We recently hired Valley Boutique Builders for our first major home renovation - our master bathroom. With it being our first, we got several quotes from different businesses and ultimately decided on Valley Boutique for several reasons. The biggest reason we chose them was that they were a referral from a previous customer in my mom's group. She said the communication throughout the project was excellent as well as their follow through on their promises. And this is indeed true. I worked directly with Ido and Noa for project planning and project design. They truly helped bring our vision to life! Their crew was excellent and the work was done expertly. Wholeheartedly refer them for home renovations! read more

My kitchen remodeling experience was terrific. From the initial consultation to the final results, the remodeling team demonstrated professionalism and expertise. They listened to my ideas and provided valuable insights to create a kitchen that perfectly suits my needs and style. The attention to detail in the design, such as the carefully chosen fixtures and finishes, has elevated the overall look and feel of the space. Ofir, which is the owner & designer of the company, took personal care of our project. The remodel has made my kitchen more functional, with improved storage options and a more efficient layout. I am extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Valley Boutique Builders for a transformative home upgrade. read more

I reached out to them to remodel my powder room, it was a small job but they still took care in renovating it. They were the second lowest bid I got and I was impressed by their cleanliness and tidiness of the crew. The foreman Arturo and his team were great, so much attention to detail. Ido and Noa were great to work. They executed my ideas the way I wanted. Even though the project took longer than expected It turned out fantastic. read more

We could not be happier with our new kitchen! From beginning to end, they made the process as smooth and simple as it could be. There were definitely some bumps in the road, mostly with the city and permits, but Roi took on our project himself and ensured that all promises were kept. It's like we have a brand new home and we are so happy to finally have it done. We highly recommend VBB for all of your remodel needs! read more

For our home addition, we were introduced to Valley Boutique Builders by our designer. Throughout the project, project manager Roi Omer was great to work with. He was very responsive and communicative the entire time - which is normally so rare to find. His crew was also extremely professional and courteous to deal with - especially the foreman, Daniel, who always had a smile on his face. We have an older house, and inevitably there were some glitches due to the age of the structure - which initially had us pretty concerned. However, we discussed things with Roi, and he solved the issues in a cost-effective manner. Everything turned out great for the addition. Roi promised quality, and the quality of the construction met our expectations. My only advice would be just to make sure you understand what is included and not included in the project - e.g., in our case HVAC was not included, which wasn't made clear until at the point installation was needed. We would definitely recommend using Valley Boutique Builders, especially for the balance between quality and price. read more

I have been working with Roi Omer from Valley Boutique Builders on a residential renovation project over the past couple of months. Roi performed excellent work on our bathrooms remodel from the initial consultation to the completion of the project. Roi and the rest of the Valley Boutique Builders team have been outstanding from the start of the project. They provided us with a competitive quote, and have worked with us closely on all aspects of the project from end to end. Sal has been responsive and easy to work with, which helps as we had to work through numerous surprises along the way. We are pleased with the remodeled bathroom, functional and clean just as we hoped. My husband and I highly recommend Valley Boutique Builders. read more

We just finished a 400 sqft addition to our house. The beginning stages of this project were a bit overwhelming for us because we had to do extensive research in order to hire the perfect team that met our needs. We had interviewed many companies & were left with two at the end (one of them being Valley Boutique). What differentiated Valley & the other company was their attention to detail. From the first meeting, Roi & Ofir, the owners, were very attentive to our wants and needs. They sat down with us to discuss many details of the projects that we were unaware of that the other company did not offer. We had our own dedicated project manager who assigned a dedicated crew to my project. I really appreciated it, it gave me peace of mind knowing that I wasn't going to have different workers going in and off my property. The project manager handled everything from beginning to end leaving me room to take a quick vacation without having to worry. The design team, the construction crew, the organization, the attention to details, the patience and the professionalism made our project process smoother than we could ever have imagined. We will definitely be working with Valley Boutique on any of our future projects & we'll be recommending them to our friends & family. Thank you again Roi & Ofir. read more

