It's been a while since I've done a review, but I'm back. Jenny is amazing! My daughter and I have been coming to Jenny for several years. Getting our lashes done makes our morning routine a little easier. She has always been so accommodating, does excellent work, and is fun to talk story with. I recently got a lash lift done for my Graduation Photos, and it came out amazing!!! I'm obsessed! Even after a couple of weeks, my lashes have still stayed. Awesome work! As I been looking for quite awhile for a lash tech that was able to do a cat eye with mix of wispy. After searching almost over 20 lash tech, I came across Jenny's work. I texted to confirm if she was able to do this lash look, she replied that she could, and so I booked my appointment. Every single appointment that I have been to with Jenny, has always been wonderful. She's patient with her hands and her work. Yet she gets your lashes refilled within a reasonable amount of time. She also gives great advice about life. She listens to my work stories or guy problems. It's like she's become my therapist! It was probably the glue used but lashes were gone in about a week. Fallout was immediate. Didn't go back for a retouch because it would have been full price again. However, they looked great initially. Photo is from same day read more

First timer at eye lash extensions and I am addicted!! Jenny P is theeee best!! I wanted to try eyelash extensions and for my first time it was an absolute dream! I booked my appointment on Tuesday online at the site I found thru yelp and luckily secured an appointment that same Friday. I absolutely love the ease of making appointments online. Jenny emailed me confirming my appointment request then confirming my appointment as well. She was very friendly and informative and explained the new policies with the covid in place as well as some beginners basics for what to expect in my first appointment. This Lash Loft is located in the O hair salon in Kapoleis Mehana neighborhood. It is directly across the street from the Mehana park also near an OBGYN office and a dental office. There is street parking as well as parking at the park as well. I waited in my car before my appointment (typical for anything covid related) and texted her upon arrival. I got approval to enter, and began our lovely appointment. I'm usually such a big talker, like I can never calm down and just relax. Jenny went over the process and carefully asked about what I was looking for. The music and ambiance was so relaxing I actually fell asleep. I had mentally prepared myself to wake up with possible eyes watering or red or burning but woke up so refreshed. Not one irritation at all!!! I didn't feel the slightest bit of discomfort at all, and she did an amazing job!! She also explained some after care tips and what to expect, which to me is super helpful for a first timer. I felt completely taken care of, relaxed and beautiful. Her energy is amazing, such a wonderful person. I will definitely be a new regular at the lash loft. I love Jenny! I found her about a year ago, and it's my best kept secret (till now). I always leave Jenny feeling amazing! She takes her time, and always makes sure I'm satisfied with my lashes. Her lash retention is crazy good. I've had a set for more than 6 weeks which still looked full and natural. Not only does she use good quality lashes, they're perfect for my sensitive eyes. It's just Jenny so she can fill up pretty quickly. But she does have early and late appointments. And she always keeps you in the back of her mind if she has a cancellation and you need an appointment. I've gone to many lash extension salons, and Jenny is by far the best! read more

Honestly, I love my Lashes. The O salon moved to Kapolei but the neighborhood and layout of the Salon is nice. It's my first time, I've done my lashes before but I love that, she sits down with you prior before starting and talks about how you want your lashes down just so that you guys can be on the same page with how you want your lashes. Her chair is also pretty cozy, I fell asleep in 10 mins. Love that she has soothing music as well. Amazing atmosphere. Afterwards she talks with you on how to treat them. I love Jenny!!! She has been my go-to lash girl for about a year now and she never fails to keep my lashes on point. I went from the beauty room to her and felt such a huge difference, from the environment to the lashes themselves. The environment is so cute and comforting. I work a lot and I feel like the only times I get to nap is when she does my lashes. And her lashes are so soft that I hardly feel like I am wearing any half the time! Which is bad because sometimes I scratch my eye without realizing . If you're looking for a lash lady, she's it and she's the sweetest person ever!!! Jenny is amazing! She definitely knows what lash style is best for her clients. I wish I went to Jenny sooner. Before her, I've gone to other lash techs that never took the time to find the appropriate lash style for me. Jenny was the first to explain each style and how it would look on me. She is very accommodating and strives for your desired style appropriate for each eye shape. Jenny is super sweet, patient and caring to all her clients! Jenny is highly recommended!!! I've heard horror stories about other lashologists (my own word) being very messy with the glue and it ended up getting under the patrons eyelids and scratching the patients' eyes every time they blink...them not using a fan or anything to help dry the glue--which helps prevent excessive burning sensations to the eyes, but I'm so glad that I haven't had that problem with my visits to Jenny. She is very personable and explains everything. She even goes out of her way to help her clients find her location and gives extra lash brushes as needed. I was a little wary of my own natural lashes suffering after wearing the individuals, but I didn't have the issue of my natural lashes thinning. This was particularly concerning to me because o naturally have long lashes anyway. I love the classic look, but she will definitely give you the run down on the different styles and lengths of lashes during your initial appointment to get a feel for the look that you want. Prior to my first appointment, I thought, "maybe I should try falsies (single strip) when I want to change up my look," but I'm so glad that I went for it and even with my last appointment Jenny did not disappoint. Oh, and I'm really thankful that she's able to work with someone who has large eyes . As Jenny says, once you have a nice set of lashes, you don't need any eye makeup...I often go without makeup at all and the lashes make those big brown eyes shine! read more

