My surgeon suggested a lymphatic massage after a recent procedure to avoid developing fibrosis and hematomas, not to mention overall proper and speedy healing. While in search for this, I came across one of the Indulge's owners (Julie) TikTok and IG. From IG, I was taken to Indulge's website where I was able to book my appointment with one of their LMTs, Terry. She's been with Indulge since the beginning and I think that says a lot about the company, which actually seems more like family. Terry is phenomenal and wears multiple hats; she can even do your lashes! Don't wait until the last minute to book, though, she's in high demand, especially for her lymphatic massage. Terry took the time to listen, made sure I was comfortable, had warm hands (who doesn't love that during a massage?!), and made me feel relaxed almost instantly. Love her personality and glad I booked a bundle with her and can't wait for my next appointment. The spa is clean, nicely decorated--pampas and fringe pillows sure jeuje a place up, free parking (handicap accessible stalls and ramps as well), and outside the hectic activity downtown Honolulu and Waikīkī offer. There's a snack cart with a Keurig machine, too! Sometimes grabbing a bite to eat gets put on the back burner, so having a little something to nibble on is kind and thoughtful. If you need your hair did, visit their sister company, JV Salon, it's right across the way. Thank you, Indulge! read more

When you first walk in, it's very trendy while still being calming; they leave the lights low and spa music on in the background that help create the atmosphere. Everyone I met was super nice and friendly. Terry was my stylist today and she was so great. She was very nice and talkative and explained every part of her process thoroughly so I understood what was happening. This was my first time getting a lift and tint and she was very honest about everything. I was comfortable the whole time. In my photo you can see the big difference between my natural straight lashes and the lift and tint. I would definitely recommend her, especially if it's your first time. read more

This was my first facial experience and it was amazing! It was intimate and personalized. I felt like I could relax and unwind in the ambiance created by Waldine. She did a great job at paying attention to my skincare concerns and educating me in a way that empowered me to take care of my skin and book another facial. My skin looks bright and moisturized. It was worth every penny if it means feeling and looking my best these days! Five out of five stars in every way! read more

Kelcie was very very patient and she took her time and did it so well I was so happy and very pleased with her work! She was professional and very helpful too! She also recommended me to get a hybrid fill next time read more

Crystal is my lash tech and she's amazing! She was so patient with me as I learned how to care for my lashes during the first few sessions so that it's not bare bones when I come in for a fill. She's also super personable and makes me feel at ease during our sessions. I always get compliments on my lashes and recommend her to all my contacts. I used another lash tech in the past (for a lash lift) and she came off as cold and rushed me through the process. I'm so glad I found Crystal through the Indulge website. Highly recommend! read more

Lehua is awesome! My friend got me a massage here for my last day in Hawaii and the atmosphere, decor, music, and staff are great. My massage was awesome and I was sad when it ended. I was practically asleep when she finished, AND THAT IS BASICALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME! I would absolutely recommend trying this place out! read more

Been going here for years and every time is exceptional! :) Crystal provided an exceptional facial experience! She was open, authentic, and incredibly kind, making me feel completely comfortable throughout. Her gentle and professional approach left me feeling refreshed and cared for. On top of her excellent service, she went above and beyond by staying late at the salon so I could retrieve my forgotten earrings. Her creativity shone through when she made a makeshift envelope from a Post-it note to secure them--such an impressive and thoughtful gesture! I'm so grateful for her kindness. Highly recommend Crystal for her outstanding care and professionalism! read more

I got my dermaplaning here. Location is amazing- away from busy Waikiki area. I consider it as another hidden gem Kelcie is amazing! Think I find a place where I can get massage and facial done at one stop. They got nice decorations too. It's glamourous and elegant. I'll take pictures next time when I go back. read more

My very first facial and lemme me tell you, I left with my face feeling rejuvenated Located in Aiea and when driving down the parking lot, it's located on the left side. Or if you find JV Salon, it's straight across from them! *Appointments only I appreciate the time and work from Tracy! I entered and the spa was very calm and relaxing. I already wanted to fall asleep because it was so peaceful . First time I met Tracy she was very welcoming and sat down with me to educate me. She was very knowledgeable, caring and wanted to know what I want. After talking with me, she lead me into the back into one of their spa rooms. And it was cozy! She had me removed just my top with my bra still on but straps off. She took a look at my skin and she explained what she insists on doing and why. She also made sure I was comfortable through out the facial. Steam to open up my pores, she massages, extracted, LED, cleaned out and hydrated my face entirely. After she was done we went over some products to help with my combination skin (dry & oily) and for my breakouts. Again I just wanna thank Tracy and I WILL be seeing her again! read more

I can't express how happy I am to find Indulge Spa-specifically Taylor. I'm over 50, so I've been going to spas and Estheticians for more than half my life in more than half of the US. I have to say that Taylor is WAY up there in skill as well as service. Plus, she is incredibly easy to chat with-pleasant, kind and professional. This will be my "go-to" Spa from now on (they offer a HUGE list of services), and Taylor will most definitely be my "go-to" person for facials. I'll post before and after pics next time since the results were pretty amazing. read more

Great facial service! Will definitely come back to try other things on the menu. Very nice cozy place.

