Woke up with some neck pain that has been lingering here and there from sleeping weird and being on…read moremy computer for long hours but today it was at its worse. I did a quick search of massage therapists in the area and this one came up. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received and this was actually one of the best massages I have ever had. This place is located in a strip mall area by Time's Waipahu across of Festival Market. I was greeted by my massage therapist, Lulu, who happened to be hanging out near the entrance when I arrived. I told her why I needed a massage and asked her to specifically work in my upper trap area. The room is not your "glamorous spa" type of room, yet it gave peaceful vibes with the large massage table and sheets. Lulu's pressure was firm and you could tell she was using her entire body to provide me the pressure I asked for. She demonstrated amazing soft tissue massage techniques throughout and even gently mobilized some of my joints. To be quite honest, it was hard for me to relax here, but I came here for a therapeutic massage that can target the tight areas of my body not for a "relaxing spa day." Lulu continuously asked me throughout the session if her pressure was too hard or if I was in pain and made adjustments as needed. My massage also included hot stones, which I was not expecting but I was not opposed to. The service and friendliness of this establishment cannot be beat, especially when factoring in the reasonable price for an hour. Booking is extremely easy via their website. I will be recommending this place to my peers!

I recommend you don't waste your time. I believe it's a scam school that just takes your money but really doesn't give any massages. Be careful. You've been warned. As a business owner, I am disappointed on how unreliable and unprofessional these people are. Don't go.

I called them and was able to get a same day appointment (which is typically hard to come by). I then asked my husband if he wanted to get a massage as well and what do you know - we were able to get a couples massage on the same day and same time. LOCATION This place is located in the old part of Waipahu (near the sugar mill). I was able to find it easy with my google map. I pulled up into a small parking area with much parking available. First impression - clean and loved the smell of the essential oils. SERVICE I reached out to Hazel (the owner) and she was able to give me and my husband the a couples massage. I was greeted by one of the apprentices Chalei - very warm greeting. Because it was our first time, we had to complete a questionnaire. Hazel then walked in and really loved her personality. Off the bat, we felt comfortable. MASSAGE Me and my husband were in the same room! Hazel was my masseuse and Chalei was my husbands masseuse. I didn't realize how much I needed this massage. Hazel's pressure was exactly what I needed. After I identified the area of focus she was able to relive most of the tension. Throughout the service, she kept ensuring that I was okay. Overall, I was able to get relieved from alot of the pressure that I was experiencing. I had a good night sleep and didn't wake up with a headache as I was the past couple mornings. I recommend this place and Hazel. You'll feel comfortable and at home.

There is a bit of a language barrier, so I would recommend asking questions beforehand if you're unsure about anything. Since it was my first massage, I wasn't aware that we would need to remove our entire top and pants, so that caught me off guard. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time. Another thing to be aware of is that there aren't a lot of workers, so if someone comes in, the massage therapist may need to step away to help the customer at the front. I felt like this interrupted the massage a little and potentially cut into our massage time. We also arrived late because of traffic, so that part was our fault. We started around 3:10 PM and still finished around 4 PM, but I wanted to mention it so other customers know to allow extra time for traffic and to arrive on time. Overall, would I go again? Yes! The staff were very nice, and now that I know what to expect, I would feel more comfortable coming back. Just make sure you arrive on time and ask questions beforehand if it's your first massage!

However, what we did mind was how unprofessional the experience was. For most of our massage, the treatment room door was left wide open, leaving us feeling exposed and without privacy. It was also very unprofessional when one of the massage therapists left in the middle of my massage to answer the front door and greet another client. She then asked him if he needed to use the restroom and walked him past our room while our door was still wide open before returning to continue my massage. We both booked Thai massages, but what we received felt much more like Swedish massages. The therapists mostly just glided their hands up and down our bodies, with very little stretching or techniques typically associated with a Thai massage. Overall, the lack of privacy, constant interruptions, and the massage not matching the service we paid for made this a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place, and I won't be returning
