I cannot say enough about how amazing the customer service was. Judy also did an amazing job on my lashes. I was in Honolulu for longer than I expected and was in need of a lash fill. Judy got back to me right away and was able to get me in sooner than I expected. I highly recommend Judy and Lash and Brow Cafe. read more

Judy is a skilled professional and operates her business with precision. This is my first experience with lash extensions. Judy was patient to explain the process, the detailed level of care, and the pros and cons. She shares her depth of knowledge. I'm so pleased and have become a long-term lash convert. The salon is clean and bright. I am so confident in Judy's skills that I most recently had her change the shape of my brows. And to top off her brilliant skills, she is kind. read more

Judy is so good at what she does! I bought a first time lash service for my mom (she's 70) and my mom couldn't be happier. My mom was feeling unpretty and old so I suggested getting her lashes done by Judy. I told Judy my concerns about my mom's age but she reassured me that she could do a consultation with her and that lashes on 70 year old eyelids would be doable. My mom said it felt like a spa experience and that Judy was so delicate and that everything far exceeded her expectations. My mom's self-esteem was boosted immediately! I would definitely recommend! Thank you Judy!! read more

I recently had the opportunity to experience Vera's services for lash extensions as well. She is very meticulous and detailed oriented. She does a great job at listening and catering to what you want. The results are nothing short of fantastic! I am so happy to have both Olivia and Vera as my beauty estheticians. They use quality lashes which have a nice, soft feel to them. They are experts and so great at what they do. read more

Judy did an amazing job filling in the gaps from a previous lash job from another lash professional! Not only did she fill in the gaps and matched my other lashes, she educated me on the different curls and lengths, and then advised what would be the best option for what I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back to her for fills and possibly changing my set for a new look read more

I just moved to Hawaii and was in need of a new eyelash extension artist. I've been to some really terrible places and so I know how important it is to find a qualified and experienced artist. These are your eyes...it is worth paying the extra money for good quality extensions! I am so glad I found Lash and Brow Cafe on Yelp. I looked them up on Instagram and loved all the examples of their work. I sent a dm and Vera messaged me back right away. She was super flexible with my schedule. The salon is very easy to find and I'm glad there is free parking available! There's a cute and cozy little waiting area and the room where your lashes are done is clean and comfortable. Vera was super sweet and flexible about what I wanted. I am transitioning from volume to classic lashes and she was sure to make the fill look natural and knew exactly how to fill my lashes from my previous artist. I already have an appointment for my next fill and I'm so glad I found Vera, thanks to Yelp! read more

Elevate Lashes Brows Beyond - Cute sign in the waiting area - Eyelash Service Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

I'm in town visiting a friend for my birthday and wanted to get my lashes done. I found this place on Yelp and they were so great in being able to accommodate my appt on short notice (3 days in advance). Parking was free. And it was relatively easy to find (no windows, but a door with the sign next to the parking). Judy is so warm and welcoming and the studio was styled so beautifully. I laid down on the cushiest most comfortable bed I've ever had at a lash studio and was provided with a blanket for added comfort. During the application she would check in with me to make sure I was ok and if I needed to use the restroom (not overly attentive where you feel annoyed just enough to be respectful and thoughtful). I had a full set done with volume lashes and she was incredibly attentive and diligent in her application. At the end, she went thru carefully to ensure the lashes were perfect, even reapplying a couple that I probably wouldn't have even noticed. I appreciate lash technicians who are dedicated to their craft as Judy is. I absolutely love my lashes. They were exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Honolulu and recommending her to anyone in the area! read more

I've always wanted to get eyelash extensions but I was scared to after hearing horror stories (it's painful, real Lashes falling out, etc), so I held off on getting them all this time until I got a consultation with Vera and I'm so glad I finally did it! First of all Vera is super sweet (and gorgeous!) and a great conversationalist. She explained everything to me in detail from what to expect to different options based on what look I wanted, and how to care for them to make them last and how to remove them after. Her salon is clean and comfortable and she even offered different blanket options to make sure I was comfortable throughout the session, and she even checked in with me the day after, to make sure I was ok and If I needed anything else. Oh also, parking is convenient and free. I would definitely recommend her salon, especially to someone new to lashes! read more

