I came here with two of my friends while I was visiting Austin and it was great. From the second we sat down, Ethan, Jaidan, and Kim absolutely delivered. Not only were they all incredibly kind and attentive, but their skill level really shows. We each went in with different designs and ideas, and somehow they executed every single one flawlessly. One of my friends got 3D nail art, which can go very wrong in the wrong hands, but hers came out stunning. Like, stop-you-mid-conversation-to-stare-at-them stunning. Mine were just as detailed and clean, and you could tell they actually care about the final result, not just rushing you through. The vibe felt relaxed, not chaotic, and we left feeling like we got exactly what we wanted and more. I'd absolutely come back next time I'm in Austin.

I usually see Tom for my pedicures- he's amazing. One of the best massages Ive found in the area. He hasn't been there the last couple of times I've stopped by ( I hope he didn't quit), so today I had someone new do my pedicure. It was the absolute most rushed pedicure I've ever had. She didn't ask what kind of pedicure I wanted from the menu, so she just did her own thing. It wasn't even the same as the basic pedicure- I've had that one there. The massage was 3 minutes and just not good. It's so hard to find a place that does good foot massages and quality pedicures, so I will probably give them another chance. But only if Tom or the owner is available.

We were about 4 minutes after our appointment, and the owner was already calling to ensure we were keeping our appointment. We were actually turning into the parking lot that moment. Great follow-up, just bad timing on our part due to traffic. After a bit of scrutiny, the gift certificates were approved, and we were assigned our pedicurists. Mine was Louie, hers was Lena. Both were very polite and welcoming. I had never had a pedicure before, so I was a bit unsure what to expect. And of course I wore long jeans and not shorts, which increased the degree of difficulty in maneuvering and limited some of the experience. Louie was very professional and gentle. I'm quite a bit ticklish, and we both got a big laugh out of that. I got the hot stone pedicure for $7 more than the classic pedi, and my girlfriend got the Milk and Honey for $13 more. There was quite a bit of upsell involved, not by the pedicurist, but by the manager. In fact, at one point, she dropped the Milk and Honey in my pedicurist's cart, only for me to correct the mistake. She didn't seem too thrilled that we weren't buying more services, which was really the only downer. Between that and the hesitation over the gift certificates, that cost a star. When all was said and done, we got two pedicures. I had to rush to another appointment, so I left my girlfriend there to be picked up on my return. She liked her pedicure and polish, and I liked mine without. My girlfriend bought and tipped on the non-discounted price of the services. I'm not one to be fussed over, but I think they do a good job here. I did check all the sanitary precautions, and they passed on every count. They were meticulous about cleaning their instruments. I did have some temporary cuticle soreness on one toe, but it was gone by the next day without infection. Recommended. Not sure when/if I'll go again, but I'd go here without hesitation.

I absolutely loved how everything looked when I first left the salon--they did a beautiful job, and I was very happy with the results. Unfortunately, by the third day, the gems had already started falling off, and within a week, two of my Gel-X nails were lifting. For a brand-new set, I didn't expect to have issues so quickly. I went back expecting the problems to be corrected since the set was so new, but I was charged an additional $30 for the repairs. After spending $153 initially, I didn't think it was reasonable to have to pay extra to fix issues that occurred within the first week. I understand that normal wear and tear happens over time, but I expected better durability and customer service, especially considering the amount I paid. While I truly loved how my nails looked at first, I was disappointed by how quickly they began to come apart and by the additional charge to have them fixed.
