Erika at the beginning was pretty friendly and her prices matched her work. As she become more popular her prices went up ridiculously. Not because 40+ is a lot of money but because how her work has changed. Her rules regarding how much your hair grows is just..not necessary? Not to mention Erika wants to charge like she's working in a luxury spot with exquisite service. She doesn't even give out a waiver to her clients regarding any medication warnings, sun burns etc. yes for some it may be common sense but to some young girls it is not and it is not their fault. Just a couple months ago she waxed my younger sisters brows and completely waxed her skin off and then continued to do it after she noticed. Then she had the audacity to say she should have known it could happen since it was winter and skin is more dry than usual. She not only burned her skin but did a horrible shaping job.. my sister has always had full & long brows...after her last visit with Erika she completely Fucked up her shape to put it frankly. Right now my sister is in the process of growing out and reshaping her brows with another wax artist in Salinas who does a great job who also has another thing Erika lacks a lot ...A PERSONALITY.
