I requested her (many moons ago) based off of nothing but positive love for her among the community that gets waxed here locally. Definitely recommend her for everyone possible. I will miss our monthly appts and our chats as I am in process of moving off island. If I could convince her to relocate with me I would in a heartbeat! Also, if you are looking for a lash lift, she does these amazingly as well! Definitely recommend!!

Best Brazilian of my life!…read more I booked a full Brazilian wax. Jazmine was not only crazy fast, but also super thorough. Her space is so cute and inviting. Her service was cheaper than most in the area which is crazy considering how much experience and skill she has. I used to be a client of Jazmin when she worked in a waxing salon in town, and she branched off and opened her own waxing studio in Kailua! Even though I live smack dab in the heart of Ala Moana, I will happily make my monthly pilgrimage over the mountain to see her - she's just that good. The waxing studio is on the second floor of the building, right at the top of the stairs that's facing the parking lot. Her space is super clean and welcoming, with a waiting lounge in the front. I have no idea how she makes something as painful as waxing such an easy experience - it's amazing how smooth my skin is, with no irritation after. She uses hard wax, which is much gentler than strip waxes (or me trying to tweeze each hair one by one...) She's also very meticulous about brows, making sure that everything is as even as possible, and never made me feel like she's rushing through my appointment. I appreciate that she checks with me to make sure that I'm happy with the shape and fullness before I leave the table. Long story short, Jazmin is amazing and worth the drive! Definitely recommend going to see her!

5 Stars - Exceptional Service at Sugar & Skn!…read more I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sugar & Skn, and I can't say enough great things about Genesis! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The studio is beautifully maintained -- clean, serene, and inviting -- but Genesis is what truly made the visit unforgettable. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Genesis took the time to explain every step of the sugar waxing process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her technique is flawless -- gentle yet efficient -- and the results speak for themselves. My skin was left incredibly smooth with little to no irritation, and the entire experience was far less painful than traditional waxing. What really stood out was Genesis's attention to detail and genuine care for her clients. You can tell she's passionate about what she does, and it shows in her work. She creates a safe, judgment-free space that makes you feel confident and cared for.

We booked two 90 minute massages with a 15 minute steam ahead of the massage. When we arrived they had us take off our shoes and gave us sandals to use, we also selected scents for the rooms and our tea preference. From there they showed us our rooms and had us change into robes before heading into the steam. While the space is too small for couples massages, we were able to go in the steam together and after we went into a room to drink our water/tea and relax ahead of the massage. Once they took us into the room the music was relaxing and they did a great job to ask where to focus and check in to make sure the pressure wasn't too much/too little. I had A LOT of tension in my back. While she was working on some problem areas I asked some questions about why it might be so tense/painful and it definitely was a mix of working out the pain to feel relief. The big takeaway was that I shouldn't go years between massages. After the massage we went back to the relaxation room and drank more water before heading out to pay. I felt so relaxed after the massage and would definitely recommend this business to others.
