We used Element home remodeling to remodel 2.5 bathrooms. We got about 4 quotes prior to choosing them. Josh and Dan have amazing communication skills. It's been a pleasure working with the whole team. One thing that really stood out is how Dan and Josh both check in on progress and time line. Their workers are also very clean. At the end of a work day, they cleaned and organized so well it was like they weren't even there... Ruben their lead was also great with making sure things were communicated on fix ups. Any concern I had was quickly addressed. there were some hiccups here and there, but they handled it very well and professionally. I also enjoyed working with their designer. She understood my concept and created bathroom designs that I couldn't put together myself. It's been more than 4 months since completion, and I still look at my bathrooms and get excited. It's about a month after Element Home Remodeling completed our project. I wanted to move into our new home and live in it for a while before sharing my thoughts and experience with this company. During that time, I have found small touchups to be done, which Josh and Dan, our project supervisors, gladly took care of. During the past month living in our new home, I have learned to appreciate how much was accomplished and how many moving parts were involved in our project. We initially started by hiring a designer who was unrelated to Element. This quickly turned into a slow and trying process. We decided to cover our losses and move forward that's when a family member recommended Element Home Remodeling. Although we had a rough start with our first designer, Dan and Josh made efforts to move the project forward and compensate for the time that was lost. I haven't had the time to share the great experience our family had with Josh, remodeling our kitchen, so I have taken advantage of the long weekend to thank him and his crew for their work. We were having a barbecue with a bunch of friends when I shared my kitchen remodeling plan. Josh's name came up through a friend of a friend who had hired Element Home Remodeling to work on his home. We had heard of a few other companies, in addition to a few disappointing stories, which, for a short time, had made us think twice about even wanting this remodel. However, I was so impressed with what was told about Josh that I said to my wife we had to meet him. We could tell right away that he has a ton of experience and knowledge in his field. From day one, we felt like we were in good and professional hands. I was looking for a company that could stick to our budget. It wasn't low, but we have a newborn at home, and every dollar counts. A while back, we hired Rafael to replace our roof. He and his crew did a wonderful job. Although it wasn't a long project, it gave us a taste of the communication and workmanship that Rafael offered. During one of our meetings, I mentioned that we were planning to remodel the rest of the house. Rafael offered his help and suggested scheduling a meeting once we were ready to proceed with the remodel. I reached out to Rafael again and he introduced me to Ploy. Rafael and Ploy handled the project together. Rafael was our main contact for everything construction related, while Ploy was our designer and project coordinator She was incredible very responsive, kind, friendly, and had full of out of the box solutions and suggestions. We remodeled both bathrooms and the entire kitchen. Rafael and Ploy ensured the site remained clean and caused minimal disruption to our daily lives. Although it was a bit uncomfortable in the early stages of the project, it improved significantly as it progressed. Element did beautiful work. I completed a full home remodel with Element Home Remodeling back in 2023,. I had a great time working with Matt and his team. The remodel and overall experience exceeded our expectations. The work included a 2-year full coverage warranty and 10 years on specific items. To date, everything is still in good shape. However, I wanted to refresh the grout in the bathroom and some in the kitchen. Although I knew that the warranty is no longer in place, I contacted Element and expected them to say that they do not provide that type of work for projects done over two years ago. Josh and Dan are the real deal. Our house was a total wreck after our previous contractor left us in the middle of our home remodeling project. We were careless and too eager to start our project. We didn't do our research and fell for the charm of the previous project manager. Long story short, things went south pretty fast, and we found ourselves stuck with a rented apartment and our new home under construction, but with no contractor. We had to find a new contractor ASAP. This time, we used the help of friends , one recommended Element Home Remodeling, and others gave us a few other companies whom we met with. We were on a short deadline, and every month in the rented apt was eating up our budget. We met with Josh and Dan onsite and could see that they were shocked with our story. My parents have been living in the same house for many years and the bathrooms were no longer serving their needs. They were outdated and more importantly, weren't elderly-friendly. Working with Element Home Remodeling was an on-track experience. They provided 5-star service the entire time. We had been planning our complete home remodel for a while, we knew exactly what we wanted and we were set on our ideas.  We met with a large number of remodeling contractors and companies. It was very tough to make a decision based only an on online reputation. We decided to ask around and that's when a family member recommended Element Home Remodeling. We dropped by his house and got the chance to see their work firsthand. Rafael who was sent by Element Home Remodeling and who was our main PM took us to a few other projects that he was working on and we loved what we saw. We also spoke with his other clients and they sounded very happy with his management and work ethics. All that together with the good online reputation that this company has is what made us go with them.  