The first time, I called for a same-day appointment and they were able to book me right away. When I arrived, I was checked in immediately and seen at my appointment time. For my second visit, the experience was just as great. I checked in and they started working on my nails as soon as I arrived. Both times, Judy has been excellent. She took the time to explain what would be best for my nails since I wanted to take a break from acrylics. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and welcoming. The salon has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and they never make you feel uncomfortable like some other nail salons where it feels like they're talking about you. They also offer 10% off Gel-X on Wednesdays, and they have Wi-Fi, which is super convenient!

The nail techs are so friendly and kind. If you ask they will give you the polish colors in a stack of fake nails? I don't know what it's called. But it shows what the color looks like on, not just on the wall in the jar. Prices are fair. My only complaint is I normally come in with a small group of people. I call ahead and ask if they have slots for all of us. They say yes. But when we show up they only have one or two people available. So one to two people have to wait and we end up being there forever. I don't know why they don't put in how many are coming and have the staff allotted to those appointments. We are never told when booking that they will be staggered. So now we know, but it's still mildly frustrating.

First of all, the location is super convenient; I was able to get my shopping done and my nails done all in one place. I did not make an appointment but was promptly seen for a gel mani, gel pedi, and eyebrow/lip wax. We started with the pedi. I specifically chose the Signature Spa pedicure which included a scrub, leg massage, mask and paraffin wax wrap. The equipment (such as the chairs) are a little bit outdated, but still comfortable and it really didn't bother me. The facilities themselves are clean and well kept. I was offered a beverage and had a warm and delicious honey lemon ginger tea while enjoying my service. I included a picture because you can actually see my skin glowing after the pedicure.
