Lyndy did a new set of extension lashes and I love it! It has been awhile since I've done my lashes but she did not disappoint! She had me sign the disclosure and walked me through the process. She then did an evaluation and gave me her opinion on the lashes best suited for my hair type and asked what style/look I was going for. It took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours but it was totally worth it. I have a bad back and can get restless lying in place that long (especially when it's uncomfortable) but they had an adjustable bed that could raise my legs! As someone who has constant back issues, I think they should get an extra star as it's hard enough to lie in place for a few hours. I've had my lashes done at a few places but was certainly impressed by the adjustable bed! I was excited to see Lyndy's end result! It was just as I had imagined. I asked for the set right above classic and it was perfect. Sometimes my eyes would burn for a little bit afterward but it was totally fine! She even suggested some eye wash to keep my lashes clean and free from oil and dirt and assured that it would help preserve my lashes. That was an easy sell as lashes are not a cheap investment. Overall I am certainly pleased with my service and would recommend any lash lover to give this place a try. Lyndy is amazing and I could not be more pleased. I will definitely be back for more. Tina was able to show me pictures and was very accommodating in spite of my lack of preparation (as I had no idea what exactly I wanted - since no one had sat down and really discussed it with me before). She was extremely patient and meticulous throughout the entire process and often complimented my natural eyelashes, which are apparently very long and I have a lot of them (I had no idea so that was nice to hear, haha). I also was never asked if I needed a break, needed to use the restroom, or was comfortable continuing for that extended amount of time. I completely understand that services can sometimes take longer than anticipated, especially if there are unexpected issues. However, I believe the customer should be kept informed when there is a significant delay. A simple explanation or check-in would have made a big difference. Overall, the lack of communication and the unexpectedly long appointment made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because better communication with clients would greatly improve the experience.

I switch between Yuko, Mimi and Nikki depending on when they're available. I can usually find a spot a week or two in advance. I was die-hard with my lash artist for years, so when she notified me she was going on maternity leave, I panicked a bit about finding someone else for several months. Luckily, this was right around when Yuliia came to Hawaii, and I've been with her since then. She does great work, and somehow manages to interpret my "idk...kinda like this I guess?" with a random photo and turn it to life. Her prices are outrageously reasonable for the quality of work she does and the lashes stay for a significant length of time. When I go to her for 3 week touch ups, it's usually because my lashes have grown out, not because I've lost them. The office is super cam and relaxing as well, and is right on the water. Parking is convenient but can be expensive on the weekends if you choose to park at the building. Usually there's some street parking within a block or two for free/cheap if you don't mind walking a bit.