Our home remodel included a 200 SF home addition, relocating and remodeling the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and living area. We had Element draw up the plans for the project and worked with their designer on ordering our selected materials. It took the city building department al very long time to approve the plans but Refael and the team kept us updated and followed up with the city once a week to try and push things forward.  Once the permit was approved Refael and his team started the remodel right away. During the process we did not stay at home, we rented a place for almost the entire time which added to our stress on getting things done as soon as possible so we could save money on the rent. Francisco, Jose and the entire team of workers who took part in the remodel were professional and detailed. The communication that we had with them was great. They involved us in the small decisions and made sure that we were part of the process, they stuck to the deadline and passed all the city inspections.  When we had issues with material delivery Element Home Remodeling made sure to contact the vendors and did their best to expedite the delivery even though it wasn't their responsibility. When looking back on it all we could not find any reason to complain whatsoever. We are very happy with the quality of work and the way things turned out. At about 90% progress we moved back home. So far so good, working with Refael has been amazing! This is our forever home in Lafayette, California, so this is so important to us. Rafael's main builder, Alexis is doing a great job. Alexis is talented knows what he is doing and does a perfect job. There have been delays due to some plan changes and getting permits modified. My hope is that we end on a good note and both sides, the contractor and us the homeowner are satisfied. As in any big project, good communication and keeping your word and honesty is critical. Following remediation of water damage in my den, I sought a service provider to remodel the interior and redesign the exterior to prevent future water egress. I obtained evaluations and estimates from several handymen and contractors, with a few either ghosting or declining to take on the project. Of those who provided estimates, I chose Element Home Remodeling because they proposed the most comprehensive solution for both the interior and exterior, they projected confidence and enthusiasm about the work to be performed, they indicated that they could complete the project in a timely manner, and they provided an opportunity to visit one of their ongoing projects at a nearby location. My project was overseen by Shalom with significant contributions from Refael. For the interior, after leveling the floor the team installed laminate wood flooring, new dry wall and baseboards, painted the walls, and re-installed my sliding glass door with a proper sill. For the exterior, they regraded the surrounding surface, installed a new drainage system that feeds into my existing system, replaced cracked concrete with pavers running along two of the walls, installed flashing, and repaired and painted the stucco. I have included some before and after pictures of the interior and exterior of the room for reference. Shalom provided excellent communication and coordination throughout the project, the work was completed in a timely manner, and most importantly, the work was performed to a high standard of quality. Shalom was quick to follow up whenever I reached out with a question or concern about the project and showed patience and consideration in listening and responding to my comments. My understanding was that the Element team had multiple projects running in parallel while they were working on mine, but I never felt like my project was being de-prioritized and I think their overall state of "busy-ness" worked to my advantage because it enabled them to mobilize cadres of workers to my location to make rapid progress on my project. I recognize that mine was far from a contractor's "ideal" project because it was on the smaller end of the spectrum and it involved correcting/mitigating design flaws in an existing structure vs. starting from a blank canvas. Given this, and given disappointing experiences I've had with contractors in the past, I am especially grateful to Element Home Remodeling for providing a comprehensive solution with excellent customer service and helping me reclaim my living space where I now feel comfortable and safe. Our experience with Element Home Remodeling was truly exceptional. We hired them to renovate our kitchen and two bathrooms, and they did a phenomenal job. As a first time home owner and first time home remodeler, I learned the hard lesson that nothing will ever go smoothly or perfectly during the job. However, that being said Element Home Remodeling did a great job trying to make it the best/smoothest transaction I could ask for. When choosing between Element Home Remodel and other general contractors, I had three quotes; the cheapest was a general contractor that required me to hire my own structural engineer, attend all the building inspections, and be extremely invovled in the remodel which would require me to take time away from my full time job. The most expensive was a similar company to Element however they refused to install a sliding door (structurally demolish parts of a wall) stating that it would take too much time and work to do. Then there was Element which was middle of the market priced. Element was willing and more than happy to put in a new sliding door and do whatever remodel I wanted for the house. What makes Element Home Remodeling different from a normal general contractor is that they provide you a "project manager" who oversees the entire project and makes sure everything is done appropriately. This