I had an amazing time here. The environment was very welcoming and helped me relax. The room was Noce and dim, perfect temperature and the masseuse made sure everything was to my liking. I will definitely be going back here many times on my vacations to California. Highly recommend you go here. read more

Got a same day appointment just a few hours after I called. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The massage itself was wonderful, the room was clean and like a private day spa. Definitely recommend the Himalayan salt treatment! The therapist was very attentive to my specific needs but not overly chatty. A great first time experience that has me considering a membership...especially since the receptionist was not at all pushy or overbearing about it. Will definitely return! read more

My husband and I were visiting from out of town and found a $125 couples massage Groupon online. We called the business prior to buying the groupon and were able to get in the next day. I had Cole and she was absolutely amazing. Just the right amount of pressure. The masseuse my husband got could have applied more pressure, even after a verbal request. Overall we are leaving relaxed and de pressurized. read more

I have had two massages by Sherri now and she is freaking fabulous! She uses the perfect amount of pressure and I leave feeling outstanding. I'm a hairstylist so my shoulders and feet are always killing me, but after my massages I feel refreshed and new! The place is very clean and the front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful. I have no complaints! read more

I've been to Elements massage in Oceanside. I had a massage with Geneva. I love this place. They are very serious about COVID-19. Took my temperature as soon as I walked in, sterilized the pen I used. Everything is clean. The best part is the staff are so friendly and nice. Massages are wonderful. You feel welcome the minute you walk in. read more

Went in and got a 90 minute massage from Paige and it was a great experience. The two women at the front desk were very nice and friendly. When Paige came and got me for my massage, we quickly went over what I was looking to get out of my time which was a super deep tissue massage on the knots in my back, shoulders, and neck--and she came through big time. Her massage hurt so good haha. She made sure I was always comfortable with the pressure she was using and went as hard as she could to help with my shoulders and I loved it. I will definitely be back again to see her. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone, specifically to Paige if they're looking for a deep tissue massage. It was completely worth the price. read more

Saw the reviews so I went for it! I was so happy I did! Great place great massage! I had Tyler he was awesome! I felt like he got all my knots out of my neck and I didn't feel super sore after the massage. Thank you! I will be coming back for my next massage! read more

Michael, Your emails were volatile and offensive from the very start and you treated me like a CRIMINAL like I was looking to take advantage of a small business owner and NOT Pay. I didn't walk out without paying because I refused, that was NEVER MY INTENTION and I NEVER REFUSED to pay for services so please don't act like you don't know what you did. It's quite passive aggressive! I made it very clear from the moment I arrived of my intentions to have Progressive billed for my service. I called beforehand and asked questions and made sure that the billing could be done and I was told YES. Unfortunately, I unknowingly called another location. I gave you the information necessary to make a simple investigation into your recorded calls as you stated you would be HAPPY TO DO. I made it CRYSTAL CLEAR that I didn't have the financial means necessary to pay out of pocket. When I should up I showed the paperwork, which I attached in the emails response to you, when I showed up and in this review too. If it wasn't allowed then the services shouldn't have been performed. The ladies knew my situation and knew that I DIDN'T have the financial means necessary to pay for the massage. They shouldn't have allowed me to go back then if it wasn't allowed. What surprises me even more was the HORRIFIC massage I had and after I let you know you still FORCED, BULLIED and THREATENED me into paying even after you knew of the TERRIBLE MASSAGE. This is NOT, in my opinion, how you treat your customers. You were offensive and rude to me from the first email you sent me. I find your customer service terrible. You added to my stress both emotionally and financially. read more

Just finished my first time prenatal appointment today, Jessy did an excellent job at removing all the knots and stress I had in my muscles. She was very sweet and explained what she was doing (which I loved) and was very personable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who likes rough/harder hand during a massage. It was the most relaxing hour and half of my life, and I left feeling so refreshed! read more

Everyone is very kind and welcoming. It is a very simple, uncomplicated process and everyone from the people who greet you at the front desk to the massage therapists treat you with such respect and grace. Much recommended! read more

Elements Massage was perfect from booking with a therapist to finalizing at check out. My therapist was Naomi and she was great. I've had many deep tissue massages over the years and she did great. I suffer from tension headaches and migraines also stiff shoulders from working on computers all day and Naomi really listened to my problem areas and relieved the tightness. She continuously checked in with me if pressure was too hard or too soft. Setting was nice and relaxed and the business itself is very spa like and relaxing. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Very nice experience I'm pretty sure I'll be signing up for the wellness package to come once or twice a month. I highly recommend this place! read more

I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service at this location along with the fabulous massage! I had been burned yet again by Massage Envy (showed up for my appt and said I didn't have one--twice!) when I gave Tosha a call at Elements. She got me in on the same day and the massage was fantastic! I am cancelling my membership with Massage Envy and will be heading here from now on! read more

Please do not go here!! I went there today for my first massage and had to walk out less than half way through. The message felt like it was being given by a twelve year old and I needed to leave because the therapist was actually hurting my back. When I got up to exit she grabbed me and wouldnt let me leave unless I tipped her!!! How absurd!! She was screaming "tip please! , tip please!!" After I had told her countless times she was hurting my back and I had to leave. I would give this place zero stars if I could. DO NOT TRY THIS PLACE OUT!! read more

Headaches gone thanks to Jordan at Elements! She asked the right questions and was able to accurately diagnose the problem area. She's a true professional and an excellent massage therapist - highly recommend! read more

