One of the most relaxing and rejuvenating massages I've had in a long time and definitely the best one I've had on island! So nice to know you don't have to go into Waikiki to get the spa experience. Located in a flex space in Kapolei (just think how easy it will be to get here once the train is running - eye roll- ) we were greeted by a lovely potted planted garden at the front door. After ringing the bell, the owner opened the door and welcomed us in. My husband and I exchanged nervous glances upon noticing the two massage tables right out in the open, but were relieved when we were walked up stairs through a very clean and spa-like decorated space. Up on the third floor, we entered a room with plush carpet, soothing colors, and soft music. After disrobing, we settled under the luxurious sheets and awaited our massage technicians. While we never got their names, both women were kind and inquired a bit about ourselves, spots of stress, and pressure applied. The massages themselves were heavenly! Absolutely go for the 90 minutes! Starting with compression and including pressure points, rolling, hot stones, hot towels, and stretching, it was truly magical! The only thing we wondered is if the room is kept cool with intention as we both noted being a bit cold, especially after we were left to redress. As everything here seems to be done with a purpose, I'd assume the room temperature is kept cool for a reason. After our massage, we were offered a beverage and each chose a tea. We made polite chitchat with the owner again, who is an absolute sweetheart. I have tried the lash lift twice, and both experiences were great! The results just keep getting better and better, and also lasted longer than expected. No downtime needed, and very easy to maintain. It gives off a very natural vibe, but made my lashes look longer, fuller and more curled. This past weekend, I came in to avail of the Hydrafacial treatment, which was the newest addition to the the spa/clinic. It was my first time to try it out in my entire life, but I had no doubts about it since I trusted Ning completely. The treatment was painless and as a newbie to this, Ning walked me through all the steps to make sure that I was still aware of what was happening throughout the procedure. It was extremely satisfying how much cleaner my face looked and felt after the facial, and even days after. I'm definitely coming in for more sessions. I've lost count of how many times I have come in for a massage, just because I keep coming back to the spa for it. I have had both Ning and Mandy do my massage, and all experiences have been equally relaxing. They always ask to check if pressure is fine, and adjust it in the way that it has been requested. Amazing lady who did my massage. I purchased the combo massage- deep/Thai massage and I got the results I wanted. She is so strong for someone so tiny. I enjoyed every minute of it. She uses essential oil. I also didn't know the massage came with hot stones so it did surprise me when she put it on me, but I love hot stones, so it made the massage 10 times better. If you are physically challenged and have trouble climbing stairs, just let them know as they have a massage room on the ground floor with an accessible bathroom. It's hard to write a critical review like this because Ning is very sweet and I love supporting small businesses. But I feel obligated to be honest so people know what to expect and I feel it will greatly help her as well to know what changes to make to avoid troubles with future clients who aren't as nice. I'll start off with the positive - I would highly recommend her for massages!! She has very good pressure for a petite woman and easily got out my knots and focused on problem areas. Massage I would say is definitely a 5/5! Now for the not so good.... she currently has Groupon specials going on right now for a gel mani/spa pedi. Unfortunately, even with the groupon price of $79, the service did not meet my expectations whatsoever. The pedicure is done in a normal chair with a warm water bucket in front of your feet. No spa jets or chair massage. The angle was a bit weird for me sitting straight up instead of reclined and I wasn't able to rest my feet but rather had to keep it propped at an awkward angle on the ottoman with a towel on top. There is a scented scrub applied and a little foot/calf massage with lotion, but really nothing worth raving about. I am also unsure of the reuse of tools as she didn't open anything new in front of me and the brush she used to clean with alcohol looked very used. She also doesn't scrub down your sole rough spots or heels. My toes were painted nicely, but I've received better pedicures with hot stones and paraffin wax add ons for a cheaper price. For the gel manicure, she doesn't place your hands in warm water and was conservative with the cuticle softener, so not much was done to my nails prior to putting on the gel polish. Hand massage was also not included. My nails are short to begin with so I get that may have made it a little harder, but nail application was mediocre. I like the color and how she recommended the shimmer but that's about it. Maybe I'm a little particular with expectations because I've gotten mani/pedis at several different places here in Hawaii and in Cali at various price ranges, but this unfortunately may have been one of the worse. We shall see how long they last and I will update my review based on that as well. All in all, it was a bittersweet experience because I loved the massage but was extremely disappointed in the mani/pedi. I would not recommend getting a mani/pedi here and only come for massages! read more

I had a mani/pedi w/Ning today. Ning is very nice in person. But, I didn't really have a great experienced, the chair is small for a bigger person like my size. The whole time she did my pedicure I'm not comfy cuz it's just a regular chair in a massage room. She do her manicure and pedicure in a small massage room. I paid $52 Groupon online and $46 more with her (including 18% tax). For the manicure she charged me $15 dollar more for this style and color. She charged me $10 to take off the gel color off my toe nails which I think it's a reasonable price to pay extra. But for the manicure I just feel too much but not really worth the price after all. Over all I paid $95.00. I've paid less than $95.00 but I had extra and professional pedicure spa. read more

I went last month for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Both have lasted since with no chips. Today I went back for a 60 minute combo Thai/Lomi lomi massage. This is one of the best massages I've ever had and I've tried many. Her Thai techniques are extraordinary, the stretches she maneuvers my body thru eliminated all the tightness and produced instant relief and relaxation, I felt like I got a bonus chiropractic manipulation of my spine! She has free parking at her place - a four story walk up with elevators if needed, on King Street and Kalakaua (near Panda Express). I'm a very big guy and she could easily hurt me with how strong she is if she didn't know what she was doing but thankfully she really does and I fall asleep nearly every time from how relaxed I am. However, when my gel mani started to chip after 7 days and 3 were chipped by 10 days, I felt I really should write this review. 1) The space was tiny - room for a massage table and a regular chair for mani pedis. The term spa should never be used to describe this space. The chair was not a pedicure spa chair, but, rather a regular chair with a bucket in front to soak your feet. I had a groupon for the gel manicure and added the pedi and French polish. The total for these service (with groupon) came out to a little over $70. I can get the same services in Honolulu for around $60 with no groupon, and the gel would last a lot longer. All in all, a major disappointment. read more