made my life a lot easier because it allowed me not to be on-site when I ran into termites, building inspection issues, and other problems. The project manager would facilitate/troubleshoot all the problems while you could focus on your actual job (so that you could pay for the remodel). My project manager was also the co-owner, Refael. Refael prides himself on customer service and making sure the customer is satisfied with the project. There were several times where I was not happy with an issue and I'd call Refael with my concerns. Refael would make sure that the issue was addressed and fixed to make sure I was satisfied. Furthermore, during the winter storm of 2022/2023, my basement dealt with a flooding issue and I immediately called Refael. Refael was more than willing to help fix the damage at no cost. Refael and Matt, our project managers were extremely helpful and made this journey a very positive experience. During the project we had an issue of not ordering enough tile for one of the bathrooms, this was a mistake made by the company as they had provided us with the quantities to order a few months before starting the remodel. Unfortunately, the tile was discontinued, and we could not order the missing tiles to complete the bathroom. However, Refael and Element Home Remodeling took full responsibility for the matter and helped us choose a new type of tile. They placed a new order with the correct amount for the entire wall on the expense of the company. We did have some setbacks during construction but Refael, Matt and the company were on top of everything and took care of all setbacks in a timely manner. The entire remodel took about 7 months to complete. During this time Refael and Matt became part of the family. We had daily conversations and updates in addition to weekly meetings at the property. I rarely write reviews, but wanted to share our experience to warn anyone considering this company. We hired Element Home Remodeling in 2020 for a remodel of our kitchen, with an attached deck, pergola, and retaining walls. Our project started well, but progressively deteriorated into a living nightmare. We later discovered that most of their online reviews have been faked in an attempt to inflate their reputation. Many reviewers describe projects which never occurred (based on building permit records search, some include stock photos) but are acknowledged by the company ("Nick T.") as if they were real customers. Their reference turned out to be a friend rather than an actual customer. They also appear to rent their RMO license from a retired contractor in Southern California who was not involved in our project. These guys are running a scam and I advise others to steer clear. We chose this company because they were well reviewed, responsive, and represented themselves as having the staff and experience to complete our job quickly and competently. We eventually learned they were a small, inexperienced, and deceptive operation who were in over their heads and struggled their way through our project. There were serious problems with the quality of their work, they caused substantial damage to our property, were arrogant and unprofessional, and failed to properly supervise their workers. The owner, "Refael", was our main point of contact and presented himself as a project manager. He was charismatic, said all the right things, and gave us confidence that we were hiring the right contractor. Their designer was excellent and easy to work with. We shared some Pinterest boards and he came back with design renderings that captured exactly what we wanted. We asked for a reference customer, who was complimentary about the quality of their work. After we signed a build contract in early July, the tone and responsiveness started to change. They began demolition a few weeks later, confident that they would quickly obtain permits, but badly misjudged this and required 3 rounds of review and nearly 3 months before the permits were approved by the city. This was mid-pandemic, so we dismissed our concerns. However, after work started in late October, they caused significant property damage with a tractor, began antagonizing our neighbors, and attempted to shake us down for more money. They left a 10 foot hole in the side of our house completely open to the elements for more than a week and rushed to complete the kitchen remodel on the schedule they had proposed. They treated our driveway like a garbage dump, smoked inside our house, and used our kitchen knives as box cutters. After the kitchen was completed, we began to find serious problems with their work. While the owner made meager attempts to correct some issues, he tried to shift blame and demanded payment on a different schedule than we had agreed. On Christmas day, we had rain water running down our living room and kitchen walls. This happened a total of 3 times through early January, as the contractor repeatedly failed to cover roof penetrations. After they left the job, we had their work independently inspected and discovered even more significant issues with their workmanship. We have spent more than $80k (so far) repairing their damage and defective work, and are currently engaged in legal action. read more

