I booked appointments with Jenny for myself, my mom, and my grandma, and we all had an amazing experience! My grandma received the Omakase Facial, something she had wanted to try for a long time. My mom had full-face sugaring and threading, and I had full-face sugaring and threading along with a brow lamination. None of us had experienced these treatments before, so we weren't sure what to expect. From start to finish, Jenny was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. She thoroughly explained how to prepare our skin beforehand and made us feel comfortable throughout each treatment. My grandma, who is not easily impressed, was pleased with the results of her facial. My mom couldn't stop talking about how soft and smooth her skin felt after the sugaring and threading. As for me, it was my first time getting a brow lamination, and Jenny did an amazing job shaping and evening out my brows while giving my entire face a clean, polished look. Because I have extremely sensitive skin, I was a little nervous about having a reaction to the lamination treatment, but everything went perfectly. I also really appreciate that Jenny carefully selects products she personally uses and trusts, choosing only those that meet high international quality standards. What truly stood out was her level of care. She even followed up the next day to check on how each of our skin was doing after our treatments. That personal touch meant so much and speaks volumes about how dedicated she is to her clients. I highly recommend Jenny to anyone considering a facial, sugaring, threading, brow lamination, or any of the other services she offers. Her expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care made this a wonderful experience for all three of us. read more

Jenny is a phenomenal esthetician! She is a maestro at keeping my lashes looking lovely and a genuinely kind person. Jenny is meticulous, thorough, and so thoughtful with how she tailors treatments to her clients needs. I've had excellent omakase facial, sugaring, korean lash lift, and YUMI lash lift sessions with her. The shop is very clean, well kept and has a calming ambience. Jenny by far is THE person that I can trust when doing my korean lash lift. Let me tell you, Long story short. I had my first korean lash lift done in Vegas. Bruh, my eyes were burning, the chemical/perm solution smelled horrible. The technician told me that it has a "banana" scent to mask the smell of the chemical perm. I was given a fan supposedly to air out the lash lift. Oh hell, I used it to fan my nose because I started getting nauseous. On top of that, the technician would leave the room and come back every 10 mins just to reapply the solution. I could've had an allergic reaction within 30 seconds! Never again. Anyways, Jenny buys her lash products straight from KOREA and only in Korea. She showed me them products. Being that I buy korean products myself, they're authentic. She had proper training and is very knowledgeable. Did I smell any strong "banana" chemical scent , did my eyes burn or get nauseous ....NOT AT ALL! If I hadn't come across her, I would've had to travel to Korea to get them lash lifts to see how it's actually done. Thanks Jenny for a positive experience. Don't think twice about booking an appointment. Just book it. read more

I have twice now gotten sugaring for hair removal done by Jenny. And I will continue to be a regular, and am so grateful for her and her business. She is simply the best at hair removal that I've ever experienced, whether by sugaring or waxing - and she does sugaring, and it's much better. Was in between providers when I discovered Jenny, and now don't need to wonder anymore who can take care of me. She's an expert at sugaring - which is longer-lasting than waxing for grow-back, and also pre-care and especially post-care. She communicates back even between appointments for any questions, and is simply a very nice and caring person. Makes you feel comfortable during the appointment. 100 percent top-notch, highly recommended. Thank you Jenny! read more

New to the aesthetic scene & never had a facial prior. Jenny is very gentle and explains what she's doing along the way. Treatments are customized to your skin's needs at the time. Shop is very clean and relaxing. Really appreciate that each session is time based with tax and tip included in the quoted rate and there is the ability to pay online after the session. Will be coming back regularly and referring family and friends. read more

