Do not look elsewhere for your eyebrow needs. Maria; A god send. An angel. She saved me! She helped correct (within her means) a botched eyebrow threading inside the same mall. I was brought me to tears with her artistry. I am grateful for her expertise and kindness. I had been so distraught from my experience when I went to the wrong threading location the day prior. I should have called the number listed here, my mistake. I text her after I realized I had gone to the wrong location. She was so compassionate, she agreed to see me before knowing if she could do anything before the hair grew back. Now; I LOVE MY EYEBROWS again She saw me on almost an emergency type visit after I had my eye brows butchered at the Aloha Threading station on the second floor. Please come to Maria and skip the other place. I learned a hard lesson and i want others to be aware how sneaky that sign of the threading place is because it's so closely related name to Maria's business. The space is inside of the mall, 1st floor in the Spa. It is a beautiful area and now that I am aware of the area and not in a rush, I can find it easily.

I've been going to Mariya for my eyebrow threading since December 2024 and she's been great every single time. She's gentle, really precise, and always shapes my brows exactly how I like them. The threading itself is also really quick (usually no more than 15 minutes), which makes it easy to stop by even on a busy day. Bonus: She's located at Pearlridge Center, which is super convenient, and there's always plenty of parking. You'll also have shopping and food options around! She's also really sweet and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience comfortable. It's honestly such a relief to find someone you can trust with your brows. Location Pearlridge Mall on TJ Max/Ross side inside of Palazio Nail Salon. Maria is by far the best threader. Everytime she's precise and fast. Parking Lots of parking. I LOVE Mariya! I started going to her years ago, before Covid, and I'm SO glad she's back! I tried many other brow places while she was closed during Covid, and I can honestly say that Mariya is THE BEST. I had thin, off-shaped brows due to over-plucking and also other brow waxers/threaders, but Mariya was able to give them some shape and make them look better than I could ever have expected. I've have been going to Maria pre-COVID and she's done nothing but the best for my brows beforehand. I was literally so happy when I found out that was back at the same place to do eyebrows again especially when I was in need of it. My eyebrows grow out fast and she does her thing to make them look right every time. It's quick and she is so comfortable to speak with. Specialties

Eyebrow threading is a depilation technique which originated in India, although it is also widely practiced in the Middle East. Eyebrow threading can be used to eliminate a unibrow, raise the arch of the eyebrow, or add shape and definition to the brow. Because it removes hair by the follicle, it is a reasonably long lasting hair removal technique as well. An aesthetician uses a doubled-up strand of cotton thread to twist around individual hairs, then pulls them out from the roots. The procedure is used on the eyebrow or other parts of the face. Threading is faster than tweezing. The average eyebrow procedure takes about 10 minutes, while tweezing might take much longer!

We talked some story while she did my brows and BOOM, was pau. I'm updating on the healing process after the first round of ombre powder brows over previous work (ombre powder and microblading by other artists). I followed the procedures given to me by Jee. LOVED that she texted them to me along with care cards included in my aftercare package. I used ice packs, that helped with the swelling and sunburn sensation a lot. My skin type is oily and with the previous artist that did ombre powder brows, a lot of the ink fell out quickly within months. So to help with ink retention we did the aftercare a bit differently. After a while the normal healing process happened. This includes flaking, peeling and itching. This lasted about 4 weeks for me until the final scab fell off. Then the brows appeared lighter for a while because new skin was growing under the scabs. Then finally the color came back. I asked for more dramatic make-up looking brows instead of natural ones because I was afraid of them fading again so fast. And she did not disappoint! Mariya is exceptional, she is very inexpensive, flexible with reservations and most importantly very talented. I've been with her since she got cited for not having a beauty license and was forced to shut down. She didn't give up and went to school to get her beauty license and was Blessed to still work on the side at salon salon but business was not as busy as it was at the mall.