I am so happy I found The Lash Loft! Jenny is truly the lash queen of Hawaii. I wanted to find someone who had the curliest D curl and can do the volume set. Jenny can do anything from a natural lash to a volume Russian Cat eye look. I am obsessed with my lashes and have received many compliments on them. I appreciate that she is very meticulous and wants to make sure your lashes are done right, and takes her time to make sure your lashes aren't stuck together and will be comfortable. Jenny is amazing at what she does! She is so patient, gentle, and takes her time to make sure your lashes look beautiful. I decided to go to her after reading all of the positive reviews and she does live up to them! I previously went to The Beauty Room and Envy Eyes and Wax (both in Kapolei), but so far Jenny has to be my favorite. She uses thin lashes (0.03mm) which I love because it's not as heavy and doesn't look as harsh or unnatural. I like the more fluffy and soft look. I opted for the hybrid set, which I paid $140, and it turned out full and beautiful! She also has ellipse classic natural or glam sets and full volume sets. She rents out a room at O Salon and Day Spa in Ewa Beach. It's in the small shopping center...same area as KFC, on Kaimalie Street (in Ocean Pointe). Very easy to find and lots of free parking. She also does online scheduling, which is nice, because she's always so busy! I am so happy to have found Jenny. She is a super nice and very approachable! She listens to her clients and her prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend her if you're looking for a lash artist. I already booked my 3 week fill :) read more

Jenny is great!.. Easy to set up appointments with her via online.She asks what style you want and does her best to mimic- I show her pictures for reference. Anyways, my eyes are sensitive and usually tear alot since my eyes don't close all the way unless I consciously force them to close (anyone else like that?). Anyways, she knows how to tape my eyes so the fumes of the glue don't bother them-big plus. Her room is clean and quite peaceful. Would come back if I have the chance! read more

I told myself that I will only do it for my daughter's party, but here we are, six weeks after and I've already had my second session and scheduled for my third session. This is hands down the best set of lash extensions I've had done. I got the Volume Set which turned out a lot better than expected. The thickness of the lashes that Jenny uses is thin which makes the lashes look fluffy and feathery. The lashes feel so light on my eyes. It doesn't weigh your natural lashes down and have the "sagging" eyes effect. Jenny didn't overload my natural lashes, instead she used a fanning technique which creates the illusion of fuller lashes without overwhelming my eyes with weight. Instead my eyes look brighter and bigger. Thank you so much Jenny! I'm a customer for life. I highly recommend her! You will not be disappointed. read more

I'm so happy to say The Lash Loft will be my new place, Jenny is Very Good!! Very gentle, she lashes one lash at a time and yet she's so fast at it! She fans out your lashes, never to make them look clumpy. She's really good with removing older lashes, if you are trying Jenny out for the first time. The type of lashes she uses.. it's so Light, no heavyweight on your natural lashes!!! She's currently working out of O Salon in Ewa Beach. You can contact the Salon for her number to make an appointment. Her space is very relaxing and very clean. I've been going to Jenny for about three months now and I just love her! Been referred to her from a friend and never went anywhere else. She is the bomb at what she does. She does her lash game with passion and quality. Her lash room is comfy and relaxing. Long overdue review; but Jenny is amazing. I had tried two other lash ladies and finally found THE ONE! I didn't care for the first set and explained to Jenny what I didn't like and she showed me other options (who knew there were so many?!) and my second, third, and fourth sets have been amazing. Omgggg Jenny is the sweetest thing. This was my first time trying this place out. I love how convenient it is for me, I live near by. They're located in the ewa beach shopping center where tiano's, baskin Robin's, and Domino's is. You walk in O'salon, & Jenny has her set up in the back. One of the major things I loved about my service is Jenny. She is so sweet, she speaks English very well, she doesnt rush you, she gives her opinion on what you should do, and she holds a conversation very well. The other add on's, it's in AC, she has soothing music, its clean, comfortable, she had a pillow to go under your feet or knee if u prefer, and she will even tuck you in with her microfiber throw if you're too cold. When she is done, she makes sure nothing is burning or causing pain. She genuinely cares about her work, not just the money. I'm def. Coming back and telling all my friends. Thanks Jenny! read more

