I've only received lash services here and Ai and Anne always do an excellent job. Quality work and efficient timing. Reason why I give it a 4 stars, I was quoted $115 instead of $110 and I already agreed to pay prior to taking pics of their updated menu for 2026. Please make sure you're being charged correctly before paying for your services. I am aware that it was my fault for not checking or questioning the price. Other than that, service was good. read more

Came to this spot today. Deluxe gel pedi. 1 star for me being able to just walk in and get it done. Took about 30 minutes to complete my pedi....no massage worth talking about. The older lady and staff talked in her language from across the room the entire time. Very loud...one of the worst pedis i have gotten...the nails are barely trimmed uneven. Cuticles not cleaned well on some of the nails. She even cut one of my toe. Everything is just half assed.....$65 cash by the way...no receipt....i wonder why~~~will not be returning here...does anyone know a good solid nail shop?! No luck finding any!!! read more

3x and got the dip. My nails chipped 2-3 days later. 1st time they did tell me to come back in but I was already leaving for the mainland. So that was nice of them to offer. I went back second time and they rushed me to get oit. If they knew they couldn't do it at 6pm when I got there, they shouldve turned me down, instead I got a rushed, half assed job. Nails chipped 2 days later. Sucked cuz I was out if town. 3rd times a charm. I went in and got dipped again. I asked told her she only dipped it twice. She said , " dont tell me what to do. Im a professional and know nails. Trust me, so I did. I used to do my own nails so I knew what I was talking about. They turned out nice but it chipped again and I was already in vegas and im sure the owner wouldve told me they would redo it but U was so tired of being a complainer. Pedicures are fine. The owners do a great job, especially the male, although they are both good. I will still go in for pedicures read more

Probably one of the best PEDICURES I ever had and I'm not exaggerating. Came here with my sister based on yelp reviews & it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. We came in on a weekday during lunch time and did a walk in. We checked in and waited in the waiting room no longer than 15 minutes. My nail tech Amy did such an AMAZING job! I'm super picky about my pedicures because not every nail salon is sanitary or do a good job. But they offered the liners for their pedicures, used new tools on my nails and everything was CLEAN. I have the most stubborn ingrowns and she was able to remove them in a non painful way. She put in a lot of effort into my pedicure to make sure I felt relaxed by the massages and really cleaning my toenails. I will definitely be back again for another pedicure and to try out their other services as well. read more

Done some weeks ago but so fantastic!! They are perfection!! I love it! I usually find some imperfection mess with it all day, but these are flawless. The nail tech Jamie is a 1. The owner who walks around with a Bluetooth only to take appointments is a 1. The lash tech is a 3. When they opened a few years ago, they were awesome. Both owners would do nails. Now Kevin only does it part-time due to child care and his wife is reluctant to book him for appointments. I last went in March 2026 for a full set of nails and a full set of lashes for $250 plus tip. I was assigned random techs who were available. NEVER AGAIN! My nails were so messed up and lasted only a week as the nail tips just kept popping off. The acrylic was as thick as a quarter and not shaped & filed nicely. I'm speaking from experience! I have had nail & lash treatments for decades and I have never felt so insulted. Too bad. They used to be great. I used to trust this salon. And looking around, just a few of the original techs remain. It's sad when we spend good money, and get bad results! read more

This place is the worst nail salon around. Twice I have gone and paid for a gel pedicure and polish has come off within 24 hours on at least one toe. I called and they told me I could come in and they would fix it. I drove over there and they told me no sorry come back in two hours. In the meantime, another toenail polish literally fell off. This is all within two days. Each time I call they tell me they are too busy to fix it. There are plenty of other nail salons around. I gave them the opportunity to fix their mistakes several times, but they are too busy. Once you pay, they are done with you. read more

Called to make an appointment for mani and pedi but said they don't have time to do both. Walked in to get a gel mani and the lady was so rude and starting yelling at me in front of everyone about a color that I wanted. Then kept on talking shit to multiple employees in their language, first off so unprofessional. Nail job was rushed and looks horrible like a fill is already needed! Worst customer service! Shouldn't have paid for it to get done. read more

Kevin was awesome! Came in on Wednesday afternoon as a walk-in and was fortunate to get Kevin! I showed him a picture of an idea of what I maybe wanted and he tailored it to fit me. He gave me super helpful suggestions and helped guide me when I had no idea what would look good Mahalo Kevin! The full set and gel pedicure was about $145 not including tip, which I think is pricey (to me, someone who gets their nails done twice a year), but I feel like I got what I paid for. Nails & Lash Boutique - Full set with glitter. Love the shape! - Waxing Near Me - Kaneohe, Hawaii

this review was long overdue but today was definitely the last straw & deserves not even a 1 star. If I can do a negative star I would. You would think this location would be ideal since it's the only one in the area that looks a little bit more upscaled than other nails salon in Kaneohe. Yes it's nice interiors is just a coverup for what type of job they do and how they treat clients. I would not give this place a chance again. They love to REFUSE walk ins when they are still open .. when they take walk ins... All I wanted was a pedicure and a pedicure doesn't take more than an hour .. They also do "dip" & that's illegal. I had these nails done last November and look how poor the job was.. They're definitely not all sanitary. I tried to love them but honestly it's not worth coming here. read more