I had a relaxation massage with Terry and she was the best massage therapist I've ever had! Every touch had intention in it and did not feel sloppy/rushed at all. She also checked up on me frequently to make sure her pressure was good and it remained consistent the whole service, not too firm and not too light. Definitely recommend her for anyone looking to relax and de-stress! read more

Thank you to Sherrie for my first facial with extractions! She explained everything that she was doing, was very knowledgeable on the products she was using, and was very careful with my lash extensions. It was so relaxing being in her chair! I left with my skin feeling soft, and hydrated. I kept tearing because of the pressure while she was extracting my nose, but it was all worth it! Definitely recommend coming here and booking with her! read more

Mahalo Leland for a fantastic, relaxing 90 minute deep tissue massage! I schedule massages regularly and am recently spending more time in this area, took a chance and was more than pleasantly surprised. Leland focused on those tight muscle areas and I left feeling like a new woman. Very professional and pleasant personality. Well designed and thoughtful services layout for a day spa experience with many offerings from lashes, brows, aesthetics, massage and more. Easy to find location and parking, too. Their sister hair salon is right across from the spa, so hope to schedule an appointment there, too. Rest assured, I will be back Leland! read more

This is my second time ever getting a facial but first time client here. I have combination skin and a lot of build up in my pores around my nose. I booked a facial with Sherrie and I am so happy with the results. My skin feels so soft and rejuvenated! I tend to get dry patches on my skin here and there but Sherrie took care of all my crusty skin. Do your skin a favor and get a facial! I loved how she was very knowledgeable about what products to use and I feel like she really catered to my own skins needs. I got the O2 lift facial. Couldn't be more happier with the results! They play calm music when getting services which is nice. I left feeling so relaxed. Will definitely come back again! read more

I went in for my second facial with Kelcie today. She is the most sweetest. Understanding that I'm new to receiving facial treatments, she makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I regret not taking before and after pictures of my HydraFacial treatment. My face felt so clean and I actually felt like I was glowing. You should have seen all the yuckies that came out. The establishment is beautiful and relaxing as well. Most importantly, due to Covid, they have safety measures in place. Text them when you're outside and they'll escort you in to avoid crowding in the front. You take your temperature and they have sanitizer at reception desk. Thank you Kelcie for taking care of me and placing no judgment. Lol! I know my face needs a lot of work and self care so thank you for not rushing my treatments. You're amazing. See you next month. read more

Word of advice when you come here be prepared to take the most relaxing nap ever while they pamper you! First time ever coming here and booking online was so easy. Parking might be a little complicated as they only have 2 stalls in the front store for their customers but if you drive around you can find some non-reserved stalls. Came in to get my lashes done and the lash God's were probably on my side today because they had a July special that just started today a volume set for $135 normally around $160. Tracy C. Was my lash girl and let me just say I love her! We clicked from the beginning and you don't normally find that just anywhere. I told her how I wanted my lashes to look and she did her thing. She does quality work and takes her time perfecting her lash craft! It took roughly about 2 hours and I must say it was best experience. She and I talked as if we knew each other before lol I knocked out and hopefully I wasn't snoring lol! at the end I love love love my lashes! It was perfect! Some places make your lashes feel super heavy but with how Tracy applied my lashes I can't even feel that I have them on! They are super light. I think I found my new lash girl and a new gal pal! read more

I recommend getting your lashes done here by Kelcie. She did hybrid lashes for me earlier this month for a trip and I absolutely loved it! This place was relaxing, soothing music, gentle hands and I felt so comfortable that I fell asleep. I don't personally know Kelcie and I have never been here before so this post is an honest review. My lashes lasted for about 2 1/2 weeks. She was very knowledgeable about letting me know how to take care of my lashes properly. read more

