Great massage, and the highlights were her walking on my back and later, using her elbows. She really worked out the knots, and worked on spots that I didn't even know I had problems with, like my right hamstring. She walked on the left side and it was fine, but the right side was super-tight, and I didn't know. When I left, my shoulders and upper back felt so much better. Each visit has been exactly as expected. Makamae is professional and great at communicating to ensure you are well taken care of. Makamae knows how to mālama (take care) and I am always very grateful. Today, my most current visit, I didn't realize how tense and knotted up I was. The part where they stand on your back was a little rough for me. I asked for medium strength when asked soft medium or hard, but the walking on the back part felt like hard times a thousand lol. I should have said something but decided to rough it out because it wasn't unbearable. I asked my hubby afterwards how his went, and he said the same about his back-walking part.
