It's quite convenient for me and there's a parking lot and available street parking. Tomoe did my lashes and she was very attentive and detailed during and prior to the appointment. She explained the different lash curl and style options and also took the time to ask about my needs. I.e if I had lashes before and why I stopped/ why I was getting it again. I normally don't write negative reviews but I am so upset that I had to leave one here. No greeting or anything just straight onto the chair after arriving. It was my first time getting any service on my brows. The tech did not walk me through or explain anything except when she was putting on the keratin treatment. Multiple times throughout the process I explained that I wanted more of a straight eyebrow and not super arched. I also tried explaining that I wanted my brows to be more thinner than thick. I booked for a lamination, shaping and plucking. After the tech shaped my brows she gave me a mirror to ask of my opinion. I repeated saying I wanted more of a thinner and straighter brow because at this point my brows were super arched. She said okay and went to work. After finishing, Shiho gave me the mirror again and I still did not like my eyebrows. I told Shiho that I wanted more thinner but she replied that maybe I am just not used to my eyebrows being brushed up and that I should go home and sleep on it. Maybe tomorrow I would wake up loving them. Still unsure of the whole thing, they tell me to rate their place 5 stars to get a 10% discount before you leave. I just wanted to leave at this point, so I did what she said and paid then left. Upset I went home and cried. I was hoping to get them done before my trip but I just ruined my eyebrows. I tried scrubbing and washing off the treatment but nothing worked. Don't waste your money here and stay away. read more