Went to see Jenny for a full face threading. She took 1 look at me and advised that I have a omakase facial instead. I was very humbled and thankful that she could accommodate me. Allow me to preface by saying, I've been dealing with recurring eczema flare-ups for decades. Lately, it's been appearing on my face which has been manifesting as dry, flaky, hard red skin. Throughout the facial, Jenny guided my breathing and energy alignment. The difference was noticeable after my omakase. I followed her instructions using the samples of skin care products she so generously provided. It's been 4 days since my facial and my face is continuing the path of a healing journey. She is truly gifted and knowledgeable. Jenny's beautifully crafted shop is a cozy, welcoming oasis where calm and comfort come naturally. Will definitely have her on my glam squad. She's a game changer. read more

I have been coming to Jenny for 7 years now and absolutely LOVE HER! I see her for threading and sugaring, but just recently did the YUMI lash lift with her. It came out amazing as expected! I have short, straight lashes that never stay when I try to curl them. The lash lift has held and is a game changer for me! Not only are her services top tier, but she is so easy to talk to and makes you comfortable. The ambiance her shop gives is tranquil and I always leave in a better mood than when I arrived. 10/10 would recommend read more

Found skincare by Jenny on Yelp after having a couple of not so great sugar experiences and I am so happy I gave her a try. She was so polite and very easy to talk to. She explained all the issues my skin was having due to past sugaring not being done correctly. She asked what products I've been using and suggested products that will help with my issues. She made me feel so comfortable and I definitely found my go to Sugarist! Best Brazilian sugar I have ever had! Her place was easy to find, right next to Keiki Kingdom. It is clean and has a very calm, soothing vibe. She lets you choose an affirmation card at the end of your service, along with a drink and a Japanese cookie that was so tasty! The affirmation card is such a wonderful idea, I loved it! The overall experience was exceptional and if you're reading this review, take my advice and book the appointment, you won't regret it! read more

1000/10 recommend Jenny for infinite reasons. I've never met a more kind, passionate, gentle, professional in the services that she offers. Thank you Jesus I met her because she is just awesome. I got threading done before and everywhere I went to I was just not happy every time. Her work is spotless. She's gentle and takes her time. You feel like an important client and she talks to you and makes you feel comfortable throughout. You have to see her so you know exactly what I'm talking about. Oh and her space is clean, beautiful, and just overall perfection. Cannot wait to see her soon for my lash lift! read more

I went in for a Korean Lash Lift for the first time and I left as a very satisfied customer. Jenny was very thorough on explaining the procedure and making sure you were comfortable and okay. We had really good conversations as well. I always feel awkward in dead silence if I go somewhere for self care services. I have really long lashes and at the time when I booked the appointment I added lash tint as well. Jenny told me I didn't really need it as my lashes are pretty dark as is but gave me the option if I still wanted to do it. I trusted her opinion and did without. When she was done, I was in awe of how pretty my lashes came out. All my life, my lashes were long but stiff straight and not a curler or mascara would keep it up. She gave a little post op kit and offered coffee or tea at the end as well as an affirmation card. She even followed up to see how I was doing. Definitely will recommend to my friends. read more

I have gotten my lashes lifted before from different places for a much costlier price but the results were okay or didn't work at all; but the Korean lash lift that I booked with Jenny was not only much healthier for my lashes, was at a great price, and the results were amazing! My lashes grow straight down and now they are lifted to perfection. She analyzed my lashes and was able to get the exact result I hoped for. I highly recommend and look forward to booking furthermore! Super easy to find parking and her space was so welcoming and cozy; definitely top tier. She is also super friendly and sweet. Glad that I finally booked my appointment and it will definitely not be my last read more

Randomly stumbled upon Jenny through Instagram. It had been years since I had gotten threaded as waxing always seemed like the quicker option. However I didn't really like the aftermath it, so I decided to check out Jenny & her threading thanks to all the wonderful reviews on here. I Jenny is so great. She lets you know exactly what she's doing & what you need to do while she's threading you. You'll see that that threading is quite an art & she is good at what she does. There is quick plucking like pain, but it's not unbearable. I'm always skeptical about people touching my eye brows as that is hair that you actually want to keep on your face. Thank you Yelpers for leading me in the right direction as Jenny did an amazing job. Definitely don't wait too long to book as she fills up fast. Thank you so much Jenny, I will be back. read more