There are not enough words to say how grateful I am to have found Judy! She doesn't use cheaply made lashes, and is extremely skilled and this shows in her work. She makes you feel so relaxed and has never put any pressure or weight on my face like some lash stylists do. She's so kind and makes sure you are relaxed and comfortable. And she gives you snacks! Looked around for places to get my lashes done for my birthday back in June and stumbled upon Beauty Art Aesthetics ! (so happy I found this place) The reviews were all so positive I decided to give it a shot and ended up loving it completely ! I wanted dramatic looking lashes and found out this place did "Russian Volume" lashes which can be natural or very dramatic either way it's beautiful! Olivia is so sweet ! I really love coming in each time to do my lashes. She really helps make me feel comfortable about the whole experience and every time I come back I feel really comfortable and happy with the results. She explains what she's doing and is very good with her timing! She also gives her opinion of what lash length and style would look best for you. The environment is really calming and soothing. The chairs have pillows which make it even more comfortable! I love that they text/call ahead of time to confirm your appointment and make sure you're coming the day of. Very organized business ! I recommend this place always to people when they ask about my lashes!!! The best thing I get asked is "Are those your real lashes ??" just the fact that people think it looks natural enough to be my real lashes when it's actually a dramatic style shows how great the finishing product is. SERIOUSLY super happy every time I leave ! REALLY REALLY HAPPY I FOUND THIS PLACE (: all the workers are super nice as well which I love! LOVE Olivia & her fiancé ! read more

About 70% classic and 30% Russians - a nice easy transition from a natural look to a more dramatic look. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/beauty-art-aesthetics-honolulu?userid=U-7EVbeRf1wlSZfHW_gujQ#RfTBirauLCTMMQ2BUf6apw I'm going to gradually fill in with Russians until I'm at 100%. ;) Also, because the Russians add so much volume and texture, they look great with bottom lashes (which is what I did too). Hey now, don't get me wrong though - classic lashes are still super chic. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/beauty-art-aesthetics-honolulu?userid=U-7EVbeRf1wlSZfHW_gujQ#gxB2I6ttRaZkGhBSZJgs8Q I just wanted to try something a little more dramatic and full, which is why I tried the Russians. I love the way Olivia styled my classic mink lashes, having the longer ones in the middle to kind of open up my eyes a little more. (I love mink because they're softer, lighter, and more natural looking than the synthetic.) Also, a FOOT MASSAGE can be added on while you're getting your lashes did! I had one during my initial classic lashes application. Oh man... It feels really great getting pampered like that. MORE At Beauty Art Aesthetics, they do more than just eyelash extensions! I'm also kind of a control freak -- I've been doing my own lashes for years, but have grown lazy and extremely busy with school, work, and life. Olivia does fantastic work and she is a perfectionist! She is also very creative and knowledgeable. (And she's quick!) She makes wonderful suggestions based on personal style and eye shape. Located on 1259 South Beretania street is a hidden gem called Beauty Art Aesthetics. They specialize in eyelash extensions and they also provide services such as threading, sugaring and permanent makeup. This location provides several free parking stalls. In entering the shop, it has a clean, modern, elegant decor. The staff (Olivia, Saori & Kevin) are very polite, friendly, and helpful. The cash only transactions helps to minimize the cost. They sale Blinklash conditioner & Noir mascara specifically made for eyelash extensions. The mascara is wonderful!! It brushes on evenly without clumping and it washes off easily with water. I've tried eyelash extensions only and tried the various styles and types of eyelashes. It could be a bit overwhelming to choose what you want, but Olivia and Saori are very helpful with narrowing down your decision. All I know is at the end of the appointment, I'm very pleased with what I see and I keep coming back for more. Eyelashes truly enhance your beauty and I can't live without it now. Reservations book up fast so it's best to always book 2 appointments in advance. When your reservations are made you will get a confirmation text shortly after. On the day before the appointment, you will also get another text reminder. A very convenient and helpful feature. Beauty Art Aesthetics is totally awesome and I am very happy with them. This is the first time I'm having my eyelashes extended. I was doing a lot of research before choosing here. I was looking for a more natural result and I saw all the natural looking eyelashes pictures here so I decided to come try. Parking was not bad, I just parked at Safeway across the road and walked there. The atmosphere was really nice and relaxing. Can't forget to mention the chair was really comfy. I totally fell asleep with the relaxing back ground music on that chair. Most importantly, I love my eye lashes! Everything was welly explained to me since it was my first time and I got to look at all kinda eyelashes before I decided which one to go for. I can't believe I haven't done this before and now I'm sure I'll keep coming back to have my beautiful eyelashes done here!!! The day after, I totally forgot I had them done and I accidentally rubbed it a little..... That's how comfy and feeling natural they are!!! But thank god only two of them came off after I rubbed them. Haha. I'd love to come back and recommend this place to everyone! read more