I contacted Element for a kitchen remodel and Sean came out to evaluate. He had some good ideas and some things we may want to improve on. His quote came back quick and the estimate was reasonably priced, but that's where the good ended. There were some questions I had about the quote and some things if they could add/take out of the quote. This is the time to ask questions right? Before the work is done so everyone can be clear on the work. I emailed my questions and then also texted Sean to let him know I went over the proposal and to reach out if there were any questions. I got ghosted. No reply on text or email. It would have been nice to at least say something like we can't do that, but nothing. Having Ethan as our project manager was a blessing. We had been planning our home remodeling project for a long-time. A close friend of ours hired Element Home Remodeling for their home addition and it turned out beautiful. Towards the end of their addition, they invited us to have a walk through and meet Ethan who was their project manager at the time. Element Home Remodeling did some work for me about 6 months ago and they delivered on their promise of giving their customers a positive experience and professional results. I hired them for a complete home remodel at our new home in San Mateo. When we bought the property we wanted to have it remodeled before moving in. A few of our family members had previously worked with Element Home Remodeling and were happy with their standard of work, so it was the obvious choice for us. They provided a very high standard of work. We choose an extremely complex type of tile in addition to luxury stones that needed cutting and installing on 2 of our bathroom walls. They installed both to perfection. In addition, we had Element Home Remodeling build a custom hood in the kitchen and they did a very clean and precise job. All in all we remodeled the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, dining room and 3 bedrooms.  Everything was double checked and approved by a further two professionals before they signed off on the project. In addition the customer service was excellent. Matt, our project manager was extremely communicative. We had daily phone calls and text messages throughout the entire project. He replied promptly to all our messages even though some were out of work hours. We had weekly meetings in which we went over the work schedule for the following week. The remodeling crew were friendly and took care of our home. We were happy to find out that they are a team of very good people which made things much easier for us. We felt very comfortable working with them. The plan was to complete the entire home remodel in 5 months. However due to a few setbacks there was a months delay. It's important to note however, that even though the delay occurred, the team at Element Home Remodeling were very responsible in dealing with the issues that came up. We have just finished a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel with Element Home Remodeling, and I must say that I had a very good experience with this company The remodel included new floor tiles, converting a tub to a shower, and replacing the vanities in the bathroom. In addition, the kitchen was completely renewed. We installed new tiles, cabinets, countertop with backsplash and new flooring. We also had Element Home Remodeling upgrade the main panel to 200 amps in addition to updating the plumbing. The remodeling team were wonderful. Element Home Remodeling remodeled our entire house. We hired them after a long period of interviews with multiple remodeling contractors. We choose Element Home Remodeling because Ethan was very patient, didn't pressure us and we felt that he offered a higher level of customer service than the other companies that we had met with. The estimate that he gave us went into a lot of detail and was easy to understand. It covered all the points that we had discussed at the meeting and gave us a thorough breakdown of the whole project from start to finish. It was very clearly written and after reading it we felt that we knew exactly what the project involved and what we were paying for. We also knew how much the whole thing was going to cost and what we were getting ourselves into. I also appreciated that Ethan warned us that there may be some unexpected costs and that we should include this in our budget. Another big bonus with choosing Element Home Remodeling was that Ethan took us to look at a few ongoing remodeling projects of his so we could meet his remodeling team and see their work. My wife and I just moved back into a home that we recently had half of the house gutted and refreshed. The whole process started over a year ago, when we were soliciting bids from various contractors. Ariel and his team came over and gave a competitive bid and a year later, we couldn't be more pleased with our "new" house that has gained a lot more open space and natural light. We had first approached Element Home Remodeling after our architect and structural engineer submitted and had plans approved by the city. We wanted to make sure we could hit the ground running and Element was able to fill that role. Were they the least expensive option? No, but I'll never forget asking Ariel if he thought I needed to replace the roof over the area that they were going to tear up. And being in the roofing industry himself, he said that our roof was actually done very well so I'm sure the company wasn't just trying to get every $ they could. The various teams that came in through the various parts of the project, from demolition, framing, electrical, and plumbing were all very professional and answered and explained in detail whenever I had a question (and believe me, I had plenty!). I recently hired Element Home Remodeling to renovate two bathrooms in my 3 bedroom apartment. Both bathrooms were on the small side, the bigger one having a bath which wasn't used at all. I wanted to take out the bathroom and make a large shower as well as changing the floor to ceiling tiles and adding a hanging toilet and vanity, so it would be easier to clean. I more or less had a plan of the layout and colors. But wasn't quite closed about the layout. Element's designers made some big improvements on our original plans and offered some original advice about the layout that we would never have thought of by ourselves. The original bathroom was quite dark and I wanted to go for a lighter more minimal look. I can't believe how different both bathrooms look after the renovations. There is lots of light and much more space, yet we still have the same amount of storage space. I am very happy with the work that has been done. The team of workers that arrived