I called for a same day appointment and was cheerfully accommodated, the facility was appealing and clean.... Jordan's deep tissue massage went a long way toward resolving my sciatic pain, she really knows what she's doing and packs quite a punch! She sent me out the door with great recommendations for daily maintenance and a realistic plan for future treatment. They had a great 1st timers discount, and their monthly membership was offered when I checked out - but no high pressure sales at all. I highly recommend! read more

Elements Massage in Oceanside, CA is a step above the rest! Extremely clean clinic and warm inviting staff. Ask for Kelsey for your next massage. She listened to my concerns and I felt refreshed and invigorated after the massage! Can't wait to go back! read more

My masseuse was excellent! She gave me just enough pressure on my back and actually recommended a different masseuse next time who would be able to give me a deeper tissue massage. read more

Had the best massages here but have seen a bit of turnover in the past 2-2.5 years (with the masseuses I really loved). Right now I am seeing Ken and he's very knowledgeable and great if you have injuries or conditions such as carpal tunnel or tendonitis. The front desk staff is always pleasant and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. Monthly membership is best if you can afford it. You'll get the best deal that way. read more

This place is great! Super clean, electric massage tables, large rooms, and everyone is really friendly. My husband and I went for a couple's massage. So far we've had Jessica, Kelsey, and Jordan.. all have been absolutely amazing. We get deep tissue/trigger points and they are excellent. read more

Made an appt for first time visit. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly. Only rating 3 stars because while my masseuse seemed very educated in pressure points and such- it was almost a joke when she actually massaged my back. I came in because of terrible back pain from a mattress. My masseuse was suppose to be the best there for deep tissue/pain relief. I kept thinking it was a joke when she massaged my back- but not so much. Everything else was fantastic. I just wasn't completely pleased with the care received. You may have a better experience. read more

I normally go to the location in S. Carlsbad but went here instead this time. I called in for a last minute booking and the girl at the front desk was very patient and helpful. Kelsey did my massage and it was amazing. I will definitely be going back to see her again. read more

My boyfriend and I had a couples 1 hour massage last Friday. It was fabulous. The guys that massaged us not only worked out our kinks but took the time to show me exercises to do to help my posture. They were very personable and informative. I would definitely go there again. read more

Everyone who works at this facility is extremely professional, from the therapists to the receptionists.

the fact that you keep credit card info on file without my consent, signature or going over the terms is COMPLETELY UNLAWFUL and I will 10000% be pursuing legal action. read more

Have had sessions with Tara and Joey and couldn't recommend them more! Very skilled and great listeners to my needs. I love the atmosphere and the front desk receptionists are always so friendly and welcoming! Can't beat the bed-warmers either! read more

Love this place, just what I have been looking for. Had a deep tissue massage with Yolie. She gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. She is knowledgeable and listens to what your needs are. I highly recommend her and will definitely be going back. read more

I have had deep tissue massages by Watson, Naomi and Xena, and they have all been so good! I chose Elements over Massage Envy because their memberships can be canceled at any time, not to one year requirement ME has, but I won't be canceling mine! I love it, and their front desk staff is so sweet too! read more

Great service from the moment you walk in the door. The only thing that would make it better is for a 90min massage to be just that. I was scheduled at 445, I went back at 448 was in my car pulling out of the parking lot headed home at 612. I know some time is buffed in for dressing and consults but it shouldn't be at expense of the customer. It should be properly advertised as a 75 min massage. read more

I have only been here once, but would gladly return!! Joey was my massage therapist and he did an awesome job. Checked several times to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was going how I was expecting. Extremely friendly and professional staff and very clean facility. read more

Love it!! Best massage I've had in a long time! Stephanie was my masseuse and she was amazing.

I read numerous positive reviews about this place and decided to give this massage place a try. I set an appointment up for my upper back pain that I have been experiencing and happened to mentioned that it would be my first time receiving a massage. [From the Elements chain, mind you, not overall massage.] I spent roughly $74 dollars, with a new members rate and a pressured gratuity. [I forgot to pull out cash and ended up having to put it on my card, where I had to spoke how much I wanted to give with the blaring sign of "accepted" rates in front of me.] This place was nothing quite that special. After the hour long massage, I left feeling quite tired and refreshed. That changed within probably an hour. I felt the same as before. I was able to write a review for the place through an email that they sent me and I expressed my concern. I was received with what seems to be a snarky email reply that my "body is not used to it" nor would massages "cure everyones aches and pains". However, being that I have experienced a few massages before from other places, normally pain does not return until roughly a week or so afterwords. Not as immediately as it did this place. I highly recommend taking business somewhere else. I was offered a newbie rate again, but I might as well take my money somewhere else or the doctor that they kindly recommended me to. read more

Facility is very nice. Ease of appointment availability. Professional and talented masseuses. Fair subscription program with ability to roll forward, share with another individual and add an additional treatment at a lower cost. read more

We have been members here for the last year. The girls who work at the front desk are always very friendly and accommodating to both me and my husband. I've always had good massages here and honestly I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to getting massages. Recently the girl I've always gone to see left so I made an appointment (Tuesday 3/7) and was kind of nervous. I booked an hour and a half massage w/ the Himalayan salt stones w/ Jen and I have to say it was one of the best massages I have ever received!!! I have chronic problems with migraines and the week I normally have them I have not had 1! I cannot thank her enough. I will definitely be back soon to see her soon! read more

What a wonderful experience! Amber and the rest of the staff are so friendly and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful in a clean and beautiful setting. Rebecca did a great job on my massage and paid attention to the areas that needed more focus and attention. Thank you! read more