When I set out to remodel my Jack & Jill bathroom and install a pocket door in it, I got quotes from 4 contractors. I met with Valley Boutique Builders because of the photos of their work and positive reviews I saw. They had a small number of reviews though, which gave me pause but I still considered them. Ofir (owner/designer) came to provide my quote. She mentioned that she and her husband Roi (contractor) had been doing this kind of work (if memory serves) for about 5-yrs. & 8-yrs. respectively and just started their own business less than a yr. ago. This alleviated my concern about the small number of reviews and I was happy to support a small business. As a designer, Ofir had great vision and made a helpful suggestion to remove the extra sink/vanity that was outside my bathroom to add a linen cabinet in its place instead. This was a great idea since I rarely used that sink and it would provide better use of the space for me. I was pleased with the quote, but asked if I could get back to her because I still had an appt. with another contractor. She was willing to wait without trying to pressure me to sign with her and give a deposit on the spot as another company did. Valley Boutique Builders became the obvious choice when they offered the lowest price and the added value of Ofir's design services being included. Ofir estimated the work would take 4-6 weeks. They passed all 3 City inspections with no issues. In total, it took about 7-weeks but I did ask for some additional work in the home during the project so I think that was reasonable. I'm pleased with the results and would recommend them. At the same time, I believe in being fair and thorough when evaluating any service so I will also share the areas for improvement I saw. At times there were certain details that were overlooked, such as... -I was asked for a final walkthrough when 4 new doors they installed in the home weren't finished being painted yet. -An electrical outlet on the wall next to the extra sink/vanity that was removed was left in the same spot (at the height of a typical light switch) rather than being lowered to the standard height closer to the floor since it was no longer next to a sink/vanity. -Two small holes were accidentally created on the other side of the wall where the shampoo niche was installed (in another room). The repair for the holes was fine. However, the wall color on the spot that was repainted was of course noticeably different than the rest of the wall which was painted 5-yrs. ago. I could see that the painter tried to blend it but it ended up being a large spot about 2' x 3'. I regretted that I had to ask them to repaint the entire wall (w/ vaulted ceiling) but that was the only way to resolve the issue. -The grout for the tile on the linear drain looked different than the rest of the shower floor, so much so that I thought maybe they used another grout for that area. I told Ofir about this when she sent me a photo after it was first installed. She said it wasn't finished yet and that it would be taken care of. By the time Roi met with me for the final walkthrough, it was still the same though. He said the color variation was a normal result of slight differences in height of the penny round tiles and that it would wear off over time. I told him that didn't make sense to me because the rest of the shower floor had the same tiles. We continued with the walkthrough but after thinking about it some more, (and talking to a contractor friend), I told Roi I was happy with the work overall but I would not be happy with that as the final result in the shower. I told Roi that a contractor friend of mine said it could've been grout haze that happens with newer grouts that have sealer already mixed in instead of water. My friend said that Cement Grout Haze Remover should remove most of it and that the rest would likely come out over time but it's difficult if it's not removed right away because the sealer in the grout is meant to repel water. With that, I asked Roi to bring some Cement Grout Haze Remover over. He sent his crew to take care of it and it's better now. I would've preferred if I didn't have to bring these things to their attention to be corrected. However, Roi did take care of them. -I suggested to Roi that clients who are not living in their home during renovations (as in my case) should receive photos daily, ideally even before the crew leaves for the day. This way, I could've brought things to their attention right away to resolve them immediately rather than having to bring certain workers back after their portions of the project were thought to have been completed. This is not to say that I never received updates or photos but it wasn't always every single day. Some of the issues were things I saw when I went to my home on weekends to check on the progress myself. All that being said, I am still pleased with the end results and would work with them again. read more

We wanted to remodel our master's bathroom and powder room, and we decided to work with Noa and Ido from Valley Boutique Builders after interviewing a number of contractors. The Valley Boutique Builder Team was very professional and on-time, and their build crew did very clean and meticulous work. This crew identified issues before we noticed, and when problems came up, Noa, Ido, and their team would give us a number of choices for solutions. Noa helped a lot with choosing the right materials, from tiles, fixtures, to paint colors. The project was well-managed, and communications were very good. We are very pleased with the results. I really needed a trustworthy contractor, and I'm lucky to have chosen Valley Boutique Builders. Roi was in charge of my project, which was a complete kitchen renovation, including the bathrooms and flooring throughout the house. I'm thankful to have chosen Roi, Ofir, and their team, all of them are so hardworking and dedicated. They kept me updated throughout my project and answered any questions I had along the way. I didn't have to stress about anything, everything was handled amazingly. They took care of this project as if it were their own home. Ofir took care of the design; I have a pretty small kitchen and wanted to be a farmhouse; she also helped me to redesign a few rooms in the house. We created a design board, and she invested much time in my dream house. I am very picky, and she came up with unique ideas to make my dreams come true. I spoke to a lot of companies out there, but trust was my main priority when looking. Thank you Valley Boutique team, and thank you, Roi and Ofir, I appreciate the integrity of your firm read more

We were contacted by so many contractors that it got overwhelming at one point, so it took us a while to find our contractor. At the end we decided to go with Roi and his team because they offered everything we were looking for. We did 3 bathrooms and a kitchen remodel, so it consisted of us needing a contractor and an architect. Valley boutique offered both architectural and construction services in house which was exactly what we needed. We started with the design and then moved onto signing contracts for our project. We had to renovate a big portion of our house but Roi made sure we were in excellent hands. The end results for our finished material was amazing as well. We did all the shopping before hand which I loved! Ofir, their interior designer was very patient throughout the whole process and was very careful with every detail. She took me to different showrooms and vendors and guided me in the right direction. We did not start my project until all finished material was selected which made the construction process that much faster for all of us. I was also dedicated a special group of team members that worked from beginning to end. I really appreciated that Roi took the time to designate a team to my project instead of having different workers in and out of my house. I've had a bad experience like that before with a different company and did not want to go through that again so I'm very thankful this experience was different. I would highly recommend them & will definitely be having them work on any future projects I may have. read more

