It's located across of Kahala Mall in the Kahala Professional Building on Kilauea Ave. There's a small parking area of only 4 stalls for visitors. However, there's a lot of street parking and possibly free parking at Kahala Mall. I first came to her in early 2024. Before making my appointment, I had a look at her Instagram and website. Since this was my first time getting my brows done, I had many questions. Tina was incredibly sweet and answered all my questions. She helped me feel more comfortable and made the whole process very easy and smooth. The initial appointment was slightly longer than the touch-up appointments because we carefully discussed the type of brows that would complement my face structure and my preferences. I trusted Tina to work her magic as I was unfamiliar with the process, and I'm so glad I did! My brows turned out beautifully, and I was absolutely in love with the result. They truly enhanced the natural beauty of my facial features. I came back for 2 touch up appointments within the next 2.5 years and each time I came back, I fall in love with my brows all over again. I've been trying to refer family and friends to Tina as she is a fantastic brow artist! She also specializes in lash enhancements including liner tattoo and lash perm. The lady who took me (I didn't get her name because she didn't introduce herself) finished my brows in 5 minutes, and that isn't an exaggeration. When I left, around my brows were very inflamed, which had happened before, so I thought nothing of it. However, I didn't notice until I got home that my brows were extremely uneven. First off, the shape of both brows is different. One of my brows has way more hair than the other but is shorter, and the other is very thin. She did "trim" my brows, but the hairs are uneven. I'm very disappointed with the results and wish I'd gotten her name, because this is unacceptable.

What shocked me most is that the owner never even apologized. Instead, she suggested putting more chemicals on my already destroyed lashes and brows, which would only make the damage worse. On top of that, she constantly pushes products and treatments--even ones unsuitable for sensitive skin--making the whole experience feel more like a sales pitch than a professional service. To make matters worse, many of the positive reviews you see here are incentivized with discounts, which makes them misleading. The only credit I can give is to the esthetician who does facials--she actually knows her craft and recommended a product that worked wonders on my skin. When that day came around Lily numbed my lips and started. Everything was fine until she started talking about her personal life. It honestly started to get very annoying and awkward because she also talked about these old men that she was seeing and doing more with. I was disgusted wanting to walk out but couldn't. Also my lips has developed a severe reaction where it tingles and it keeps drying up. I'm awaiting on a test where they had to punch my lip to get skin. They say it may have been from filth which the place is cute but there's garbage, cotton tips everywhere! I'm now worried if the needle was clean! Save yourself and go somewhere else that's safe! It's not worth it especially when I paid in full. The vibe was okay at first but seriously too much information to a complete stranger! I'm glad I didn't pay to get my lashes done!
