Suzie welcomed me with such a friendly, comforting energy from the moment I arrived. As a first‑timer to facials, she took the time to educate me and explain each step clearly, including how different treatments work. She even walked me through red light therapy for my back, which was incredibly helpful. I left feeling relaxed, informed, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend her and Refresh Day Spa. read more

Just had my first visit here and I can say it was an AMAZING experience. Petrina took care of me and she was fantastic! Very friendly, kind, and professional service. After going over my areas of concern, she tailored the massage perfectly to hit those trouble spots. I did the 75 min combination massage and it was worrrrth it. The facility is very clean and has a welcoming vibe. Parking is plentiful and free. Great visit and will be looking forward to my next one! read more

My friend treated me to a facial and massage for my birthday. I felt like a princess and my skin was glowing after we were done. LOCATION: Located in the Mililani Shopping Center near the First Hawaiian Bank. Mauka side of The Shack. SERVICE: It's a cute store. Their waiting area is clean. I walked in, they had me take my sandals off and placed my feet into a bowl while I waited. They rinsed off my feet and escorted me to the massage room. I got the lomilomi massage. It was soooo nice! I fell asleep towards the end. Shortly after, I put my robe back on and was escorted to the facial room. I was in even deeper relaxation mode. I'm pretty sure I snored. I woke up and didn't realize I was at the spa. My skin was so nice a glowing afterwards. COST: My friend treated me for my birthday (inquire with the shop) ATMOSPHERE: Their shop is located in a nice sound proof room. I literally fell deep asleep. Their shop is also clean and comfortable. Overall, this is a nice spot to go to, especially because its not located in the hustle and bustle area of town. If you live in the Mililani area, you must give this place a visit! read more

This review is long overdue as I have been getting facials from Suzy for years. I'm definitely a facial girlie and have had many facials, but Suzy is truly the best. With over 20 years experience (including time as a trainer at one of the Oahu's top spas) she knows exactly how to get my skin healthy, balanced and hydrated. I love how she customizes my facials with all of the latest equipment because my skin is really sensitive and requires more care than a basic facial. If you're looking for the absolute BEST esthetician on the island or want to get your hands on some AMAZING Korean skincare - look no further. Go to Refresh and book with Suzy. She delivers glowing skin every time! Thanks Suzy for always taking such good care of me and my daughters! read more

Refresh Day Spa is located in Mililani Shopping Center across American Savings Bank. It's in a very small, but very effective space. The lobby/waiting area is comfy and has a clean, relaxing feel to it. I got a deep tissue massage from Kaui and it was pretty good. She made sure to pay special attention to my trouble areas and checked to see if the pressure was OK. While she massaged me, she played instrumental Hawaiian music. It sounded like I was at the airport, or in a local hotel lobby. I didn't mind it that much, but it just wasn't something I was used to. I had a facial from Suzy and cannot wait to return. She is so sweet and gentle. The music she played was really relaxing and was the typical kind of zen music you'd hear in a spa while getting a massage. She gave me a quick shoulder massage and when I was done, provided water and a few snacks to send me off. What I found really relaxing was also Suzy's voice. She has such a sweet and kind voice, the type that you would expect to sing a baby's lullaby. The service rates are very reasonable and I had a good experience overall. I hope to return soon! read more

Mahalo Jackqui for the great customized deep tissue massage before my surgery! Yes folks, I had to go back again to see Jackqui and she noticed that I was getting a little looser... haha... Really appreciate your care and it really helped me prepare physically and mentally... thank you! I forgot to mention I love the special touch when you leave... the banana (yum!) little sweets and of course water to flush out all the toxins. Such a caring place to relax and get well! I need to take a break to heal but I'll be back after treatments are done! Mahalo Jackqui!!! We all deserve to take care of ourselves! PS - I've been to several other places outside of Mililani and on the mainland... trust me, Jackqui listens to you and customizes your deep tissue massage to what YOU want. She is great! And she listens to your needs! Besides... it's in Mililani... we don't have to travel far!!! read more

It's been YEARS since I got a good massage. With high recommendations from my staff, I decided to make an appointment. It was also recommended that I request Nalani. Omg! She did not disappoint! This place is top notch! You feel at ease as soon as you enter. None of this big corporate stuffs. If you want more of a personal touch, this is the place for you. Nalani's hands are magical. I had bad headaches and sciatica. I told her my concerns and she knew exactly what to do. Since my massage, I haven't woken up from sciatic pain! I am going to treat myself and get massages on a consistent basis. Self care is important! Plus, it's right in my neighborhood with ample parking. Love this place! read more

I am so happy that Mililani has an amazing spa now! I got the green sea peel and super happy with my results. I was skeptical at first because the last and only chemical peel I got ( from another spa) didn't have great end results. I am six days in and the results are amazing! It softened my skin and even cleared up deep wrinkles that I developed from being a side sleeper. Julie did my peel and was very informative and thoroughly explained the process as well as post care. Suzy, the owner was very sweet and made me feel welcomed the moment I walked through the door! I can't wait to go back and try other treatments! I wish I took a before picture to show the difference! I am turning 40 this month and this peel definitely took some years off my face! Feeling good about turning 40 now! read more

Not normally a spa-goer, but pandemic times have been rough! My skin needed some help, and I needed some pampering. I had a lovely facial with Suzy. It was amazing!!! So gentle, yet totally rejuvenating. My skin was absolutely glowing and my mind was totally relaxed. I had the Oxygen facial and loved the little pore vacuum cleaner. She got rid of some stubborn fine lines - much reduced. I love all the latest tech and Korean skin care lines she has, and all of her extensive knowledge. Going to try the massage next time...