Every Tuesday I get my trusty text that Tuesday is 10% Mani & Pedi! Woo hoo! It's always my hubby and mine pampering time together. He does Jujitsu and your normal slippas guy, so he's got a huge toe callas. Today , I'm gonna try the gel on my toes because my big toe is cracking lately, Pictures soon to come! We love this place, girls are professional, very clean, massage chairs and plenty of nail colors to choose from. I also get my lashes done by Au,the owner when I have a special event. They also do waxing and facials, a one stop pamper shop! I do recommend on Tuesdays , make an appointment, it tends to get busy because of the discount. Military always get a 10 % discount on mani/ pedicures every day, not sure of other services. I've been coming here since they opened, so I definitely give this place a thumbs up! read more

Don't waste your time coming here! Made an appointment on Thursday for a gel pedicure and went with the deluxe. Then I noticed yesterday that 2 of my nails were missing the polish. Called today (Sunday) to see if I could come in to fix both. Woman on the phone said I could come now and they could take me in. I Arrive at the shop and an older woman asks what I needed done. Told her that I called before hand and woman on the phone told me to come now. She said I had to wait 20 minutes because they were busy. Now I'm fuming especially because I had my son with me. Pretty pissed that it didn't last even a week. Even worse was that I had a weekend full of events (which is why I even got a pedicure in the first place). Horrible service! Don't tell someone to come and then when they arrive say they have to wait! We had my baby with us and wanted to get it fixed before we were off to our event. Paid $65 for a deluxe gel pedicure for it to not even last! Will never come here again. I will tell my friends and family to never come here!!! Horrible service. read more

The staffs were nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. Place was clean and inviting. Prices were reasonable.

Booked 2 pedis at the same time, man on the phone was polite and accommodated no problem. When we arrived there was one person getting a pedi and the two nail techs could have cared less that we were there. Basically waved us on to sign in online. They rushed thru the service, clearly were talking about my mother and I, the paint job was bs and mucked up, when I asked to have it fixed I was met with annoyance. The bill for 2 deluxe pedis was $98. We were in and out in less than 40 minutes. Firm calf massage in the top to bottom fashion but no actual foot massage. The woman who tech'd my mama was kind and thorough but my tech was annoyed to be doing my pedicure and didn't hide it. Would not recommend. Won't be going back. read more

The lady that waxed my eyebrows completely burnt my lids... Now I'm walking around with two red scabs on my eyelids! painful . never again!

I was VERY happy with the acrylic nails and lash extensions I had done! Tiffany was great in figuring out what I wanted and brought my vision to life. My nails came out GREAT and lasted for almost A MONTH!!! (lashes too!) Generally 2 weeks tops when I get them done at other places. The only reason I gave 4 versus 5 stars was because of the appointment setup. I came in 15 mikes early for my 11am appointment but was not seen until after 11:30 but when I finally was seen, all was great!!! They have a strict schedule, as I sat there for 45 mikes, I seen them refuse service to some but take in others so plan ahead and schedule in advance. I brought a book so it was worth the wait. read more

Grand Opening - 15 percent off! I saw a banner that announced a new business and I made it a point to check it out! Located in Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center - next to Petco and Walgreens, Nails & Lash Boutique has a clean, spacious, and modern interior. The chairs seem new and are comfortable! I really needed a treat, so, I walked in on a Friday afternoon and was immediately greeted cheerfully! I inputted my name into the system and took a seat! Ahhh! Thank you for the wonderful leg and gentle foot massage! My feet look and feel so much better now! I had a relaxing experience here and I hope you have a great visit here, too, when you come! Today I got treated to pedis with my sis and we both enjoyed it so much. It had been so many years since I've did a pedicure. It was so amazing. Worse pedicure ever! Thinking Anne is her name cause that's what was on her apron. I got a deluxe pedi supposed to be a 40 minute pedicure, got there at 11:10 left at 11:40. She dropped the light thing right on my painted toes then said it's because i keep moving it. She didn't even do a good job cleaning my toes, like my ingrowns and cuticles. So disappointed in this visit!! Literally sucked! Crappy tickle massage. Not wasting my time and money there anymore! read more

After many trials and errors, I've finally found my "nail salon" home! After 23 years of military service, my feet need routine, special attention and this place more than delivers what I need! Every three weeks, I typically get The Bomb Spa pedicure, basic manicure with buffed nails, and a nostril waxing (per my wife's request ). Each time, my nail tech, Haley, provides outstanding service at a fair price and I especially appreciate that she asks questions throughout my service to ensure I get exactly what I want. This place is magnificent and I tip her generously for the service but importantly, for the way I am treated. Recently, there was an entitled customer with unruly children who tried to ruin the ambiance for everyone but thankfully, the owner handled the situation with grace, patience, and kindness. UPDATE: The Staff at this nail salon called me after I left my review and THREATEN to call my command because they said my review and experience was a "Lie". This is unprofessional! And if active duty members are going to be threaten I don't suggest any active duty to get their nails done here. The staff is immediately rude! The service given has been one that I normally do not see at nail salons! This place is not about the customer but about themselves! Trying to take customers off the pedicure chair and asking them to come back! The nail tech immediately getting upset as the customer is requesting the nails to be modified so they can be satisfied ! They are not friendly to mothers with children! Although it is not ideal to bring children! Do not recommend this place for pedicures. My husband and I wanted to treat ourselves to a relaxing pedicure after a long work week and we're pretty disappointed with the services provided. My heels are just a rough as when I walked in the door, my polish was applied poorly and messily, the "massage" was mainly focused on my shins instead of my feet or calves. Not a relaxing experience and definitely not worth the $100 we paid. Very disappointing. read more