Tracy is my eyelash extension guru! I've been going to her for a couple of years now and I'm never ever disappointed. Tracy is super easy to talk to and makes the whole process, from beginning to finish, so relaxing that I fall asleep every single time! The interior is nicely decorated, has a calming atmosphere, and not to mention Tracy always has a great song playlist. Parking is tight, but no matter what time my appointment is there's at least one parking spot open. After the initial full set, pricing goes by how long it's been since the last lash fill. Worth the price every time! read more

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately it's been a bad experience. I went to a junior lash technician and so many of my real lashes got glued together and clumps of lash extensions glued together. They say all technicians are licensed, so you would think they would know how to do their job correctly, and when you see "junior," I thought it meant that they still know how to do lashes, it's just that they would take longer to do your lashes.... But no, I was so sad how my lashes turned out. Before I left, I could tell that some of my real lashes got glued together on the same extension because I could feel a little tug when she brushed them out at the end but when I got home and brushed them myself, so many were glued together and glue was stuck on my lash line. I texted the lash technician and told her I was not satisfied with them as so many were stuck together. She blamed it on my eyes getting watery at the end, that it made them get stuck. She offered to fix it for me, so I went back the same day and all she did was cut my real lashes that were glued to the same extension so they would get separated. But even after that, when I got home and checked, there were still soooo many stuck. It's been a week since I went and every night after I shower, I use my 2 tweezers to try to separate my real lashes that are stuck to 1 extension. I would not recommend going to a junior lash technician. read more

Went here for the first time for a facial and back facial in preparations for a wedding where I was the maid of honor. The bride booked the sessions for me and I must say it's so relaxing and calming here. The staff is so nice and the environment is very clean. They make you feel comfortable and offer a variety of services from massages, body scrubs, facials, clinical facials, microblading, etc. although parking is a little tricky since a lot of the stalls are reserved for the other businesses there but well worth it! Will definitely bring my mom, sister, girlfriends here and come back for more services! read more

As soon as you walk in, the ambiance takes you to a peaceful state of mind. The dimmed crystal lights, to the carefully selected furniture, accessories, and fixtures, plus the greeting from staff makes you feel welcome and at ease. I've had 3 facials with Jaina. She is amazing! She really know her products and what would be best for your type of skin. Jaina is very personable, friendly and does a great job! She'll make you wanna come back every month!!! I've also enjoyed a few massages from Lehua. She's got strong magical hands! If gentle is what you want, she can oblige. Don't let her small stature fool you though. Her deep tissue massage can make a grown man cry. I have my next appointments for facial and massage scheduled and can't wait!! Go treat yourself!! You deserve it!!! read more

You get what you pay for...I was trying to find a lash place closer to home than my current place. I went to Bridget for a full set. It took approximately 4 hours, which had me thinking my lashes must be perfect and full. Upon completion, I noticed she was brushing my right eye for a long time...can't be a good sign (I've been doing my lashes consistently for 8 years). After about 7 minutes of straight brushing she told me I could open my eyes and said, "you need to keep brushing this one because it's looking all crazy" (exact quote). Wth? I was beyond shocked when I saw the work done, idk if she got licensed online or what...but my lashes were shooting out in all kinds of directions with huge gaps and clumps throughout . She was right, it was looking all crazy. It was a disaster. Never going back to her again. It was cheap, but still a complete waste of money. read more

After seeing and hearing all the reviews about this facial I had to make an appointment and I received my first O2 facial with Tracy yesterday and it was amazing. She was very friendly and I felt comfortable from the beginning to the end of my service. She paid attention to my concerns and went over skin care with me that I could easily add too my daily routines at home. After having this facial I noticed a big difference at night and in the morning while applying my moisturizer and sun block. My skin was absorbing it all up and left my skin glowing all day. I can't wait to come back for another facial with her and see the end results of continuous care of my skin. Thank you again! read more

I had a fantastic appointment with Leina! Leina texted me and brought me in for an earlier appointment time, which I was pleased. Before my appointment, I expressed some worries I had regarding pain and she put me at ease with reassuring me I would be comfortable. Leina and the doctor were both friendly and personable, which made me feel confident I would be in good hands. Leina provided some of her medical background, adjusted the bed, and walked me through the process. Throughout the process, she was patient and gave me positive encouragement for reassurance. Leina was phenomenal at administering her craft and I was pleased with the results, compared to other places I have been to before. Indulge offers such great services, I will be returning for more. Thank you, Leina! read more

Great massage by Terry! Lehua too! I brought my husband here for a Father's day massage, we both enjoyed our 90 minute therapeutic massages. The stubborn kink in my neck is finally gone.
