The nurse here did not listen to what I wanted and upsold me on dysport units. I told her I still wanted movement in my face and she kept on pushing her recommended dose onto to me even though I told her how many units I wanted and in which area. She said that with her new recommended dosage she still didn't think it was enough and that I'd come back telling her it didn't work. She gave me way too much and how I can't move that area of my face. I'm glad I only stuck with one area otherwise there'd be 0 movement anywhere. I'd go to someone who would actually listen to you. The microneedling facial was performed by an esthetician. After posting an initial review, the clinic reached out requesting that I remove certain details. My rating has been changed to one star due to how they handled this situation -- specifically, their defensiveness, lack of acknowledgement of the harm caused, and attempts to shift focus away from my experience. I'm sharing this so future clients are fully informed. I really wanted to have a positive experience here. The staff was kind and the space was clean and professional. Unfortunately, about a week after my microneedling treatment, I developed pretty intense contact dermatitis on my face. Once that finally settled, I experienced an acne flare that has continued for almost a month now and has left my skin in significantly worse condition than before the treatment. When I reached out, they did provide more of the aftercare cleanser and moisturizer, and they refunded the two follow-up appointments I had scheduled, which I do appreciate. However, there was no refund for the original procedure that caused the reaction, and I felt there was a lack of clear accountability. They suggested the issue may have been due to actives I used afterward, but I had simply resumed the same skincare routine I had been on before the procedure without any issues. They offered conflicting information regarding how reactions to microneedling are expected, which made it difficult to understand why my reaction was considered unusual or unrelated. I'm disappointed because I trusted this process with my skin, and the outcome has been genuinely distressing and difficult to correct. I would urge anyone with sensitive or acne-prone skin to proceed with caution and ask very thorough questions beforehand. I do not recommend this clinic. read more

I had both morpheus package and the Cool Peel package of 3. I recieved both treatments from Tiana Davidson. Although it can be sort of scary at first, Tiana and Celeste do such a wonderful job of making you feel welcome and comfortable throughout the process. She talks you through the difficult parts to make it a easy experience. The morpheus was very intense and her calming affect was very helpful; the cool peel was a breeze compared but my results speak for its self and the scarring on my face has greatly depleted when compared to the beginning. They are horrible with customer service! I made an appointment and was told I had 24 hours to cancel if my daughter couldn't take the appointment. When I checked with her, she was unable to at the given time so I immediately canceled by text as I was instructed to do. I also tried calling, but they were gone for the day. Aloha! This review is for PRP hair restoration. I have very bad hair genetics due to both of my parents and with life stress in general I've been losing my hair pretty severely in the last few years. I've read and watched videos on PRP for hair and decided to take the plunge. I was reaching out to a place in town but somehow just trying to book the first appointment was a nightmare so I desisted. Then I saw this place Wellnest in the Mililani Town Center and of course it peeked my interest. I see they do hair restoration and I get super excited, and even though there are no reviews for it I decided to do it. I booked my appointment online with Celeste who is a nurse. I've seen plenty of videos about "if this isn't done by a doctor it isn't the real deal" but I will say Ms. Celeste has my complete confidence! I have done 2 sessions and as you can see I already see results. Now, I will caveat, I also use Nutrafol (which they sell) and Miinoxidil daily. I think for this kind of hair loss you have to be aggressive to see results. What I do know is that the PRP has pushed my results dramatically. If you're considering this I say don't think about it, just be prepared, this treatment isn't a walk in the park. They do ice you but it is painful. I say the level of pain from the first session to the next was at least cut in half just from me being better mentally prepared on what to expect.
