I have been meaning to write Noe a review for a long time now. Things always get in the way. One of my new year resolution for 2025 is to sit down and make sure I give credit to all of the vendors I love. I met Noe almost 10 years ago when she first started her business in the South Bay. I was desperate to find a masseuse as I had an awful, head pounding debilitating migraine that would not go away for days. I found Noe on Yelp and she was able to take me in right away. Noe is a miracle worker, after one hour of massage, the migraine completely went away and I walked out feeling normal again. I have gone to her for a massage ever since then. After a few years, I decided to try her facial too. I would go whenever I can but as soon as when I am able to afford a facial monthly, I made it a monthly routine. I followed her to the many locations she moved to in the past 10 years. There were times I tried other services because they were closer, but always end up regretting it. So I'm going to be loyal client for life! Noe has always been keen on researching and adding services that provide the best results. When she started to provide Qi treatment, I tried it and saw a difference it made on my face. I feel lifted, plumped and hydrated with less fine lines. It also lightened my dark spots! The last thing I have to add is, everything she offers in her shop is carefully curated. I love the Eminence Organics skin care she carries. They use pure, natural ingredients that is potent without chemicals. It absorbs fast and it works. My only regrets is I didn't start using them sooner because they are more costly than the products I have been using in the past. But I really think it's worth it in the long run. One thing that really saved my skin is using the toner and their moisturizer. Their mists (toner) produces such fine spray it makes my skin feel super refreshed and hydrated. My skin literally feels 10 years younger after using their products religiously. I am planning to start using the serums too. Now Noe is my go to person for all my skin care needs. And I'm so stoke that she is finally back in the South Bay!!! read more

Noe is amazing, she's so sweet and friendly and oh so talented. I've been looking for buccal facial massage here on O'ahu and it just isn't really offered anywhere so I was thrilled when I found Remedy. Noe's space is newly opened and has such a clean and calming atmosphere. She has tons of experience and recently moved back home to open her dream spot after developing and honing her craft in LA. Where to start .... When I first went to Noe it was in my hometown Bakersfield, love her then and still love her. Now she located in Santa Monica . Before Covid hit I received a $75 gift card for Remedy, I was so excited But of course everything got shut down. A year an half later I finally able to used my gift card. My services: 60 mins Swedish massage 60 min organic facial 15 mins back scrub. It was great to see Noe , biggest smile, warm welcome, made me feel great going into for my service. Once I was on the bed I felt warmth right away bed so comfortable. She comes in an ask any special area I need work on an I said everywhere!!!! I'm expecting to be talking since it's been a while I seen her but this is not the case. Wow , Wow, once she started to work her magic I think I pass out within in mins. I was so comfortable an I had the best nap. I woke up when I had to turn around , I kid you not I did not know where I was when she woken me up. I was in a dazed I felt so relax, my body had no more aches. When she started the massage on my head I pass out again . I woke up with her doing my facial , She has magical hands, the facial felt so good It was relaxing an I was so calm not worrying about anything . After she was done with the facial it felt like I'm on a beach an a fresh breeze hitting my face. My massage was awesome , when someone can put you to sleep an you wake up with drool on your chin, that is the best massage therapist. The back scrub was amazing it's a add on an I had to get it, my back was so soft. I live in Bakersfield, I drove to Santa Monica for these service. Worth the crazy traffic & worth every penny!!!! I made an appointment with Noe based on the recommendation from a friend and I'm so happy I did! Everything from booking to the reminders to the appointment day of was seamless. Before we started the appointment, Noe asked questions regarding my experience with facials (this was my first in a while) and if there was anything she should know about my skin (sensitivity to products + areas I wanted to focus on). Once settled, she explained a few of the steps and what they would target (steam, microdermabrasion, creams/oils, etc). She also uses organic products which smell amazing and made my skin feel so soft. Went to see Noe for a Qi Treatment facial and it was the most relaxing and rejuvenating I've ever had. Qi (pronounced "chi" means vital force or life force that runs through all living being in transitional Chinese culture). The best I could describe the feeling overall and in my face after the facial was that my skin felt alive! This facial is a highly specialized treatment that targets the cells at a deep level to wake them up and detox your skin. Noe applied these tiny gold-plated beads in a specific pattern along acupuncture points to my face to "stimulate the organic healing of skin." The result - my skin was more plump, intensely hydrated and rejuvenated with fine lines visibly diminished. I definitely recommend seeing Noe (she is one of only 10 Qi Treatment practitioners in California!). She's knowledgeable, detail oriented, and really friendly. Until I met Noe. Like I said; woah! She is an expert at what she does. I have combo skin with hormonal breakouts. Noe mixed and matched products to target my concerns. A few of my favorites: Stone crop face wash, probiotic face wash, probiotic masque, strawberry exfoliant, bamboo firming serum, vanilla day cream with SPF, red currant mattifying mist. I asked questions about her experience, the products she used and techniques I could try at home. She was very thorough and explained things in a way that I understood.
