Had a great experience booking here after a hard day at work. Also tried the cupping to relieve my super tense muscles and slept really well that night. Will be back again soon. read more

I went in yesterday with my cousin for a massage. We didn't mind being placed in the front room with two beds that's typically used for couples' massages. However, what we did mind was how unprofessional the experience was. For most of our massage, the treatment room door was left wide open, leaving us feeling exposed and without privacy. It was also very unprofessional when one of the massage therapists left in the middle of my massage to answer the front door and greet another client. She then asked him if he needed to use the restroom and walked him past our room while our door was still wide open before returning to continue my massage. We both booked Thai massages, but what we received felt much more like Swedish massages. The therapists mostly just glided their hands up and down our bodies, with very little stretching or techniques typically associated with a Thai massage. Overall, the lack of privacy, constant interruptions, and the massage not matching the service we paid for made this a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place, and I won't be returning read more

So glad I stumbled across this place online. It's just a quick 5 minute walk away from my sister's place and I had just ran the Hapalua half marathon and was in desperate need of a quick massage. It was clean and I was seen right away. I did a 1 hour deep tissue massage and Yoyo was amazing!!! I prefer a firm pressure and it was perfect. I like how she checked in and asked if the pressure was ok multiple times during the massage. I felt like it wasn't rushed and she really knew what needed body parts extra time. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Rude and unhelpful. Hard to find and claimed I cancelled my appointment just cause I asked for help finding the place.

I've been going to Paradise Massage for a while now, love that they open late and are almost always available to squeeze me in when I'm in dire need of loosening the knots on my poor back. My go to person is Ann, she doesn't speak much English or understand but if I use hand gestures and tell her "pain", she will go straight to the areas and use a good, firm pressure on loosening what she can in the hour that I'm there. The cleanliness is top tier here and definitely makes me feel relaxed. I love that they have a stamp card and offers water and candy after a massage. read more

I purchased a Groupon for a massage at this studio and had a mixed experience overall. When I first booked my appointment, it was canceled the day prior because they said no therapist was available. I had already rearranged my schedule for a 4:30pm appointment, so that was disappointing. They offered to move me to 6:30pm, but I wasn't able to adjust my schedule again. On the day of my rescheduled appointment, I presented my Groupon voucher to pay. This is where things became uncomfortable. The massage therapist appeared visibly upset and walked away, and the owner returned to inform me that not all therapists accept Groupon clients. I was told I should have mentioned the Groupon when booking. While I understand policies are important, this was not communicated clearly beforehand, and the way it was delivered felt abrupt and somewhat scolding. As for the massage itself, it was okay but not exceptional. There was a noticeable language barrier, and I was not asked what type of massage I preferred or what areas needed focus. At times, the pressure felt inconsistent -- almost as if there wasn't a clear plan of muscle work being done. Overall, I think clearer communication would greatly improve the client experience, especially regarding Groupon policies. The atmosphere at the end felt tense and uncomfortable, which left me with not-so-great vibes. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't somewhere I'd choose to return to. read more

Love love love this massage place! The staff are always so nice and accommodating. They always know how to work on my body. So relaxing!

I've been getting massages here periodically for the last few years. I can handle more pressure and prefer deep tissue massages so I always ask for koko. She is definitely my favorite. I hold a lot of stress in my shoulders and can get pretty tight, she always does an amazing job of loosening my knots. My mom doesn't like deep tissue and prefers more of a hot stone shiatsu and she likes Amy. I moved out of state so I don't get to get massages here often anymore and unfortunately haven't found a new masseuse that compares to paradise massage. They are always so welcoming and cleanliness is a top priority. They have multiple massage rooms on two floors and offer couples massages as well. read more

It's a stressful time for hubs and I. We've come here before and decided to come back at the last minute. Appointment: It is so easy to make an appointment. You can call or text the number or make an appointment online. I called and they texted back. I was able to get an appointment right away for a couple's massage. Price: The price is already pretty good at $160 for a couples massage. Want to save more? Pay with cash. Ambience: So this place is located in a neighborhood. They transformed a townhome into multiple spa areas. While some are sectioned off with curtains, they still do a pretty good job keeping it private, quiet and calm for a massage. When we first came, they offered cupping for $10 as an add on. We did it and it was amazing. It was such a great massage and it took out every kink I had. So if you don't mind the cupping bruises, you should definitely try it. This visit we just got the regular couple's massage. It was still amazing. I asked if they could focus on my back and they did just that. I still had a full body, but I felt so happy they concentrated more on my back, which was where all my stress has been. To my surprise, we also had a hot stone and stretching! I was like..what!?? This is included!? Yes please! Overall, My hubs and I enjoyed both our visits here. Ya its not full spa, but we love treatments here. If you are looking for an affordable massage or some quality relaxation time with your bestie or significant other, this is a great option! read more

