I requested her (many moons ago) based off of nothing but positive love for her among the community that gets waxed here locally. Every time I booked with her I enjoyed getting to know her as she worked her magic, doing her job as painless as possible, clearly certain areas can be sensitive but she did amazing as she helped keep my mind at easy and the whole mood just as positive as ever. Definitely recommend her for everyone possible. I will miss our monthly appts and our chats as I am in process of moving off island. I used to be a client of Jazmin when she worked in a waxing salon in town, and she branched off and opened her own waxing studio in Kailua! Even though I live smack dab in the heart of Ala Moana, I will happily make my monthly pilgrimage over the mountain to see her - she's just that good. The waxing studio is on the second floor of the building, right at the top of the stairs that's facing the parking lot. Her space is super clean and welcoming, with a waiting lounge in the front. I have no idea how she makes something as painful as waxing such an easy experience - it's amazing how smooth my skin is, with no irritation after. She uses hard wax, which is much gentler than strip waxes (or me trying to tweeze each hair one by one...) She's also very meticulous about brows, making sure that everything is as even as possible, and never made me feel like she's rushing through my appointment. I appreciate that she checks with me to make sure that I'm happy with the shape and fullness before I leave the table. Long story short, Jazmin is amazing and worth the drive! Definitely recommend going to see her!

We booked two 90 minute massages with a 15 minute steam ahead of the massage. When we arrived they had us take off our shoes and gave us sandals to use, we also selected scents for the rooms and our tea preference. From there they showed us our rooms and had us change into robes before heading into the steam. While the space is too small for couples massages, we were able to go in the steam together and after we went into a room to drink our water/tea and relax ahead of the massage. Once they took us into the room the music was relaxing and they did a great job to ask where to focus and check in to make sure the pressure wasn't too much/too little. I had A LOT of tension in my back. While she was working on some problem areas I asked some questions about why it might be so tense/painful and it definitely was a mix of working out the pain to feel relief. The big takeaway was that I shouldn't go years between massages. After the massage we went back to the relaxation room and drank more water before heading out to pay. I felt so relaxed after the massage and would definitely recommend this business to others.