Erica! Is great! My first time there I didn't know what to expect, but she talked me through it all. Before the big day she told me everything in advance of what she expected from me to make my experience even better. I've been getting lash extensions for a year now. Because of my teary eyes they always turned red right after the appointment. So after I saw all the reviews I decided to call Olivia, she was very friendly and was able to fit me in her busy schedule. After my first appointment with her not only my eyes didn't turn red, but also she did such a good job I didn't feel like I am having extensions on. Is more pricey but is worth it! read more

If you're searching for an impressive, reliable, and trustworthy lash technician, you can stop doomscrolling now -- Judy is the best! I've gotten my lashes done at places in both Manhattan and LA, and I am so happy to have found Judy -- she is by far the most impressive! When I was Googling "lashes near me" (like you rn), I was stressed that I wouldn't be satisfied with the final look and then stuck with it -- esp since many lash technicians have their own style that can suit different eye shapes and preferences. But Judy totally caught my vibe and gave me exactly what I wanted! She also follows up with a text a few days after your appointment to make sure you're happy and that the lashes are staying on well. (And she'll fix them if they aren't.) In my case, I actually realized the next day that I was looking for something a bit more "cat-eye" looking, and when I mentioned it to Judy via text, she squeezed me in that evening to give me just that! So rest assured, she will not stop until you are completely satisfied and happy. She is incredibly attentive and gave thought to which lash diameter and adhesive would work best and last long for my lashes. And, we talked the ENTIRE time! Beyond being a great lash technician, she's a great human! It truly felt like seeing an old friend. If you're anxious about finding a lash technician here, I swear, you will be in incredible hands at Lash and Brow Cafe with Judy! read more

The only place I will go to have my lashes done! Olivia has been doing my lashes for a couple years now. Once you're situated, she will know what you had from your last appt. More importantly, she is affordable & my lashes last for weeks! I also like that you get appointment reminder texts as you leave and the day of your appointment. Love it! read more

I know I said that my search for a new eye lash go-to would continue.. But.. I take that back. I need not look any further! (And I really haven't since my last visit) I came back to Beauty Arts with a promise at redemption from the management---- best move ever. They were so quick to try and right any wrongs and make sure I didn't leave dissatisfied! I appreciated that. I honestly do love eyelash extensions, and of all places visited on oahu, I did enjoy the ambiance of this place the most, I had already started to refer people over (one of which I know made it in.) so it was nice to be noticed and offered a second chance after leaving a little bummed the last time. But, Soari, she really does do awesome work! What did I learn? Speak up, be specific, and be heard! I wanted dramatic lashes, and after discussing with Soari how to go about this, (mixing silk and synthetic!) I woke up this time around with beautiful eyelashes. Exactly what I wanted. So really, beauty arts and aesthetics deserves five stars for ambiance, service, selection, and customer satisfaction. A definite MUST. read more

I went in for a wax after years of not having one. Found this place on Yelp and because of the great reviews I decided to check it out. The location of a salon is across the street from the new Safeway in town and it's a little hard to find. I had to park at Safeway and walk across the street because j missed the entrance to their building. The inside of the salon is small but very cute! Who ever decorated did a good job. The girl who did my wax was really good. It was so damn sore! Not gonna lie I was on the brink of tears a few times but she said my "healthy" aka thick AF hairs was why. Lol. Either way she did a great job removing everything and was very knowledgeable on the ingredients of the products they used. Which were all natural which I like. I really wish I remembered her name SO SORRY!! But all in all awesome service from the ladies I encountered. :) The only down side is the price. There are a few other 5 star sugaring places that price their services at a set price. I'll probably check them out just because i ended up paying $10 more then their starting price. read more

I got my lash extensions for the first time about a month ago and I LOVE THEM! It's been about 4 weeks now and they still look somewhat full - people still ask me if I just got the extensions! The care and maintenance is pretty simple, so I'm definitely going to get them touched up! I think it may become an addiction lol! Jennifer did my lashes and she did an amazing job with them! Before everything she made sure to go over the process and the care that came along with it. I'm glad she explained the different types and styles of the lashes because I honestly knew nothing haha. She was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable before she started the procedure. During the process, she took her time and made sure they looked good. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, and I already have! read more

