I accidentally booked my service with someone who doesn't specialize in facials. She kindly texted me and guided me how to make the appointment with her. The booking process was easy though. Her location is easy to find and lots of parking. The shop is super chic and super clean. Bathroom was for staff only but she kindly offered me if I needed it, since she was running a little late. Oh my goodness, her facials are to die for! I felt so relaxed and loved it. When she was giving my shoulders a massage we could feel the knots, after a few minutes we could feel them getting smaller. I loved that when I was getting the facial everything she was putting on my face, she was explaining what she was putting on and what it was used for, even the brand and where to get it. Love that. Overall I loved the whole experience. Chantelle was so nice and so knowledgeable. I did get the chemical peel which is suggested for once a month, so I will be going back. Chantelle is the absolute BEST. I started seeing her a little less than a year ago. Little bit of backstory on my journey to finding her: I went on vacation to Cali and got my lashes done while there last June. Upon my return I sought out a lash tech here to upkeep my lashes. She was the only person who responded that was willing to do a foreign fill. Her suite is clean, bright, and the overall aesthetic is relaxing. She plays great music and always makes good conversation. Her table is comfy and she always has a blanket ready for me! Hehe. Chantelle always does my lashes exactly how I imagine them in my head. I've done classic, tried a lash lift, and most recently a light volume hybrid. The light volume hybrid is a chefs kiss for me, in the cat eye shape. I usually add purple on the ends, but on my most recent visits I've done green. I get so many compliments on how soft and natural looking they are (save the green or purple of course ). The lashes she uses are top quality, and so are the materials used. I have sensitive skin and too many allergies to name, and her lashes and glue have never once irritated my skin or eyes. Chantelle also does a lot of other services and is highly educated in each of them, so she's ready to answer any and all questions you might have. I am SO stoked to have stumbled upon Bae Beauty! While I am not unsatisfied with my former aesthetician, she was a bit of a drive and with a newborn who nurses exclusively, I don't have the luxury of much time away... Ergo, the Yelp search for lash help!! My extensions had been intact for a solid month but really started irritating my eyes...
