Had a really nice experience here! I came in with no appointment but called ahead to see if they could take me, and they were able to fit me in. I got a gel removal and new gel manicure, which went smoothly. They have a great selection of polish colors, which I loved. At first, she started drilling to remove the old gel, but since my nails are sensitive, she switched to a soak-off, which I really appreciated. My nails turned out great, and the service was good overall. I believe the gel manicure was $40. Just a heads-up to bring cash for tips since they don't take them on credit cards! read more

This location was my go to salon for awhile until the service was consistently off. Sometimes I would get a great pedicure. Sometimes it would be meh. I kept getting an ingrown nail and was talking to the nail tech about it and he said this happens when the tech cuts the sides instead of just straight across. Since you really can't request the same person... I have tried you will not get consistent skilled service. Some were nice and some were rude. I have found another home salon and it's actually more reasonable, she does a great job every time, and if I make an appointment for a certain nail tech that's what I can expect. My gel mani pedi was terrible. Not sure how the reviews are so good. The polish was thick and lumpy, and she didn't even clean the edges near the cuticles to seal the polish. It's been less than a week and now my mani has pretty much peeled off. When I asked about the thick and uneven polish/poor quality of my manicure, my technician blamed the new ownership and a resulting decrease in quality. But really, she just had poor technique. She also asked me not to leave a negative review afterwards, as if she knew she did a bad job. I am really shocked. I was in kailua for lunch and thought I'd treat myself to a pedicure so I yelped some nail salons and came across this place. They had the 4.6 stars so I decided to try this place. I should've looked at the pics of pedicures. I'm not a huge fan. First of all I wanted a French pedi but it was looking chunky. I asked for a straight thin line. Couldn't accomplish that so I just told them paint the whole thing white. There was a guy doing my nails and it just kinda came off like he didn't know what he was doing. The lady had to give him a post it, with a drawing of French toe... how do you not know how to do a French tip is just odd to me. He was failing at it so the lady took over and I just wasn't happy with the way it looked I asked her to make it all white, she told me next time tell them in advance you wanted a thin white tip. I did... so that annoyed me. I don't know if there was some kind of miscommunication there. Even when she painted the whole thing white it was looking chunky and she painted over the cuticle which caused the lifted look and then on top of that the polish on my big toe was already peeling! It's only been 3 hours. I paid 55 dollars for this mess. I even asked them I wanted the shape to be a square/Sharp corners. They rounded it. It just felt like a cheap experience. read more
