I've been here multiple time with not an amazing experience. But this last time the lady took off so much of my eyebrow, when I only asked for a cleanup. Then gave a notch in my eyebrow and trimmed it so short it looks like stubble. She took off parts of an eyebrow that shouldn't even be touched ESPECIALLY during a cleanup. DO NOT GO HERE! THERE IS ANOTHER THREADING WOMAN LOCATED IN THIS MALL. Her shop is 808 Threading and it is inside of a spa. I WAS MISLEAD TO THIS PLACE INSTEAD!! My eyebrows are gone! Never have I EVER had an experience like this. I am going on vacation next week and thought I'm here I should get started. Now, I am so embarrassed. They were nice, bushy, with a long tail; a clean canvas for an artist. I am devastated. Trying not to overreact but my eyebrows ARE GONE. And the hairs I expected to be removed had to be removed AFTER she handed me the mirror and I tried not to cry when I saw myself. I didn't get a picture before I coached her to "fix" them. NEWS REPORT THEY ARE NOT FIXED! My son said it's like I got a bad hair cut and I just need to let it grow back. But my brow hair takes forever to grow! I've been a loyal customer here for years. I've always been picky with who does my eyebrows but I'm never disappointed with this place. Nirosha does a great job especially but all their technicians make it a friendly environment. Some may be weary that it's in the middle of the mall with "no privacy" but no one's typically staring at you while you're in the chair haha. read more

Worst threading experience ever! Lady didn't even care how I wanted my brows, she botched my eyebrows & threaded my eyebrow tail off. Now one of my eyebrows have no tail & look straight, while the other brow is curved. Don't get your brows done here, I felt like the tools used on my brows were unsanitary. I've gone here at least 3 times, but today was by far the worst experience here. The lady kept moving my hands & head in an abrupt way, she even bumped into my head when I was laying on the chair, how does one manage to do that. Problem: Lack Customer Service and Professionalism. At 10:00 a.m. on 11/25/2025 I was ignored by the threading technician. I sat patiently waiting for the technician to open the sign-in app on the computer so I could could log in and wait in que (I was their prior to opening). However, another customer who must frequent this business knew how to open and sign-in. Instead of greeting me and asking if I needed to be serviced, she pretended to not see me sitting in the established waiting area. The technician with her back to me, checked the computer and call the person who knew how to operate( I re-iterate the sign-in screen was not available for me as a 1st time customer, to sign in)the sign in screen. No, the other customer did not have an appointment, she was very thoughtful and suggested I go ahead of her considering I was first in line. No, I didn't cause a scene. I made the technician aware of her actions and walked away. The technician made it very clear through her lack of customer service and professionalism she did not wish to service me or need my business. My daughter had a bad reaction to wax so she wanted to try threading. Found this place on yelp with decent reviews. Arrived with a short wait time. And that's the only thing that was good. My daughter's brows were crooked and one side was way thinner than the other. Her friends tried to make her feel better, but the damage was done. Had to come home to fix it with tweezing because I didn't want the lady to touch her face anymore. Be wary. read more

SAVE YOUR BROWS. Only come if PRIYA AND PUJA is working. So disappointed with my service here today. When I first came to get my entire face threaded here 2 months ago, I was lucky enough to meet Priya who did an amazing job and not once made me feel uncomfortable and kept making sure I was ok and instructed me the entire time on what to do. Her threading skills was THE BEST from anywhere else I've had threading done. She made my first experience here so worth it. Today , Friday Jully 11 I come by at round 2-2:30 pm and asked for her. Unfortunately she wasn't working and so I asked the Asian lady who was working (looked Vietnamese or some Asian) if she could do my whole face. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT GET THREADED BY HER. She's messy, messed up my brows literally removed hair that was growing nicely on my brows. Trimmed more than needed. As she was working on my face she was threading my hair (hair on my head!) told her twice and she didn't care she just kept going. Her work is messy she can't stay in one place and finish one place she goes this way that way everywhere inconsistent. I'm sorry but what made me so upset was the fact that she had the nerve to tell me that "I am not Priya, I'm doing my best, if you are not satisfied I will charge you half price" and literally did not finish the service. When she said that to me I had to leave. I paid for my service and I left feeling so unhappy and I cried later in my car because my eyebrows REST IN PEACE lord god bless them because they lost hair that I've been trying to grow for so long. If you ever visit Pearlridge uptown and take the escalator down to second floor, you probably have seen this place where people get their eye brows plucked by threading in open area near the escalator. It seems pretty natural and affordable so I decided to take a chance. It's $22 and take about 15 minutes. The lady technician who helped me was nice and thorough and checked multiple times to check for accuracy. You will have some tears as threading pulls multiple hair at a time. You will also need to pull your skin apart so that the technician can get into curved or tight spots. You can text for reservation. I got a quick reply and even got in earlier than expected. read more