Our project consisted of a complete kitchen remodel. At first we were apprehensive about going through the process again because we had just finished a renovation project on our bathrooms with a different contractor, and had a pretty bad experience. This time I decided to really do my homework before moving forward with any company. I explained my concerns with Valley Boutique & they reassured me by sitting down with me & really explaining to me their process of work. I also read reviews, asked for references, & even got the chance to check out job sites in person (this really gave me a peace of mind). I was really impressed with the company. What really caught my eye about them is that they are family owned. They are more hands on compared to other companies. Doing daily check-ins, answering any questions/concerns I had right away, & guiding me in the right direction when it came to material selection, making sure I stayed within my budget. Everyone in valley boutique is really detail oriented, which is something I was looking for. Quality top work is what you will end up with. I'm so happy & pleased with my new kitchen. My wife and I recently contracted with Valley Boutique Builders, Inc. ("VBB") for purposes of remodeling our spare bedroom. We live in a beautiful hand crafted home and must be careful who we hire to assure they meet our detailed wishes. Our project concerned the decision to update the room as our children who once occupied it are now grown and out of the house. Particular as we are, the vetting process (so to speak) began. Rapport is everything to us. We made our final decision to hire VBB based on the outstanding reviews of past customers as well as their and work-product. The Project Manager Ido personally came to our home on a date and time convenient for us to inspection the project. We especially appreciated his professionalism, honesty, knowledge and advice regarding the services his company offers. Shortly thereafter, we received VBB's bid to perform the work and we immediately hired the company. Ido's hands-on management of the work crew was great! All conditions of the contract were accurate and fulfilled timely and spot-on as the job progressed. Ido is a great listener! During our meetings, he brought up design concepts we had not considered and ended up embracing. We now have a beautiful spare bedroom. The craftsmanship was so nice, that we are considering further upgrades to our home to be performed by VBB as well. We have recommend Valley Boutique Builders, Inc. to both family and friends and professional co-workers. This company is definitely worth contacting for your own projects. Thank you. read more

We just finished remodeling 2 bathrooms in our 1926 built home using Ofir and Roi, owners of Valley Boutique Builders and their team. We interviewed four construction firms before choosing VBB. We liked especially that they provided excellent design and function abilities as well as construction as part of their package. Ofir and Roi complemented each other well. Their builder team, led by Danny, was exceptional. He managed his hard-working staff efficiently, providing good design suggestions during the building process- and worked in a joyful way with his whole team. The extensive tile work was done by a talented tiler who understood the art of his work as well as it's function. Suggestions made by Ofir and Roy early in the design stage highlighted their creativity and experience working with bathroom spaces. In a bit more than 6 weeks we had two beautiful, yet more far more functional new bathrooms that we love. We highly recommend Ofir, Roy and Valley Boutique Builders. read more

Late last year (2022) we decided to remodel 2 bathrooms in our house. We contacted many contractors, but some of them were not available for a long time or gave very high estimates, or wanted to force us to do work we did not think was necessary. At the time San Jose Building department had a big backlog for inspections, and we had travel plans for the beginning of 2023, which further delayed our project. Finally, after coming back from the trip we found Valley Boutique Builders company. They gave us estimate that satisfied us, promised acceptable time frame and we signed contract with them. After that everything went very smoothly. They helped us to find and buy materials to our satisfaction, the crew started work right on time, finished the first bathroom on time promised, started work on the second bathroom right away and finished it a few days ahead of schedule. A big difference from experience our friends had when they signed up with a different company, that demolished their bathroom and disappeared for more than a week before continuing work. Valley Boutique Builders does not work that way! The crew was competent, did a good quality job. Roi and Ofir were very attentive to our requests and did their best to satisfy them. When after they painted the first bathroom and we didn't like the color, although we chose it, they repainted the bathroom with different paint. Of course, we paid for the other paint, but it was a very satisfying experience. Now, 5 months later, there are no problems with the bathrooms, they still look good, and we are glad that original delays led us to choose Valley Boutique Builders. read more

My new bathroom is beautiful. Roi and Ofir were easy to work with and the work crew was top notch.

I've done half a dozen major remodeling projects over the last 30 years. The kitchen remodel I just completed with Valley Boutique Builders was by far the best experience I've ever had. Every step of the way, the team at Valley Boutique did exactly what they said they would do when they said they'd do it. That might sound simple, but this is the first time I've ever seen it done. I was quoted seven weeks from start to finish. My kitchen was done in six. Every day I'd be told who would be showing up at my house the next day and what they'd be doing, and every single workday in those six weeks, the crew showed up exactly on time, did their work, cleaned up the site, and left on time. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it, right down to the smallest building code requirement. We never failed an inspection. Every person in the company that I worked with was friendly and professional. My only advice for working with Valley Boutique is this: make sure you've got all your finish materials on-site before the job starts. You might think you can select and then source materials while they work, but you'll be amazed at how quickly they move. Help them by having all your choices made, and you'll put yourself in position for the best remodel you've ever experienced. read more
