Got my eyelashes done by Jayci and she is AMAZING! I've gotten eyelashes only ONCE before and my eye was red for 2 weeks, so I was hesitant to get them done again. I decided to give this one more try and I was amazed by the results. I am a super low-maintenance kind of gal which basically means I'm pretty lazy in the morning and don't want to put on much make-up. After getting lashes, my morning routine went from 20 min to 10! LOL. Jayci made me feel so comfortable and explained to me the difference between the dramatic to natural look. This is going to be addicting, I'm going back right before my trip so I don't have to worry about bringing too much make-up. Next thing is asking her to do my eyebrows! This was my first time going to this shop and I had a facial done with Moani. It was really wonderful! My experience can be summed up in 3 words: relaxing, fun and informative. I really appreciated the time she took to explain to me what I could expect to feel on my face with every new application. This made me feel really comfortable. Also, I was really impressed with how much Moani knew about each of the products she was using: key ingredients, the effects and how it works for my skin. Actually, she knew a ton about skin care in general and taught me so much about my own skin type and different things I could use to improve my skin care. I gave 5 stars because I really can't think of any negatives! I bought a groupon for 50% off so decided to have my lashes done before my trip to Vegas. I was a bit reluctant to have my lashes done again as in the past (about 6years ago was the last time) I had mixed experiences with lashes but when I saw the groupon I decided to give it another go. I went last wednesday and Saori did my lashes, she used mink (cruelty free) and I must say they are so light that I cannot even feel them! Saori was so gentle and sweet and the chair is so comfortable! I had no stinging from the glue which was a problem in the past. I did notice that today (one week later) alot of lashes had fallen out on the right side, we are not sure why this happened (perhaps my moisturizer weakened the glue or I slept funny on that side) I called the salon and they fitted me right in and touched them up. They did not charge me which was unexpected! I thought that was extremely good business on their part and they have a loyal customer in me as a result. Decided to try beauty art aesthetics because of the great reviews and the yelp special, it was worth it the lashes I had previously had from another salon were very itch and pokey. Came here to get them removed, Olivia gave me a great consultation about getting new lashes and why the previous lashes were applied wrong, she had me come back a couple week later so that my lashes would be stronger. Went in today and got great new lashes, because of the old lashes I had some damage and gaps which looked really awful she was able to fix it so the previous damage was totally unnoticeable! They dont hurt at all and look awesome. She used mink and had to fill some in with russian eyelashes because of the gaps. The only problem was that I couldn't leave a bigger tip because I only brought enough cash for the special but because she had to use some Russian lashes it cost a little more then anticipated which was totally fine but I just wish I had more cash for a better tip because these lashes are so worth it! Definitely recommending beauty art aesthetics to everyone! And they definitely have a new customer :) So I am just adding to my previous review because this place is just really one of the best places I've been customer service wise they are so accommodating today I came in for a touch up and saw mary anne I thought I had scheduled a 30min session but at the end paid $95 I called a little later in the day just wondering about the cost because I just wanted to make sure that I brought enough cash the next time, I foubd out i was actually scheduled for a 1hr appt so the cost was totally understandable but Kevin was so nice he actually offered me half off my next appt because of the mix up I was so shocked and totally thrown because I didn't expect that at all it was so kind and nice of him to do that. Did I mention I showed late for this appt (because of all the road work/closures :/) they couldn't have been more understanding I can honestly say this is the #1 place for great lashes and awesome customer service! Got my initial set of mink from Saori a few weeks ago. I loved it! But after talking to another mom decided to get my touch up at another place to save a few bucks. Wasn't so great. Really sad actually. After having such an awesome job initially and a not awesome job after, I could barely live with myself. The same day of the not awesome job I called and told Kevin I was bad and needed to see Saori. Saw her the following day and I can look at myself in the mirror again. So it's been about a week since I got my extensions and I am definitely in love. I decided to go with a junior stylist because it's a little bit cheaper and I was not disappointed. The stylist that did my extensions was named Erica, She was extremely sweet and had a vas knowledge of the product. She was able to answer all my questions. I had quite a few considering I work in a kitchen and I wanted to make shure this was the rite investment for me. She reassured me that it was worth it, and I just had to be cautious of steam, direct heat etc. During the application she didn't force conversation she let the mood flow I eventually dozed off. After the application when I proceeded to check out, she showed me how to properly clean them and care for them with a special soap they sell there. I also got a clean eyelash wand to brush my lashes. All together I would I have to give my experience a 10/10 and I highly recommend you ask for Erica :) read more

I have been to many eyelash places & this place just conquers them all. They make sure that you're super comfortable while putting in your extensions. I instantly fall asleep from the amount of comfort the chair & blanket give me (I snore so much... Shame lol). And don't even get me started on how beautiful the lashes are. Their Russian full set is expensive & that may give you second thoughts, but believe me when I say that it's WORTH every penny! They make you look incredibly sexy & stunning... I personally have nothing bad to say about this establishment as I thought it was a lovely setting and the staff was super friendly. They did a great job the first time around. I was sold and planned on being repeat customer. But everyone has their place and I do not think this is the right fit after my 2nd visit. 1 week ago I went back in for my lash session (I forget who with) and needed a full set as I waited too long. The girl I had did a great job and it actually looked better than before. Sadly, the only issue I had was that a week later I lost most of my eyelashes on my left eye, whereas my right eye is still full. I was hoping only to have to do a retouch after 1 week, but again as my left lost many lashes I cannot do that. I followed their cleaning instructions and rules, avoided what I could with creams and no eye liner even. Moreover, if the eyelashes were to fall out due to makeup or touching accidentally, it would have been my right eye and not left. So I was a bit confused as to why my left eye was the victim so to speak of. I would have given a better rating because the experience was great, but not the few days after for the left eye and now I am no embarrassed to go out. After contacting a friend who does lashes she suggested I look for a different place as it may have been the glue that was used. I did contact to tell the company why I am canceling an appointment with them via text and got a simple thank you in response. If it were me, I would have called the client and see what could be done to make them happy as that's customer service. Maybe I didn't give enough time to hear back? I don't know and either way, I do not care for the reasons as to why I have this issue, I just want to feel better and pretty again. It looks weird with one eye full still and another is naked. I cannot even do fake ones to match the other side. I just have to wait 3 more days and it will be fixed though. The other studio was nice enough to offer a refill- charge only due to my situation and suggested I try mink lashes. So, just a few more days of looking wonky eyed. This time around I will see if it was the lash, glue used, technician application or I just have lashes that don't adhere well (although again my right eye is fine). In the end, everyone has their place. I am just sad it couldn't be here. Their chairs were great and location was easy to get to. read more

Despite me rating this business with one star on my former review due to poor communication regarding the sugaring class, I would now give this business four stars. After the horrible experience I had with the first sugaring class here, the owner Olivia, offered to have me attend a one on one class also with the owner of a salon I work for and it went really well. I appreciated the tips and knowledge shared with me that I was not given the first time around. She was flexible with her time to accommodate me and my boss. She was also professional during our session. She gave us free products and offered additional future classes with her, which was better than I expected. If the experience I had most recently took place the first time around, I would have probably given this place a five, but unfortunately because I can be a tough critic, for now I would say I'll give it four stars because of having to take more time to go back, which for me time is fairly limited. I can't wait to go back for future classes and to one day rate this place with 5 stars. I appreciate Olivia reaching out based on my last review to provide me with a better experience, which most business owners wouldn't care to do. I appreciate her patience in me updating my review until I had a chance to meet her face to face and learn from her one on one. Thanks again! read more
