Scheduled an inspection with Sharp-line and they came right away, same day! The inspection found a large honeybee hive inside the trunk of the tree that had probably been there for years and years it was just well hidden under bark. Unfortunately, they weren't able to do much since the hive was inside the trunk because legally you're not allowed to use chemicals and stuff on the bees. Even though they were legally not able to remove my bee hive problem, they did an amazing inspection! They carefully located the hive and sent video explaining the issue/s and gave me recommendations of other options I could use. I appreciate their honesty and work ethic. They are truly an honest, reliable & professional company, and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a bee professional.

I've been a loyal and consistent customer of Premier's for about 4 1/2 years, and it's…read moredisappointing to have to remove my previous review and write a new, transparent based on my most recent experience. About a week after my last service early this year, I was still experiencing issues around the entryway to my property, so I reached out and politely asked the technician to please respray a specific area near the garage entry. Instead of responding professionally, he became defensive and questioned why I was asking, stating that the area had already been sprayed during the initial visit. His tone, demeanor, and facial expressions came across as irritated and confrontational, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. As a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently supported and recommended Premier to family members and neighbors here at GP, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I simply requested additional attention to an area where I was still having problems, and the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. After 4 1/2 years of service, it's unfortunate to say that I can no longer confidently recommend the company and would like to cancel my service.

And then you see beady eyes.. not good! We must have left a door open and a rat snuck in the house. Super bummer! I contacted 4 termite/rodent services from Yelp. I carefully tried to pick local business as opposed to the national name brands. I came across the great reviews and Matthew was the first to respond and able to come over the very next day. I figured seeing as he was coming for the rat asap we might as well get a quote for termites as we have seen some dropping also. By the time he got to our house we had the rat cornered. Yuk! He told us it was better to try & trap it. If you try to catch it it could run & die & smell. He carefully looked all over. Even the roof. Gave us a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and I learned so much more about they're behaviors that I really never thought of. So we agreed to try & trap again because you really can't grab it like a pet. He gave us a quote for the termites and the rodent service and said he would come back if the rat got in the trap. Off he went. Like a 1/2 hour later we call him begging him to come back. And he did! Right away! He helped us "finish off" the rat. Talk about Relief!!! He came twice, spent quality time, gave a really reasonable quote, left and came back for free! Free! The day went from super gross and crappy to what rat? I don't have to worry about the house being eaten and urinated on with no charge. What?! High five! We are also having him do the rodent/termite work so no more Ratatouille! Wonderful service. Great price! Prompt! Matthew is a really a great local business owner. Completely satisfied!

It's rare these days to find someone who takes that much pride in their work while also making the customer feel genuinely valued.
