The first time, I called for a same-day appointment and they were able to book me right away. When I arrived, I was checked in immediately and seen at my appointment time. For my second visit, the experience was just as great. I checked in and they started working on my nails as soon as I arrived. Both times, Judy has been excellent. She took the time to explain what would be best for my nails since I wanted to take a break from acrylics. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and welcoming. The salon has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and they never make you feel uncomfortable like some other nail salons where it feels like they're talking about you. They also offer 10% off Gel-X on Wednesdays, and they have Wi-Fi, which is super convenient!

I didn't get to browse at all the colors because they all had the same label that was white and had to tell her which ones I wanted. My manicure turned out perfect. I got the super spa pedicure and it was amazing. Another lady did my pedicure and It didn't feel rushed. She did an awesome job. I only gave 3 stars because they failed to inform all of their customers that their credit card machine wasn't working and they were only accepting cash or check. They informed us after our services were completed at time of pay which seemed pretty shady. I even called 45 minutes before my appt. and she didn't inform me of this. They called me the next morning and said they could take me right away and apologized for the inconvenience with the electricity.