I've been coming here for deep tissue massage about 3-4 years and honestly I wouldn't trust my body anywhere else. After moving to this area, I struggled to find someone who truly does deep tissue -- not the light spa version, but real work that actually releases tension, knots, and stress. I used to see Koko (she was amazing), and when she left I stopped coming for a while because I couldn't find anyone comparable. Eventually I called back and they recommended Emily. The BEST decision. She is incredible. Strong, skilled, intuitive, and consistent every time. I come 1-2× a month now and it's become essential self-care. They also incorporate a lot of Thai massage stretching which makes a huge difference in mobility and overall relief. Plus the monthly cupping treatments have been fantastic. Easy parking, super clean, warm friendly staff. If you want real deep tissue work done right, definitely check them out. read more

Wonderful massage shop! The store is very nice, clean and well-maintained, which immediately made customers feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff are skilled, professional and truly know what they're doing. Everyone was also very courteous and friendly. The owner is especially kind and accommodating, and clearly cares about both the customers and the quality of service. Highly recommended! read more

They're always my go to and love that they're in my neighborhood. They were able to squeeze me in after hours & because I have their personal #, I texted them at 10p to see if they were able to still take me and they said yes. Love it here & it's very clean. The whole staff are very sweet at all times. read more

My massage with Mandy was excellent as always. If you ever want a deep tissue massage. She is the one to see.

I'm a little confused by the amount of 5 star ratings of this place. I discovered this spa through a Groupon offer and decided to call ahead to confirm availability for a specific date before purchasing the $250 deal, which included a 1.5-hour couples massage with a 30-minute body scrub. When I inquired, the lady informed me that they couldn't accommodate appointments for Groupon purchases. However, she offered to match the Groupon price if I booked directly, allowing us to secure a time slot. I chose to pay in cash for a flat rate of $250 and made the appointment. The body scrub experience was less than satisfying. Although you are provided with hand towels for modesty, the scrub itself felt more like a gentle application rather than an effective exfoliation. Having previously enjoyed a much better scrub at Aveda Spa in Ala Moana, I found this one lacking A LOT. There isn't enough pressure nor is the scrub rough enough. After the scrub, we rinsed off in the shower but continued to feel uncomfortably oily, as there were no scrubbing tools provided, just basic shampoo and body wash. We were also conscious of the time, as lingering in the shower would cut into our massage session, leaving us both feeling less than clean. The 1.5-hour massage was mediocre at best. While my therapist started strong with good pressure on my back, that intensity faded as she moved to other areas. The lack of variety in techniques--primarily using elbows and forearms without any kneading or finger pressure--was disappointing. My partner's therapist was particularly rough, making it difficult for him to relax, and he left feeling sore. Although this was intended as a surprise for my partner, I wouldn't recommend this spa for future visits. I chose this business to experience a body scrub with my partner, but I won't be returning. If you're in search of an exceptional massage, there are certainly better options available. read more

Was looking into getting a last minute massage and so glad that this place had a same day availability and also 5-min drive from my house. Love the convenience. I got a combo massage and it was well worth it. I didn't even know that certain parts of my body were sore which was the area that was mainly focused on. It wasn't a traditional kind of massage as I was being stretched and pulled but also the pressure was very firm. No complaints here as I know my body will thank me for how tense it's been. Even the therapist noticed. She was trying to relieve the tension as best as she could especially on my shoulders. Will visit again soon. Thank you Paradise Massage. read more

I want to update my review. I had an immediate reach out from Vivian. Who expressed apologies for the massage not going well. She was so kind and thoughtful. Let me come back and reexperience my massage. I had Aimee who was absolutely amazing, she left no spot untouched. Fast back and foot massage ever. I highly recommend this place. They're kind considerate and caring. Please ask for Amy. She is excellent and her English is perfect and you will be very grateful you went to her. read more

Dealing with a kink in my shoulder and booked a 90 min (combo) message. There is ample street parking or guest parking located in the back of the residential area. Yoyo was the massage therapist that did an amazing job. I will for sure be back. Mahalo Yoyo. read more

Couples massage for our Anniversary! This was everything we wanted in a massage, WOW. The masseuses were very professional and let us relax, as much as I love to talk and get to know people, the last thing I want is to chat during my massage! They would occasionally check in to make sure the pressure was good but other than that, left us alone to our thoughts. The overall ambiance once you enter the building and room is: PEACE. The music, the smells, the lighting really provide you with a sense of calmness. Be sure to drink plenty of water after because they sure release every toxin you've ever had! TIPS & TRICKS: * Check out Groupon, usually a good deal is found, but tip well ;) * We parked on the road out front and had no issues but I heard that there might be guest parking around the back near the homes. read more

I've been going to Paradise massage for some time now. it's very clean the people are very friendly here. mostly I go for the pain I have in my lower back and for my left leg which I have lots of issues with. I always see Mandy when I go. she is very attentive to my issues, she listen to what you want and makes sure that they are taken care of. Mandy would make sure that the right pressure is applied and ask if this is ok. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone and ask for Mandy she will take good care of you. read more

