Once one finds a good stylist you stick with them. I have now gone to Debbie multiple times and am very happy with her cuts. As I said in my past review I have areas of natural curl and cowlicks that have been challenging for some stylists ....Debbies handles them just right. She great with short cuts, I have a pixie cut, some reason it's more difficult to find stylist experienced with short cuts close to where I live. I've have not had her do my color yet, I've heard from two friends that she is very experienced as a color specialist. She located in the Mall with her own private space. This place is unreal, DO NOT GIVE ANY CARD INFORMATION to this place, they will start charging you without your knowledge. I ended up closing my account and I ended up paying for the interest charge and late fee for the charges that I am unaware of. The owner will just keep saying sorry for her mistake but continue to keep charging me for the next couple of months. I don't know how can she even sleep doing this to people taking their hard earned money even worst paid extra for the charges that I didn't even use. Karma will get you someday! read more

The facial with peel was customized to my skin needs and the teeth whitening service produced nice results. The laser hair removal service could have produced better results, it did not prevent hair growth as good as when I go to an actual dermatologists office for this service but, the great, affordable price makes it good enough for me. I was introduced to Anna through a friend who also works in the beauty industry. They offer procedures such as facials, waxing, lash extensions, and body contouring. Today I went in for a Dermaplaning facial. What it does is promotes smoother skin, removing dead skin cells, reduces the appearance of acne scars, diminishes the look of fine lines and works on all skin types. I never leave reviews but I feel I have to in this case to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I went in for the IPL spot treatment to lighten brown spots on my face. It seemed as if everything went okay during it. Right after, it started to hurt but I figured that was normal. I went to the food court to eat after with my dad who then pointed out my face started to blister. The pain started to intensify increasingly fast as the blister grew. I called them to let them know and sent a photo to show what was happening. I was told that was normal and to put ointment on it and it should heal within 2-3 days. By that afternoon, the blisters started to burst on its own and my face was constantly dripping in liquid. The next day, more blisters formed and it just kept getting worse. My skin felt super thick, like leather which was alarming to me, especially since it was my skin that was perfectly fine, not the brown spots. Apparently the laser targeted my brown spots AND the surrounding area which was where the blistering occurred. By day 4, it only got worse to where I felt I needed to be seen by a doctor. Luckily, my dermatologist was able to see me and basically said that the laser was way too strong and burned through multiple layers of my skin, hence the burn blisters that formed. She said it'll take around 3 months to fully heal and hopefully not scar. I'm on prescription ointment to help with the constant blistering which is extremely upsetting as my face now looks 10x worse than when I went in, and I'm hundreds of dollars out now for the deem appointment and medications. My husband and I never had wedding photos done so for our 10 year anniversary next month, we were going to do that but now that has to be cancelled. I just want others to be aware of complications that can happen. read more

The highlight of my week was my facial with Chantelle at Skin Lab. I got the Dermaplaning and then decided to add on the chemical peel since they offered a discount for the add on. Ill admit I was a little chicken to get this done because it was my first time but after I talked to Anna over the phone she convinced me that it would be fine. I'm so glad I kept the appointment because I really enjoyed it. I had a lot of old skin and gunk in my pores removed and the massage was SOOO relaxing! Chantelle is great at making you feel relaxed and comfortable. I like that she took time to explain everything and loves to make sure moms get their much deserved self care time! After my session my coworkers said I looked so relaxed and my family said my face looked real fresh. I can see and feel the difference. I usually don't give bad reviews, but I just can't believe how painful this upper lip wax has been. I thought it was just irritation, but it turns out the lady actually pulled a thin layer of skin off on both sides of my upper lip! It has scabbed now, but it has been hurting and it's so sensitive that just eating or drinking stuff hurts the sides of my mouth. Putting a mask to go to work is quite uncomfortable enough. This has never happened to me, and it really upsets me that you had one job to do and that you could not do, never coming back again!!!!! read more