I originally gave a 4-star review based on two appointments, one where I left with a slight gap of lashes. There was a communication error, as I wasn't really told why that gap was there. Olivia clarified the reason: those were new lashes that needed to fully grow before lashes could be applied to. Overall, I'm so glad that I found Beauty Art Aesthetics through Yelp! They deliver high quality eyelash extensions and truly care about their customers happiness :) I'll definitely be referring them to friends and family. read more

You think you had a great facial before?? Well guess what, you haven't!!Moani gives the best facials and there is no doubt about that!!! Not only does she make you feel comfortable but she's also very down to earth. Moani knows what she's doing and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to beauty products that will help to better your skin and give it that magical glow. She made it so relaxing and always let me know what products she was using and what they where for. The products she used during my facial treatment were organic and 98% plant based, which made me love the experience even more. I walked out feeling great and my skin never looked better. Moani answered any questions I had and also gave recommendations on products (that she herself uses) that will make my skin healthier and happier for the future. I will be recommending her to everyone that I know. Giver her facials and various others treatment a try and you'll be thanking yourself for making the best decision of your skin care life. Now let me tell you about my lashes. Olivia is the best in the business hands down! No only does she do the greatest Russian Lashes in the state of Hawaii but she is the sweetest person you'll ever meet. I have been to many different business where they say their good but nothing compares to the quality and services that i get at Beauty Art Aesthetic. Let me just start off with AMAZING! This hidden gem is now my happy place. The staff were very friendly and approachable. They were so helpful and informative with my appointments. I booked a Brazilian Sugarring with Moani and eyelash extensions with Erika Luna. I was a noob to both of these services but I immediately fell in love and looking forward to my next appointment. Brazilian Sugar- first off Moani is super sweet and immediately makes you feel comfortable (since Brazilians aren't the most comfortable thing to do for women) which I feel, should be a must for your waxer/sugarer. I didn't know what to expect from sugarring but now I'm never going back to waxing. There are so many benefits compared to waxing and immediately after there's no pain and my sensitive skin didn't swell, turn red or have bumps. The whole process was actually pretty fast, maybe 20 minutes so I mean if your looking for a great job and your on the go, I'd definitely look into sugarring with moani. Also the sugar dissolves with water so after your done there's no messy, sticky clean up. Skin feels smooth and breathable. Eyelash extensions- Erika Luna was so helpful with helping me decide which lash and style would help me achieve the look I wanted. The way she was explaining the types of lashes and how their applied really made me aware of how much they care about the health of your natural lashes. She informed me of how to care for your lashes and what to avoid if you want to elongate your lash wear. I first booked an appointment for mink lashes, but as we were comparing different lash styles I asked to do russian volume instead. Although the Russian volume took longer to apply she was able to change my extensions instead of having me reschedule. My overall experience was excellent and I'm so excited to visit my happy place again. read more

Wonderful customer service by the owner Olivia. Upon reading my initial review she immediately contacted me to change my mind about their services. One thing that Olivia did this time that the first tech didn't was that she gave me a quick tutorial about the lash lifecycle and she even had very handy laminated 'flashcards' to show the more technical terms. I think this should be shown to every lash newbie to set expectations up front. I definitely see the difference in workmanship with a Jr. Tech and having Olivia do it herself. Not that the Jr tech's work was bad but ya know...it's like if you were to ask Michael Jackson or Tito Jackson to do the moonwalk; any guesses who'd do it 10x better? Regardless I'm super impressed at the business owners dedication to her business by reaching out to me in this way. Not a lot of companies care enough do that, not just by saying "awe I'm sorry" but going a step further by asking "how can I make it right?" All the while the owner was very gracious and kind throughout our contact. Kudos to Olivia and Beauty Art Aesthetics for winning a loyal lash customer! read more