In that image, you can see that some lashes were not properly isolated and several were not lifted upward evenly. Additionally, the rods were in place for the duration of the 1.5-hour appointment while the facial, dermaplaning, and extractions were being performed. I understand policies exist, but the experience itself, both during the service and in the follow-up communication, is why I felt compelled to leave my review. Clients deserve to feel heard and taken seriously, especially when a medical issue follows a treatment. Ultimately, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this business.

She's been with Indulge since the beginning and I think that says a lot about the company, which actually seems more like family. Terry is phenomenal and wears multiple hats; she can even do your lashes! Don't wait until the last minute to book, though, she's in high demand, especially for her lymphatic massage. Terry took the time to listen, made sure I was comfortable, had warm hands (who doesn't love that during a massage?!), and made me feel relaxed almost instantly. Love her personality and glad I booked a bundle with her and can't wait for my next appointment. The spa is clean, nicely decorated--pampas and fringe pillows sure jeuje a place up, free parking (handicap accessible stalls and ramps as well), and outside the hectic activity downtown Honolulu and Waikīkī offer. There's a snack cart with a Keurig machine, too! Sometimes grabbing a bite to eat gets put on the back burner, so having a little something to nibble on is kind and thoughtful. I inquired about a consultation for permanent makeup - nano feather brows (more natural strokes compared to microblading) and the lady who answered the phone actually scheduled me for the Waikīkī location without telling me (originally I wanted Kapolei)...I show up to the Kapolei location day of my consultation and the place is closed. So I called the town location and the owner Hideko answered - I explained to her the situation and she apologized and said that she'd come to Kapolei that week and do the consultation herself. The day of my consultation I called a couple hours before and asked if she'd be able to do the actual service and they were able to accommodate me and said yes! This Kapolei location is nearby Ho'okele elementary and it's a small little shop with one bed in the center. It's very clean and relaxing. Hideko answered all of my questions and concerns. She drew out how my brows would look like and asked if I'd like to proceed. The process itself felt like tiny scratches on my brows not too sore. From consultation to finish it took about 2 hours 45 minutes. Hideko really connects with her clients, gets to know them and takes her time putting in quality work. The price I paid was $800 without tax or tip but I'm very happy with how it came out and I don't regret it at all. A follow-up/touch-up appointment is included in the price you pay if you'd like to add more detail or anything. Thank you so much Hideko and definitely would come back again!

I had my first appointment close to a month ago to have my brows done at their Century Center location. Now that a second one opened closer to home I scheduled my re-touch at the Kapolei location. It is in close vicinity of Ashley Furniture just off Kapolei Parkway close to a school and in a residential area. You will need to find street parking so be on the lookout for the Island Beauty sandwich board fronting the salon. Upon entering it felt like walking into the chicest spa with beautiful music, white fur chairs, white treatment tables and romantic wallpaper set off by a stunningly chandelier. Hideko checked on how my brows turned out after the first session, then marked points and measured to make sure both brows were aligned. This time she was going to microblade my brows after the numbing gel was applied. She cautioned me that I would feel more this time...so true as I felt my left hand grasping onto the table and what seemed like I penetrated the tissue paper lining. She asked if I was okay, applied more numbing gel. I had asked about the microblade tool which she showed me was new and in a sterile wrapper. It was so tiny like a pen but consisted of 17 needle like protrusions but I'd need a magnifying glass to really see. When the procedure was done she nodded approval and smiled and I was very pleased at the outcome. Hideko really is a master at her craft, I felt very confident being worked on by her.
