While in search for this, I came across one of the Indulge's owners (Julie) TikTok and IG. From IG, I was taken to Indulge's website where I was able to book my appointment with one of their LMTs, Terry. She's been with Indulge since the beginning and I think that says a lot about the company, which actually seems more like family. Terry is phenomenal and wears multiple hats; she can even do your lashes! Don't wait until the last minute to book, though, she's in high demand, especially for her lymphatic massage. Terry took the time to listen, made sure I was comfortable, had warm hands (who doesn't love that during a massage?!), and made me feel relaxed almost instantly. Love her personality and glad I booked a bundle with her and can't wait for my next appointment. The spa is clean, nicely decorated--pampas and fringe pillows sure jeuje a place up, free parking (handicap accessible stalls and ramps as well), and outside the hectic activity downtown Honolulu and Waikīkī offer. There's a snack cart with a Keurig machine, too! Sometimes grabbing a bite to eat gets put on the back burner, so having a little something to nibble on is kind and thoughtful. When you first walk in, it's very trendy while still being calming; they leave the lights low and spa music on in the background that help create the atmosphere. Everyone I met was super nice and friendly. Terry was my stylist today and she was so great. She was very nice and talkative and explained every part of her process thoroughly so I understood what was happening. This was my first time getting a lift and tint and she was very honest about everything. I was comfortable the whole time. My very first facial and lemme me tell you, I left with my face feeling rejuvenated Located in Aiea and when driving down the parking lot, it's located on the left side. Or if you find JV Salon, it's straight across from them! *Appointments only I appreciate the time and work from Tracy! I entered and the spa was very calm and relaxing. I already wanted to fall asleep because it was so peaceful . First time I met Tracy she was very welcoming and sat down with me to educate me. She was very knowledgeable, caring and wanted to know what I want. After talking with me, she lead me into the back into one of their spa rooms. And it was cozy! She had me removed just my top with my bra still on but straps off. She took a look at my skin and she explained what she insists on doing and why. She also made sure I was comfortable through out the facial. Steam to open up my pores, she massages, extracted, LED, cleaned out and hydrated my face entirely. I can't express how happy I am to find Indulge Spa-specifically Taylor. I'm over 50, so I've been going to spas and Estheticians for more than half my life in more than half of the US. I have to say that Taylor is WAY up there in skill as well as service. Plus, she is incredibly easy to chat with-pleasant, kind and professional. I went in for my second facial with Kelcie today. She is the most sweetest. Understanding that I'm new to receiving facial treatments, she makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I regret not taking before and after pictures of my HydraFacial treatment. My face felt so clean and I actually felt like I was glowing. You should have seen all the yuckies that came out. The establishment is beautiful and relaxing as well. Most importantly, due to Covid, they have safety measures in place. Word of advice when you come here be prepared to take the most relaxing nap ever while they pamper you! First time ever coming here and booking online was so easy. Parking might be a little complicated as they only have 2 stalls in the front store for their customers but if you drive around you can find some non-reserved stalls. Came in to get my lashes done and the lash God's were probably on my side today because they had a July special that just started today a volume set for $135 normally around $160. Tracy C. Was my lash girl and let me just say I love her! We clicked from the beginning and you don't normally find that just anywhere. I told her how I wanted my lashes to look and she did her thing. She does quality work and takes her time perfecting her lash craft! It took roughly about 2 hours and I must say it was best experience. She and I talked as if we knew each other before lol I knocked out and hopefully I wasn't snoring lol! at the end I love love love my lashes! It was perfect! Some places make your lashes feel super heavy but with how Tracy applied my lashes I can't even feel that I have them on! They are super light. I recommend getting your lashes done here by Kelcie. She did hybrid lashes for me earlier this month for a trip and I absolutely loved it! This place was relaxing, soothing music, gentle hands and I felt so comfortable that I fell asleep. I don't personally know Kelcie and I have never been here before so this post is an honest review. Tracy is my eyelash extension guru! I've been going to her for a couple of years now and I'm never ever disappointed. Tracy is super easy to talk to and makes the whole process, from beginning to finish, so relaxing that I fall asleep every single time! The interior is nicely decorated, has a calming atmosphere, and not to mention Tracy always has a great song playlist. Parking is tight, but no matter what time my appointment is there's at least one parking spot open. After the initial full set, pricing goes by how long it's been since the last lash fill. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately it's been a bad experience. I went to a junior lash technician and so many of my real lashes got glued together and clumps of lash extensions glued together. They say all technicians are licensed, so you would think they would know how to do their job correctly, and when you see "junior," I thought it meant that they still know how to do lashes, it's just that they would take longer to do your lashes.... But no, I was so sad how my lashes turned out. Before I left, I could tell that some of my real lashes got glued together on the same extension because I could feel a little tug when she brushed them out at the end but when I got home and brushed them myself, so many were glued together and glue was stuck on my lash line. I texted the lash technician and told her I was not satisfied with them as so many were stuck together. She blamed it on my eyes getting watery at the end, that it made them get stuck. She offered to fix it for me, so I went back the same day and all she did was cut my real lashes that were glued to the same extension so they would get separated. But even after that, when I got home and checked, there were still soooo many stuck. It's been a week since I went and every night after I shower, I use my 2 tweezers to try to separate my real lashes that are stuck to 1 extension. I would not recommend going to a junior lash technician. read more

Went here for the first time for a facial and back facial in preparations for a wedding where I was the maid of honor. The bride booked the sessions for me and I must say it's so relaxing and calming here. The staff is so nice and the environment is very clean. You get what you pay for...I was trying to find a lash place closer to home than my current place. I went to Bridget for a full set. It took approximately 4 hours, which had me thinking my lashes must be perfect and full. Upon completion, I noticed she was brushing my right eye for a long time...can't be a good sign (I've been doing my lashes consistently for 8 years). After about 7 minutes of straight brushing she told me I could open my eyes and said, "you need to keep brushing this one because it's looking all crazy" (exact quote). Wth? I was beyond shocked when I saw the work done, idk if she got licensed online or what...but my lashes were shooting out in all kinds of directions with huge gaps and clumps throughout . She was right, it was looking all crazy. It was a disaster. Never going back to her again. It was cheap, but still a complete waste of money. read more

She was very friendly and I felt comfortable from the beginning to the end of my service. She paid attention to my concerns and went over skin care with me that I could easily add too my daily routines at home.