*4.5* Had the opportunity to try this place as a gift from my parents, they got a couples massage while I got my own. It was awesome! It's a very small place with 3 massage rooms (I think). All the ladies were very nice and professional. My misuse applied just the right amount of pressure (not painful but still enough to get out my knots and relieve problem areas). We got the 70 minute massage but they actually went longer than that, no complaints! I liked the hot stones and the foot massage. The value here is on point. I wouldn't come here expecting a full on spa experience. It's more of a traditional Thai massage spot, but way above average in terms of cleanliness, professionalism, and overall ambiance (if you are comparing it to similar popular massage spots in town). The music is really soothing and it smells super good inside! There were two times she had to step away to help some people who walked in while I was getting my massage...but she made up for the time. I'm the end it was still a very good experience. I would definitely come back. read more

So my wifey scheduled a couples massage here and it's located next to the Ho'opili sales office in Kohina area. My wifey also found a Groupon that we used. This is the first time using their service and I have to say Our massage was very professional and both masseurs were experienced where they knew where to focus on without us telling both of them. They adjustment how much pressure to apply according to what we wanted .... And mine was hard. you can ask if they have military discount w/ regular priced massages We most definitely will be back read more

Craziest and most amazing experience we've had with a massage. We had a gift certificate for a couples massage and they gave us the moneys worth. They went IN on a deep massage and recommended cupping, something both my husband and I hadn't tried yet. So we gave it a try (without researching first lol) - fair warning, HYDRATE and it may leave you a little dizzy afterwards (I was so dizzy my husband had to drive home - guess I had a lot of toxins XD ) I had Mandy, I will request her when I come back cause she did great at getting the knots in my shoulders. I didn't get the name of the masseuse who did my husbands massage but he said she did great too and really helped with his back and arm pain. The cupping. I'm still unsure about, not because of who did it but I just don't know how I feel about cupping in general. I guess I'll know in a few days. Anyways, I am DEFINITELY coming back and requesting Mandy Amazing and professional staff and wonderful experience read more

Love this place!! So underrated but awesome! Found this place on yelp last year and this is my second time here and my next visit will be for 90 mins massage instead of 60 mins. Every time I leave here I feel rejuvenated and refreshed and so relaxed. The masseuses here are just awesome. Had two different ones the first and second time and never disappoints. They also take walk ins which is great and which is how I got my second massage!! Thank you ladies so glad I found your business read more

I made a same day appointment and the 60 minute deep tissue massage was great. I don't remember my masseuse's name because it's been a while since I had my massage. Reasons for minus three stars: - 2 stars: The receptionist was extremely rude, not just to me but also the masseuse. No greeting upon entering and before paying I asked about the first time special I saw on their website, she seemed agitated. I paid full price just to avoid dealing with her bad attitude. -1 star: It's located in a town home so massages are conducted in bedrooms. The room I was in faced the street and was next to the receptionist desk where i could hear customers come and go. There are better places out there. I'm not coming back. read more

Got a Groupon for a couples massage for 120 min. They were pretty booked up for same day massages so we had to plan it out a few days in advance, but locked it in for a 730 pm massage, despite some difficulties when calling for the appt. Whomever was working the phone on Friday wasn't very cooperative and friendly. We got there and were greeted and shown to the room, and they indicated we had a body scrub and a massage in lieu of the 120 min massage. We discussed a little and ultimately It was fine, we went with that and it was great. Amy massaged me and Coco massaged my fiancée. These two ladies had solid skills and hit all the tucked away knots. Even added on cupping for us both and were very accommodating. I would go again, but I do hope the person who answered the phone has better customer service moving forward read more

Been seeing favorable posts on my newsfeed so I booked a body scrub + 60 min massage. I went a little early due to being unfamiliar with this massive new development near Kroc Center. This area was so new, GPS wasn't accurate before but now there is a new access road. Google Maps has been updated and it was precise. The building is multi-use much like many townhouses coming up in Kapolei. Business on the bottom and residence above. I found guest parking inside the complex but I saw other people park on the street. I personally wouldn't park on the street as it looked like a bike path. I entered the business from the front but I believe there is a back way out, not sure. You ring the door bell and greeted bt friendly staff. I got the combination massage which seems to be thai-shiatsu with hot stones. First I got exfoliated head to toe for 30 minutes and was given a towel wrap to wear while I showered off down the hall. Then I got a very thorough massage perfect pressure. There are 3 massage rooms: 2 couples rooms and 1 single. 70% of their business is couples. They also do outcalls including bridal parties etc. I am totally relaxed and my skin feels soft. Highly recommend this place. read more

Got deep tissue massage w/CoCo and it was great! Stretching was good and she really dug into my back. Loved it!

Saw a coupon on Groupon, so I tried them out. Got the 70-minute full body and feet massage with hot stones. When I first got there, I couldn't find the place. It is in a residential spot (townhouse), not a retail area. If you're in the parking lot, you can look for a small sign outside with their name on it. If you come in this way, give them a call when you get to the door and someone will let you in. If you come in from the main road side, I believe they have a "front door" that you can just walk in through. The massage itself was great! The lady I had was great - she used a great amount of pressure and communicated throughout to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely come back again for another massage. There was one weird moment though where she had to leave in the middle of the massage to help someone that came in through the front door to buy a gift certificate. I think there was another worker that was trying to help the customer, but couldn't figure it out. It didn't affect my total time for my massage, but it was definitely weird to have her leave right in the middle for a little bit. read more