everyday where very professional and pleasant to work with. I hired Element Home Remodeling on the recommendation of a friend, and have no regrets about that choice. Raphael was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had two bathrooms I wanted remodeled, both required moving a wall and lots of plumbing changes. Raphael came out for an on site estimate, wore a mask, and kept distance. Most other contractors I got quotes from did not want to move the walls or plumbing, they just wanted to replace things. Raphael instead took the time to understand what I wanted, take measurements, talk me through the process, and provide a written quote the same day. Raphael had two designers that helped us pick out the tile, grout, tub, shower hardware, towel bars, vanities, countertops, everything. As someone very dumb with colors and design, this was extremely helpful to ensure the bathrooms look great to anyone, not just me. Throughout the renovations Raphael was always attentive and very responsive whenever I had a question or issue. The subcontractors he brought in were fast, professional, and did outstanding work (check photos of countertops and walk in shower door). Work is poorly done, requires constant follow up, and takes much longer than necessary. This was a remodel of a 5'6" x 8' bathroom, no layout changes and replacement of a window with a smaller one. The owner Refael didn't manage the work and when I brought issues to him, gave me a hard time about it, even when I had water leaking into my walls. I have experience building homes, managing subs, and doing the work myself and know that the work was not up to standard. He didn't keep track of any of the discussions we had and left it to me to keep track of outstanding problems. Demolition lasted two days, but concrete grinding the floor was done after the tub was installed. There ended up being multiple gouges in the new tub, I had it resurfaced for the value of the tub. This was the first of two repair visits. They missed one of the two valves for plumbing and one of the bathroom fixtures. This was the first of many back and forth I had getting them on the same page with the agreed and submitted design and parts onsite. I had to insist on the original design and correct installation of fixtures multiple times when they tried to convince me to do things that would be easier for them. Structural framing changes were done AFTER the rough framing inspection. The longer the project went on and the more issues encountered, I started insisting on redoing the inspections for major changes. Wall was reopened after rough plumbing inspection and plumbing redone. Plumbing was sloppy and they only did requested fixes after I insisted on having an inspector out to re-inspect new work. There were large gaps of approx 1" between sheets on a fresh sheetrock install. They tried to fix with mud and 1" strips of cut drywall screwed into corners instead of cutting to size. They ended up later having to remove and re-install quartz slabs because they were not square. The mosaic tile and plumbing fixtures were off center to the tub and some fixtures not square to the wall. Every week brought a new list of problems. Fan not working (he tried to tell me it was just quiet), lighting fixture not secured to the wall, lights flickering, baseboards damaged, corners not mitered, medicine cabinet missing support screws. Stain spilled in driveway, mortar and drywall waste dumped next to the house multiple times. I had to ask to caulk the plumbing fittings to the shower wall so there wouldn't be any leaks into the wall. Refael and Alexis said it shouldn't be caulked. Both myself and the inspector told them it had to be. The window order was sent to three different companies. Every time it was supposed to arrive from one of their suppliers he told me it hadn't been ordered and he brought someone new in. Installing the window caused tiles to pop off of the wall. The bidet seat was installed off center from the toilet, Refael told me that it just "installs that way". I looked up installation instructions and his sub was able to fix. Water was seeping from between the tub and slab of quartz coming from inside the wall with a pinkish brown color. I wiped it away multiple times and it started coming through again. The stone wasn't sealed properly and leaked into the wall. They just added more silicone and the brownish pink water damage continued seeping through the white caulk and had to be redone again. The shower head was leaking between the downspout and the shower head. The temperature on one of the walls only got to a lukewarm and the tub wasn't level. In the end, I gave up on a multiple things when I brought them up and they didn't get addressed. I asked them to stop work, sent final payment and brought in another contractor to finish the detail and rip apart the entire tub stone and tile to level the tub and get the fixtures lined up correctly. read more

I have waited a year after Element left our job to write this review. It was such a painful experience that I didn't want to relive it, and we are still busy rectifying mistakes and discovering new ones. I now see a warning on Yelp that their reviews are being flagged as fake, and their Houzz profile is suspended, so hopefully they've been outed. I will highlight our issues along the way, which are impossible to list in totality. Our designer repeatedly failed to show up with a design, and finally ghosted us. We were assured that we would have an experienced designer assigned to our project, but that ultimately never materialized. We quickly began to see our project manager, Sean, as equally incompetent and untruthful as he incorrectly ordered the kitchen cabinets, not once, twice, or three times, but FIVE times. He was blaming the cabinet supplier, meanwhile I was communicating with them directly, and he couldn't keep his story straight to either of us. Every time the cabinets arrived at our house, I had to go thru and physically