This has been by far the best massage experience that I've ever had. The staff is incredibly friendly and tend to your specific needs. This is much more than just your everyday top to bottom massage spa, they are all incredibly experienced and are able to fix current issues and provide long term care for the prevention of issues depending on what you need. The booking process is incredibly easy with their easy to use website and they are quick to respond and make even insurance massage sessions very easy to navigate. I've never felt more taken care of when it comes to not having to worry about having my insurance claims processed. You work hard for your employer, let your employer take care of you by using your benefits to feel your best. The spa is also incredibly clean and spacious with plenty of rooms that are quiet and relaxing. Complimentary tea is provided following your session and you truly feel like a part of the family when you're there. This wonderful feeling of being taken care of will have me coming back to have me feeling my best. Thank you so much! read more

My massage was amazing! I could tell Cristine was an expert. Not only did she work on my shoulders the most because it was where it hurt, she massaged me from head to toe. It was the first time I experienced cupping and hot stones. I felt like jello at the end of session. Massage is a necessity, not a luxury if you are in pain. The reason I went here was that my HMAA insurance covered the visit with a small copay. They are also open 7 days a week. read more

I just came back from a trip. Due to airport delays my flights were long- 20 hours one way! My chiropractor suggested that I get a good massage and I went to Christine at C and S Bodywork MedSpa. It was sooooo wonderful! She has great hands, knowledge about the body and made my tight muscles loosen up. As my muscles relaxed, she cracked my back, feet, hands, and shoulder areas. I really needed that!! Christine gave me vitamin C packets to boost my tired immune system and a small tasty tea in the lobby. I walked out relaxed and feeling light as a feather! My body and mind gives CHRISTINE a sincere mahalo!!! read more

My other half and I heard about this place, we decided to try it out and we don't regret! Staffs were friendly and the place was really clean. They have a restroom there too, and it was clean in there as well. I had Christine, she was friendly and really knowledgeable in regards of managing health/well being! Love how she was explaining where the knots were as well. My other half had Sophia, he mentioned she was just as good too! They also take certain health insurances, which is a bonus as the price can get affordable. Best to check in with your insurance to see if they cover massages. Other than that, we'll be back! read more

OMG this place is awesome. Christine is amazing! I hesitate to share this review because it'll be harder for us to get an appointment LOL it already is! Ever since the word has gotten out about her, she books up quickly. Christine is so knowledgeable about the anatomy and shares it when you ask. She's fixed every area of my body that Ive asked her to. The office is clean. The vibe is calm and relaxing. read more

I'm always on the lookout for new spas on the west side, so I was happy to hear about the opening of C&S Bodywork MedSpa earlier this year. Located in the Aiea Shopping center, the medspa offers facials, massages, laser treatments, medical peels, injectables and more. They also offer discounts off packages of 3 or more as well as VIP memberships. For Christmas, I gifted my daughter a 3 package session for laser hair removal. I was easily able to schedule all three sessions in advance. We arrived to her first appointment where she filled out new patient forms and then was taken to the treatment room where they applied the numbing cream. After about 15 minutes, the doctor came in to complete the treatment. The procedure was quick, pain free and the communication with the doctor was great. It was such a great experience, I made an appointment for a massage! read more

This place opened Sept 2025 and Ive seen it and have been meaning to see if they take my insurance because I saw on the door they accept. Ive had the benefit added to my HPH HMSA insurance plan for a couple years now but always felt too intimidated to figure out where to go and if it would work with my work schedule. They open until 8pm, have weekends available so that is a game changer. I finally feel like I can so maintenance massage monthly thats covered by my insurance with a $20 co pay. I have to say Ive had my share of massages and Sophia was one of the best ive had. She was very skilled, treatment was deep but also relaxing. She asked if she could do some thai technique which was very beneficial in addition to finishing with hot stone, hot towel and cervical traction. I will be back read more

I walked in feeling a little rusty.... tight, tense, and sore from head to toe. I'd been carrying stress for weeks and it showed. The place itself is spotless, organized, and super calming, so I started to feel excited just walking in. But the real magic? Sophia!!! She somehow found every single problem spot (I swear she has X-ray hands) and gave them the extra TLC they needed. By the time she was done, I felt amazing!! I actually hopped out of bed, no groaning, no stiff shuffle, it's like I was 20 again. If you're feeling broken down, go see Sophia, or any of the other ladies, I heard they're all great! Oh and this place is a one stop shop! Massages, facials, laser treatments, cupping and Botox! They did not disappoint read more

C&S Bodywork MedSpa - Massage Therapy Near Me - Aiea, Hawaii

I can't say enough great things about C&S Bodywork Med Spa! Everyone I've worked with has been amazing, Tomomi, Sophia, and Christine are all fantastic. Most recently I had a massage with Jerome and it was AMAZING! It was my first time working with him, and he took the time to ask a little about me and what kind of pressure I preferred. I told him I like deep pressure, and he absolutely delivered! He found all the spots, even places I didn't realize were sore. You can tell he's incredibly knowledgeable about the body and how everything works together. I left feeling so good and completely relaxed. I also want to mention how easy it is to call and schedule appointments, and they even have the option to book online which is super convenient. Everyone there is so welcoming and friendly. Every time I leave, I feel relaxed and rejuvenated. If you need a massage, book ASAP! you won't regret it! read more

This was my first time at this MedSpa. I took a family member here because of some problematic aches we thought a deep massage would help. It did provide some relief and was pleased. The location is on the 2nd floor of the business complex ( closer to McD's and at the top of the escalator). Ample parking and convenient location. read more

I fell in love with C&S from my first massage with Tomomi. Everyone is great at what they do, they each have their own style, but what makes it even better is that they're all such wonderful and caring people. Today I had a massage with Jerome and it was so awesome! He had a nice firm pressure. He hit all the things I mentioned were bothering me. He massaged muscles in my back I never knew existed. I'm most thankful he got the spot in my calf that cramped and I have not been able to get to. Don't wait, book your appointment. You will not be disappointed. I've been telling everyone I know about C&S and they've all said great things too. read more

They are a new place with great character! Everyone is very accommodating and kind. Tei momi helped me and very professional!

I have booked 60-120 minute deep tissue massages with cupping, twice a month, with Tomomi for about 1.5 years. Since living in Hawaii for about 3 years I have gone through A LOT of massage therapists to find the right for me and I feel as though I'm an expert at this point because I've been getting deep tissue massages for 10 years, twice a month; massages are a mandatory for my self care. I can always rely on Tomomi to give a literal deep tissue massage, for her to be diligent in finding all of the points of tightness and taking the pain away after every appointment. I am military, so... I have severe muscle tightness from neck to toes and severe plantar fasciitis that has led to tearing my left plantar tendon. For the last 3 weeks I had this severe dull ache on the right side of the back of the neck to my right shoulder that no massage gun could reduce the pain, after a 120 minute massage all of my pain was once again gone with Tomomi's expertise. When I have to PCS I will be devastated because I may not find as good of a massage therapist as Tomomi. She is always consistent, positive, bubbly and honest - qualities I now appreciate in a massage therapist. Do NOT hesitate to book with Tomomi, she has improved my quality of life significantly and I know she'll do the same for others! Cheers. read more
