walked into the wrong entrance. As others mention, look for the black door with the tiny sign. Once you're in, you've stumbled into dark wonderland, where it's positively glowing with just enough (not much) light and an array of booths, high tops and larger seating areas that's perfect for intimate gatherings of well-heeled individuals who don't make themselves obvious by ruining the vibe of the place with their groupiness. We took our seats at one of the booths and were immediately taken care of by a waitress who presented the cocktail menus, a lucullan feast for the eyes, with names like Never Ever Ever, Universe Explained, Wizard Energy, Revenge Glow (!!) and Sexy Squid. I mean, come on! I couldn't love you more, Eleven11, but then you go and put a cocktail featuring my favorite plant, pandan, and yes, it gave Wizard Energy. After drinking it, I felt like I could solve all the problems of the universe. It's delicious with its nutty vanilla popcorn-infused flavor. The extremely talented bartender also came over to us several times to check on how we liked the drinks. You can tell the people who work here have a legit vested interest in the success of a new business. Normally I wouldn't get a vodka drink in a bar with such intriguing concoctions but she sold me on the El Cajon Blvd with its brightness thanks to the citrus playing with the guava. And yes. It's the perfect light and refreshing follow-up to one of the more booze-forward libations. I feel like I'm one of the lucky ones to get in on a quiet evening before all the buzz reaches the masses. It's is such an intimate experience, allowing for a relaxed and special experience that no other place in Nashville can provide. We hopped on over to Eleven11 after a great meal next door at Fancypants for a few drinks and we're super impressed with this place! The staff at Fancypants did recommend that we stop by, but we had already planned on it. The space is super cool, it definitely passed the vibe check. Expansive drink menu, I tried the Mango beer and a Michelle-lada. I was a big fan of the Michelle-lada, definitely a fun take on a michelada! My wife got a non alcoholic cocktail and it was really good, I almost ordered it with booze. We did sit in the lounge area and the bar had small bites. We ordered the fried chicken to pick at and the sauce and chicken were phenomenal! Most importantly, the bartender Michael was a super cool dude and definitely made the evening more fun! Highly recommend, sent this place to a few friends in east to check out as well while we were enjoying the place ourselves!!! read more

We were in town and went to opening weekend of Eleven 11! Its located in the corner of a shopping center and has such a cute vibe! The cocktail menu has some amazing drinks - highly recommend the El Cajon Blvd - crisp and refreshing! We also ordered a few bar bites and the food was tasty! came on a saturday night for drinks with a friend. the bartender gave me several recommendations to try. for my first round of drinks, I had the The Preview which was a gin drink with mango leaf, cucumber, cream, and lemon. I liked this a lot as it was creamy without feeling heavy and had a touch of tropical flavor without being overwhelming. it was delicious. The second drink I had was the Revenge Glow which was a vodka drink with cantaloupe, red chili, olive oil, and lemon. The red chili helped cut the sweetness of the cantaloupe without being overtly spicy while the olive oil gave the drink a silkiness without giving olive oil flavoring. It was interesting, but not my favorite as I found the red chili to be a little much. overall, the atmosphere was great in the bar throughout the time I was there. it started off fairly quiet and chill earlier in the night and as it got later, the DJ started playing and it got a more lively. It got a little bit loud as the night went on, but it was it was nice to see both sides of it. next time I come, I'm looking forward to trying the food! read more

What an all-star on the East Side! It's still new but the chef comes out swinging! He's been fermenting (pickling)? daikon since 2023 waiting for the right moment to use it. That moment has arrived and you should too! The front room is a small chef's bar. The Michaels are your guides/soms and Chef Son is your magic maker. The Vietnamese inspired menu hits at every turn. We ordered everything except the steak. The standouts were the scallop, fish, and most definitely the ginger tofu caramel ice cream dessert. It's worth a trip to get the dessert. If you don't feel like eating at the chef's counter head back to the disco tech. It has plenty of space and serves its own menu from Chef Son. The cocktail program is very interesting and off-the-beaten path. If you want adventure, head there! If you don't, head there and order a frothy Guinness or glass of champs. 10/10 read more

The food is incredible. I'm not going to lie if we can start voting for it too get an award a Michelin star or something I totally would. It's so freaking good. I can't wait to go back. I literally dream about the shrimp toast, and I dream about the whole fish. Everything is so good. The scallop is really good too, but it wasn't my favorite doesn't mean I hate it. It just wasn't my favorite but everything else we got was so amazing. Like I said I still dream about the shrimp toast and the whole fish. The oysters were bombed with the jeow!!! That was pleasantly surprising because as a southeast Asian, you gotta get it right lol they did not disappoint again. I can't wait to go back and I really enjoy the location. I came during their soft opening but I could tell this place is going to be amazing! They had a menu of small plate items on their bar side. Tried most of it and they were all fantastic! The garlic noodles were perfect and the fried chicken was juicy and delicious! The crispy fish would be perfect as a football snack and I could down a large bowl easily! The restaurant side isn't ready yet but I'll definitely come back to see what this chef whips up! The bartenders were very knowledge and were frequently checking on everyone. The drinks were top notch and you can taste the care they put into curating each one. The wizard energy is my favorite so far but they seem to only have a limited number due to hand making this delicious corn jelly in it. I really loved the style of the bar and could see this as a place I'd frequent. Yall. I just had the most expensive steak of my life on DICKERSON PIKE. Not Kayne Prime, not Halls... And it wasn't even Wagyu. It was a Bear Creek Farms Ribeye at "Mkt" price which was $150(!). Sure, BCF is great but that's crazy. Every restaurant serves it. "Market price" is for anything that fluctuates. A steak from 30 min away does not meet that criteria. Not fair & not cool. The staff was great but the cost was borderline rude. The noodles, shrimp toast, the fish were all fantastic though. I had each of the red wines by the glass and was pretty disappointed. It's tough for me to write this - I have more riding on The Pike than most people and really want everything there to succeed. But this one had to be written. read more

The dining room is small with bar type seating but you can get a great view of the kitchen and watch the chef prepare your meal. Smaller means less noise and more intimate!. The server - Michael - was excellent. He recommended a wine and the wine is there at the bar so it is easy to have a tasting before choosing - no waiting for another bar to send your order... Highly recommend the garlic noodles - which are homemade by the chef and absolutely delicious - a great side dish to anything else! We also shared the redfish - enough for 2 people.