I'm always skeptical about coming here to get my brows done due to one specific employee - I don't know her name but she has light brown hair and looks fairly young. I've got my brows done by her on two separate occasions and it was the worst experience. She was really rough when threading my brows and my skin gets very red and does not stop bleeding after her service. She always makes an excuse "your skin is very sensitive" which is not... I've got my brows done here by the other ladies and they do a great job! No burning skin, no redness, no bleeding. I think brown hair girl needs more training on how to thread. Plus, her work isn't even that good. It's not worth the pain she puts me through. I also don't like how she keeps going back and forth from each brow. My skin is literally crying when she's doing them. I came in today on a Sunday, 11/23 at around 5pm. Thankfully, brown hair girl was not working. The lady who did my brows was very fast and efficient. She made my brows look exactly how I want them. As always, I'm a returning customer but I will be avoiding that one certain employee. I've been coming here for a few years and never had a problem. This place actually made me like threading my eyebrows. But whoever was working on Monday September 30th messed up my eyebrows and it felt like she was in a rush for some reason but she didn't have anyone on the list after me. Her thread kept breaking throughout my service. I grew out my eyebrows for weeks so I can have nice brows before my vacation and now my eyebrows look different. One is more thin and curved, while the other is straight. I'm just gonna go back to waxing because I'm afraid they're gonna end up like this again. read more

This is located on the second floor of Phase 2 of pearlridge Mall, the wait is long just sign in to the pad and let them know the service you want to get and they will call or text you when you are next in line. The quality of the service is okay, I don't know if it's me but when I get it done my skin always react to it after leaving but over it's okay. I would go else where, the waiting period is long and sometimes I feel like they are rushing to get you in the chair when it's your time. I've been coming here for years, this is the only place I get my eyebrows done. It's located right by the escalators by Sephora in Pearlridge. I almost always have a good experience here. There have been a couple times where my eyebrows didn't turn out the way I wanted but they'll usually fix it or I let it grow out and they fix it during my next appointment. Have been to this location several times now, decided to go with another place the 4th time and then came back to give Aloha another chance. The straw that broke the camels back, besides the mediocre and overpriced threading, was their customer service. We checked in, there was another name on the list who had been called and chose not to show up until 15ms after their scheduled time. Rather than service the punctual customers the employee chose to provide service to the delinquent customer. There is another threader available on Tuesday's and Wednesday's on the first floor at the Pala'Zio Salon And Day Spa. Definitely recommend going there if you desire good service and employees. I normally get my eyebrows done at a kiosk in Windward Mall not sure if this is the same company. I've never been so disappointed and felt insecure about my eyebrows before. I got a threading and tint done. Picture one: My eyebrow shape completely got changed. You can see areas on the top of my eyebrow that still needed to be cleaned. (No matter what direction I brush my hairs it's bald at the tips of my eyebrows) much more full than other side Picture two: So much areas needed to be cleaned. Even my fiancé said "whoa what happened, never seen you like that before" I'll be using lots of castor oil to grow them back. She was really nice but I had to lie to her face because I am genuinely disappointed. I immediately went to Sephora and bought me eyebrow pencil to fill them in. It was a 15minute wait that you can sign in on an iPad device. The lady was sweet and let me be paparazzi. They have adorable origami style masks available. They're located right across from Sephora near the escalator. Threading supposedly lasts longer than waxing. It's a neat technique and isn't as painful as it looks.