Olivia from Beauty Art Aesthetics (Lash and Brow Cafe) is outstanding. First of all, she is a true professional.  She is constantly winning contests such as the golden tweezers for her craft and consistently learning great safe techniques for us feel beautiful.  I don't even check in the mirror after each session.  Her eyelash extension work is THAT OUTSTANDING.  Furthermore, she put on Hawaii's first and only eyelash extension competition called Lash Crown.  I was fortunate to be able to attend this prestigious event and she even had participants all the way from Japan learning her training! She's also licensed and super duper clean and always up to date on the latest with professional development. Secondly, Olivia's work is just hands down the best.  I have had 5 different professionals comment about my lashes and how amazing they are on 5 separate occasions.  1 makeup artist, 2 eyebrow stylists, and 2 facialists.  These were individuals from all different islands and they all remarked how clean, and precise the work was.  Many of them told me this the week I was going back for a fill!  To have other professionals comment about the excellence of your work has got to be the highest form of flattery.  All of them wanted Olivia's name and info to refer clients to. And last and most importantly, Olivia's energy is out of this world amazing.  It's gentle, open hearted, clear, and light.  I often fall asleep on her chair while getting my lashes done and it is usually the best sleep I get all 3 weeks long even though it is only an hour nap.  It's the highest form of self care because I not only get to enjoy Olivia's savvy knowledge about meditation and other cool topics in brief, but she also allows me to get some zzzs and wake up with beautiful lashes that I can use as a visual affirmation of my commitment to take care of myself and my energy. The highest of recommendations for Olivia Lopez Trask of Beauty Art Aesthetics.   --- I used to envy my cousin because she has these great long natural lashes and was able to do this "look" that set boundaries and kept the guys appropriate with her mangus eyelash flutter and confused WTH look. I tried in vain to copy this look but it JUST WASN'T WORKING! Umm..kind of hard to do the flutter with no eyelashes. I mean I've got lots of em...and they're thick...but they're super short and stubby. After years of mascara that took 15 minutes to apply and crimping and cutting off my lashes with Shu Uemura curlers I finally found the solution! And guess what? My eyelashes are healthier than they ever have been in ages and I've got tons more boundaries set and people are appropriate around me. YES!!! This review has been a long time coming. I love love love Olivia at Beauty Art Aesthetics! Olivia always makes my lashes perfect. I don't even look in the mirror when I'm done. That's how good she is. Other aestheticians I see regularly for waxing or brows often ask me where I get my lashes done and then say, "I asked because it looks so natural like they are you own.. but better". That's a huge compliment in itself when someone in the field compliments another professional's work. The other thing I love is that Olivia's lashes last really long. 3 weeks later it still looks great as long as you follow her care instructions and don't get it wet for 24 hours after and clean it with baby shampoo regularly. Also when using false eyelashes for video or photo shoots she recommended I place them a bit higher saying they would save my lashes and that the gap wouldn't be seen on camera. I took her word for it because she is a modeling pro and she was right as usual! The best thing about it is that her energy energy is really awesome. I get seriously the best rest getting my lashes done. I love this place. Highly recommend. Healthier lashes, shaves hours off my getting ready time, great energy, and better treatment from people. p.s. Olivia regularly goes to competitions nationally and wins awards for them. She has a "golden tweezers" and lots of certificates and she is a great teacher too because everyone she teaches does eyelashes great too. read more

First time ever trying eyelash extensions! Erika did an amazing job. I explained to her what I wanted at the start and she executed it perfectly. (Long and full, but no stripper lashes!) The spa itself was really peaceful and relaxing! I fell right asleep during my apt., then woke up with luscious lashes. If you're hesitant, don't be. For me personally, it didn't hurt or irritate me at all. Erika has such light hands and works with such finesse. I could barely feel what was going on! The spa is right at the heart of town, pretty easy to find (below All State sign along Beretania st.) I strongly recommend checking this spa out! Ask for Erika!!! IMG_6717.mp4 read more

She is amazing. It's difficult to get an appointment on the spot. However, its easy to make your appt online..you just have to book it almost two months out. Its also very pricey. NEVERTHELESS...I've never left disappointed and trust her to do an awesome job. read more

I've never had eyelash extensions before but Erika made sure that I was informed about the pre- and post- process. I was a bit nervous because I thought the adhesive from the lashes would sting or make me tear up but Erika was thorough and made sure it did not touch skin at all. After two hours and me constantly phasing in and out of naps, the end results were amazing and I was satisfied :-) I was told that Erika's prices were different from the regular prices but that's okay, the quality's not different. Ended up buying the eyelash cleanser and scheduling a second week touch-up! read more

I'm typically a plain Jane, but I wanted to get eyelash extensions because I'm also part sloth which means I get a bit lazy doing my make up every morning for work. Jayci at Beauty, Art, Aesthetics made me go from a 3 to a 9.5 in just a couple of hours!! *insert heart eyes emoji* Joking aside, the quality and care I received from Jayci was top notch. I could easily tell that she cares about her clients. She made me feel comfortable from the get-go. She took the time to discuss what I was looking for as far as length, style, fullness, etc and exceeded my expectations. I can genuinely say that I'll be a client for life! read more