Jenny welcomed me at the door and right away any uneasiness or anxiety I may have had for a new procedure vanished. I came in for a lash lift which I had been researching. The process lasted a few hours and all during that time she monitored how I was doing. She has a gentle, calming and reassuring presence. She also noticed my fading tattooed brows and asked if it would be ok to do a brow lamination. I agreed. Now with lifted lashes and new brows, what more could a girl ask. I wholeheartedly recommend any Skincare by Jenny services. She is warm, kind, and knowledgeable about her field. She will make a new friend in you-absolutely! Her Salon is immaculate and calming. She tells me she will be moving to Oahu at year's end!! OMG, I wish I had visited her sooner. Her salon in Kapolei will be her only location. Thank you Jenny for you a great experience! read more

I'm OG when it comes to threading. No seriously, remember when Ziba beauty only had that one location in Artesia for the longest? Well, Jenny would be the type of artists that Ziba would have on their front line - she is that good. I think one of the things that stood out to me was how she emphasized and asked - do I usually go makeup less or do I usually have a full face and filled brows? This really helped with talking about shape, maintenance, over plucking etc. Appointments only.shes worth it! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would for Jenny. This was my first time EVER threading my brows because I've heard that it's painful.... But I'm so glad that I went to Jenny first. She has such a comforting presence; I feel like I've known her for years lol. I'm very very pleased with the results, as she kept the natural form of my brows. It's been two months and I already see a tremendous difference! I've never felt so confident about my brows. Thank you so much Jenny!! :) read more

I highly recommend Jenny! Her space is so clean and cozy and she is so sweet and knowledgeable. She did my brows and I LOVE them!

I was referred to Jenny by my daughter. I am a 60 year old female and having lived in Hawaii most of my life. I played tennis and surfed in my younger years. Because of the sun exposure, my skin took a beating. After the first treatment by Jenny, my skin looks healthy, and even color. Her office is centrally located in Oahu, with lots of parking. And her spa is beautifully decorated. And it's very comfortable. Today, I went for my second appointment. And the "microneedling" treatment made my face look so young and plump. It was non-invasive. In fact I didn't even know that she was doing the treatment. I felt relaxed. She cares so much for her clients that she takes her time and treats the body holistically inside and out. Jenny is very knowledgable in not only in skin treatments but the whole body. I highly recommend Jenny and her very sweet personality. Also, the tip is calculated in her treatment cost. Her service is amazing! read more

Jenny is phenomenal at what she does. Her new location in Aiea is easily accessible, has plenty of parking, and absolutely beautiful. I do a 75 min facial every month, and her knowledge extends past the exterior and instead dives into underlying matters that could be resulting in the areas I wanted help with. I highly recommend anyone to Jenny. read more

Her energy, professionalism, cleanliness, knowledge, and attention to natural/chemical-free products puts her above the rest! Where do I begin? I now know why Jenny's so busy, so if you're lucky enough to fit in to her schedule, cancel whatever you have going on and keep that appointment! I love that she uses an app to organize all your appointment info, payments, conversations, etc. it makes it so convenient for me. Then at the actual appointment, I love how clean the office and treatment room is and how fresh it smells. Jenny is just the sweetest and most soothing person on the planet and takes the time to explain what she's doing and also makes helpful suggestions for what might help improve aspects of your skin/health based on your individual situation. It's not an easy task for me to relax, but I really look forward to my appointments and I've fallen asleep a couple of times mid-treatment! As for results, my skin feels much healthier - bouncy and hydrated; can't believe it's taken me so long to try a facial! Bonus - in the past month, I had two complete strangers compliment my beautiful complexion! Update: I also did a Yumi lash lift, and just like Jenny's other services, the products used weren't chemically harsh & she explained the process along with the before/after care instructions. The result was my normally straight forward lashes gained this beautiful curl and a great tint of color! I've had lash lifts before but they aren't anywhere as good as the one Jenny offers. read more