check each one to ensure we had the correct number and size. Sean never caught his own mistakes here. This caused month long delays again. He was, however, eager to get the quartz slabs picked out during this time, so we got that done, and those sat in a warehouse for months while we waited for the cabinets to get resolved. Once the fabricator was ready to get to work, he let us know that we only had 5 slabs and would need 8 to complete the job. We rushed around to return the existing slabs and pick out a new batch, which come installation day, *still* wasn't enough. The disconnect between Element and their hired construction crews was insurmountable, and I resorted to communicating directly with the constructions guys. Francisco saved us many times by catching mistakes in material, ordering errors, size inconsistency. More delays were incurred as Element refused to pay the constriction crew to fix mistakes that were a result of Sean, which laid bare their company's cash flow issue. Once the cabinets were finally installed, it was time to paint them. A whole ordeal in and of itself, the cabinets were primed and painted in one day. Five days later, the paint was already peeling off. They were repainted two more times, and now 10 months later they look like they're 20 year old cabinets, peeling off, rubbed raw at some places, and cracking at seams. Because of their unimaginable lack of planning, and ability, and expertise, so so many things were missed. When it was time to install the garbage disposals, there was no electricity nearby; when the dishwasher was put in, there was not enough space for the pipes; when the existing fridge was put back in, there was no water run to it for the ice maker; when baseboard and door casing were put in, doors were nailed shut and floors damaged; when a small entertainment center was installed, it sagged immediately; when custom false cabinet doors were put on, they were too long; when tile was installed in the bathroom, it was done incorrectly, then in an attempt to fix it, tiles were chipped and just put back on; wall texture was sprayed all over new appliances, floors, and fixtures and left for weeks such that some was never able to be removed. After we asked them to leave the job and made the final payment, there were many lingering issues that we hired a crew to address separately. In the end, we hired an inspector, and discovered ten more issues with the work, including electrical work that was not up to code (and eventually led to our panel catching fire), and plumbing work that was not up to code. When our standalone ice maker was not draining a few months later, we hired a plumber to take a look. While under the house, he discovered that our new sink was not connected to anything. Meaning that the drain was not connected to any piping. Nothing. The drain from the sink was simply dumping water under our house, soaking the piling and beams. This just sums up this company: sloppy, grossly negligent, extremely dishonest. read more

We talked with several potential construction companies to find a company who could take on our construction project at our house in San Jose. The plan was to extend and fully remodel our kitchen and we ended up hiring Refael who was the construction manager and supervisor. As this wasn't a small project, I was very picky when searching for a construction company. Refael made a great impression on me. In addition to offering customer referrals and arranging a meeting at one of his construction sites with Jason, who was a current customer and who was kind enough to let me visit. At that meeting I was able to meet with the construction team and see their work for my own eyes. I was overly impressed with them. The construction site was organized, clean and the work was very detailed. After talking with Jason, the property owner, I was certain that I wanted to work with Element Home remodeling. Before starting the construction, we worked with the company's architects and engineers on creating a plan which was approved by the city with no problems. We also worked with Allen the company's designer. After meeting with him and going over all the details, he created a beautiful 3D design for our project. He also, met with us and helped with choosing materials. We started the construction in no time, and the company sent a team of hardworking respectful and responsible guys. That's when Refael, did his magic and really came through. He provided excellent customer service and immediately took action with any issues that came up. Its important to note that not everything was perfect, but I knew that every large construction project can have some setbacks. The important part that whenever something occurred, they took care of it. It's been a while since we completed the work. Once we knew that Sean and his team were available, we contacted Element Home Remodeling and hired them for our home remodel and kitchen extension. Customer service was fantastic. Our team included an architect and two designers, in addition to a remodeling crew who performed the work. We had to obtain permits before we could start with the work This took some time, but Element Home Remodeling took care of that for us which was nice. Sean was a real professional. He and the remodeling crew started working at our home shortly after we received the permit. During the work, It felt like everything was in order and everyone knew what they were doing. In addition, Sean kept us in the loop of things. All our questions were always promptly addressed, and he was totally there whenever needed. Staying within the project timeline was a bit of an issue. This wasn't a typical home remodel, but the project took longer than we originally planned. This might be because of COVID or the fact that the remodeling team were very detailed. When thinking back on the entire process and considering the quality of work and the beautiful results, Element Home Remodeling gave us a 5-star experience.
