We had to ring the doorbell so someone could let us in. She asked if we had an appointment which I said yes. The second person who was supposed to massage one of us was running a bit late so massage didn't start till about 8:45am. That was no biggie though we weren't in a rush. The part where they stand on your back was a little rough for me. I asked for medium strength when asked soft medium or hard, but the walking on the back part felt like hard times a thousand lol. I should have said something but decided to rough it out because it wasn't unbearable. I asked my hubby afterwards how his went, and he said the same about his back-walking part. We weren't exactly sore or bruised the next day, just felt like we worked out or something. Overall, the place was clean and closer to home than the town one. We will come back! There was baskets to put our belongings in during the massage, and they offered us a small bottle water and candy after. We could also tip with card which was nice because I totally spaced out and forgot to get cash.

I found Jenma thanks to Yelp, and man, did I luck out! My masseuse was Tori, and she was excellent! I requested the combo Swedish and Thai, and I really appreciated that she asked me where my trouble spots were. Great massage, and the highlights were her walking on my back and later, using her elbows. She really worked out the knots, and worked on spots that I didn't even know I had problems with, like my right hamstring. She walked on the left side and it was fine, but the right side was super-tight, and I didn't know. When I left, my shoulders and upper back felt so much better. It was a fair price, the place has a great atmosphere, and the staff was so nice! I will definitely go back! Thank you Tori and Minty! I'm sorry I got there so close to closing time!

Woke up with some neck pain that has been lingering here and there from sleeping weird and being on…read moremy computer for long hours but today it was at its worse. I did a quick search of massage therapists in the area and this one came up. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received and this was actually one of the best massages I have ever had. This place is located in a strip mall area by Time's Waipahu across of Festival Market. I was greeted by my massage therapist, Lulu, who happened to be hanging out near the entrance when I arrived. I told her why I needed a massage and asked her to specifically work in my upper trap area. The room is not your "glamorous spa" type of room, yet it gave peaceful vibes with the large massage table and sheets. Lulu's pressure was firm and you could tell she was using her entire body to provide me the pressure I asked for. She demonstrated amazing soft tissue massage techniques throughout and even gently mobilized some of my joints. To be quite honest, it was hard for me to relax here, but I came here for a therapeutic massage that can target the tight areas of my body not for a "relaxing spa day." Lulu continuously asked me throughout the session if her pressure was too hard or if I was in pain and made adjustments as needed. My massage also included hot stones, which I was not expecting but I was not opposed to. The service and friendliness of this establishment cannot be beat, especially when factoring in the reasonable price for an hour. Booking is extremely easy via their website. I will be recommending this place to my peers!

I recommend you don't waste your time. I believe it's a scam school that just takes your money but really doesn't give any massages. Be careful. You've been warned. As a business owner, I am disappointed on how unreliable and unprofessional these people are. Don't go.

I had my first massage in ten years today with Bobbie and the session was exactly what I needed…read more Bobby is the best massage therapist I've ever had. She is extremely intuitive and knows how much pressure to use so the client doesn't tense up due to pain. She has good hands and good energy and is strong for such a petite woman. Bobbie was very caring, compassionate, honest, and informative. She is also trained in quantum energy which I am not very familiar with but she told me pain on my left side was due to denying or repressing an emotional issue. Through talking with her and sharing some facts about myself I discovered that even voicing what I thought I was repressing helped immensely with my physical pain and mental well-being. After a session with Bobbie, I now understand why her appointment slots fill up so quickly. Bobbie employs a lot of therapists who are trained in a wide variety of modalities, as well as an esthetician for anyone who wants facials and other skin care treatments. Most of the therapists are women and two are men. The rates there are reasonable compared to many other places and ample parking is available in the lot. If you are someone who gets regular massages I recommend you purchase a series of three sixty-minute or ninety-minute massages as the rate is the most economical. Rejuvenate also offer senior and kupuna discounts. I highly recommend Rejuvenate Massage and Bodyworks to anyone who is in need of a therapeutic or relaxation massage.

I thought my wife was long over due to be pampered at a Spa. Imagine my surprise when I was looking for Spa's that Amita Holistic Spa was up and running again. This was joyous news indeed. I called the number and spoke with Sumita. Once again she was wonderful and allowed for me to make special arrangements in person. I met her at her new location and I couldn't believe how inviting, relaxing and peaceful it was. I am so happy for you to have found such a nice tranquil place to take care of us. Sumita listened to my request and took care of everything very quickly. I was anxious because I had to wait a week ( by choice ) for my wife's special day. Sumita greeted us outside her Spa and you could just feel the positive energy coming from her. It was almost palpable. She led us to the back of her entrance through a heavily planted yard, with fountains and statues. It was so relaxing and peaceful Sumita took my wife inside to enjoy her Sacred Makana Healing. I was allowed to stay in the yard and meditate. I had a nice experience just enjoying her yard. My wife came out shining and smelling wonderful. 3 days later my car still smells great. My wife said her experience was even better than the 1st time. My wife was relaxed, happy and pain free. We had a great weekend and it all started with Amita Holistic Spa. Sumita you are very special and we are grateful for your kindness, compassion, and expertise. There is no other place for us if we want to get pampered. My only regret is that I didn't ask for business cards to share with friends and co-workers. Thank you again Sumita, I hope you and your family have a very wonderful year. Hope to see you again soon.
