I'm super lazy about writing reviews but this company/crew deserves this excellent review and all of my future business. Things that are important to me are price, quality and communication. My expectations were beyond exceeded. Daniel showed up for his scheduled meeting on time and was great in listening to my concerns and needs with trimming and removing several palms as well as trimming two other trees and and some big bushy thing that hangs over from our neighbors yard. The quote received was much lower than expected and when I called back to schedule a time for service, the crew was at my house in an hour and the entire job including a fantastic clean-up including debris from the pool was done in about two hours. Great service! I took a chance on Elenes Tree Service based on the excellent reviews here on Yelp. Daniel returned my call promptly and was on time (very important!) for the free estimate. I had a giant tree that was overgrown and started to make its way to the neighbor's house. When the winds kick in, it would sway against the neighbor's house. Because the tree was very healthy and fast growing, Daniel suggested pruning it back greatly to give it room to grow. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty. Quote was fair and they were able to come back same day to finish everything up. They had a good size team so were able to clean up right away after each task was done. I had them prune back the giant tree, trim a few others, and remove several stumps and hedges. They were done in about 3 hrs. Daniel game over this morning at 9:30 a.m. and gave me a fair estimate for removing an overgrown Avocado tree and grinding the stump as well as shaping an orange tree. I can't say enough good things about these guys, they showed up on time and cut down my 40ft cypress and trimmed my 60ft palm (which has never been trimmed in its life) along with stump grinding 5 tree stumps in four hours. They pruned 7 fruit trees for me that had been badly neglected for a couple of years and had been butchered prior to that before I moved in. I called 3 companies for a tree removal quote and Daniel was the only one who offered to come see the tree in person to give a quote. His price was fair and I had him out 2 days later. It took his crew just 3 hrs to completely remove a mulberry tree that seemed bigger than my house! They were so professional and clean! Writing this review a month or two after service: They did a great job. They trimmed 7 trees on my property. The owner was very knowledgeable and was careful to not shock our trees. Elenes Tree Service did a great job cutting our very large pine tree in our front yard. We just purchased our first home and the pine tree looked like it had never been trimmed or thinned before.
