I (regretfully) did not end up moving forward with them on this project, but wanted to write a review because I was so thoroughly impressed with my interactions with Doron. Doron was the first contractor that I spoke with about my project, and was by far the best experience that I had. He took the time to really look at my space, listened to my needs and specific requests, and gave great suggestions on how I could improve it. After taking measurements he sat down with me for over an hour patiently answering all of my questions. This was my first time considering a major remodel and he was great at anticipating where I would need guidance. He also showed me various completed projects in his portfolio and I was so impressed with the quality of his work. I could tell that he really takes pride in his team and his craftsmanship. Doron was able to provide me with an initial quote on the same day as our consultation. I ended up with further questions and changes, and he graciously set up a zoom call with me to address them the following day. Out of all the contractors that I spoke with, Doron stuck out for being the most passionate about his work and also the most detail oriented. I really appreciated his honesty with me about what I could reasonably expect. As this was my first project, I didn't have a good idea on what to expect regarding costs. We've always hated our upstairs bathroom. 12 years of dragging our feet until this spring when we finally interviewed contractors. All seemed competent, all had good reviews. Went with Doran, Pinot, and Method Remodeling because we had a good feeling - honestly the best decision we made relative to this home. (They also converted our loft to a bedroom at the same time - we long debated that decision as well.) They showed up every single day including weekends. Communication was impeccable. Always knew the plan. I work from home and they worked around my important calls when I needed quiet. Frankly Doran and team feel like part of our extended family now, they're just great people who really took good care of us. We loved the work so much that before they finished upstairs we said hey, we have extra tile we love and this downstairs powder room we ain't crazy about either. They did that too - 6 days! The quality is what stands out most. There were things that had to be redone but honestly I think Doran was more critical of the work than we were! So happy with where this ended up. I cannot say enough good things about Doron and Method Remodeling. From our very first phone call, I could tell that Doron was a trustworthy and reliable person. He expected that I would be getting multiple quotes for the job, offered to put me in touch with other clients of his to hear honest references, and didn't apply any undue pressure on me to make a decision. I felt very comfortable moving forward with Method Remodeling, and I'm very happy about the results. Doron came to my home to look at the project, and then generated a quote. We were responsible for the cost of finishing materials, like tiles and paint, while his costs covered all the construction materials and skilled labor. He also offered to put us in touch with an interior designer, who could be hired for an additional cost to design our space. We opted not to use a designer, since I had my own idea. Even though my project didn't require one, it is good to know that Doron is in touch with professionals who can do that work too. Method Remodeling redid my shower, moved the washer and dryer hookups and installed overhead cabinetry in my laundry room, and poured a cement pad in my backyard for a shed. All of the work was completed faster than expected, about 2.5 weeks from start to finish. I want to give a big thank you to Alfonso and Margarito, who did an incredible job tiling my shower. They were very clever about not wasting tiles, and they checked for waterproofing at every step. If you want something fun and colorful done, call Method Remodeling. They do a great job with the standard monotone style that is popular lately, AND they can knock it out of the park on more creative projects. You can trust them to show up on time and clean up after themselves. They are transparent about pricing, and their quote ended up being exactly what we paid. We recently had the pleasure of working with Method Remodeling on a complete guest bathroom creation, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was a breeze, thanks to the seamless communication and professionalism of the entire team. We were able to complete our project in about a month's time and stayed within scope/budget for the entire project. Doron, the owner of Method Remodeling, was our main project manager/general contractor. From the get go, Doron was honest and upfront about pricing and realistic about the suggestions of our project. We interviewed probably about 20-30 companies and Doron was one of the few that gave us a quote immediately and even came back a couple times with his team to evaluate our project more closely. The communication throughout the project was outstanding, and we always felt informed about the progress. Their team was not only skilled and efficient but also remarkably friendly, creating a positive and stress-free atmosphere during the entire remodel. I also appreciated that Doron has a tech background so he uses a software platform where his clients can easily track the status of the project. In deciding to do a full kitchen remodel I got 5 quotes. When I called Doron, the owner of the company, he explained the whole process to me over the phone...when deciding who to go with, It came down to two. The other contractor wanted me to go out of the area to look at showrooms. Doron took me to all the show rooms and was so patient waiting for me to find the exact floor, counter top and backsplash that I wanted, I had something very definite in mind. Update since my last review: Kitchen...then the rest of the house! My remodeled kitchen is exactly what I wanted in terms of style and function but so much better! I'm amazed at what was achieved with no structural changes to the original layout of my very outdated and somewhat small kitchen. So I decided to go ahead with a refresh of the rest of my house. It's been completely transformed with no structural changes at all. Feels like new. Modern and gorgeous. I had a great experience working with Method remodeling. It took me a while to find a proper company to remodel my kitchen. From the first meeting with Ron, I knew the job will be done properly, communication was great all the way from the initial estimate to the completion of the job. Ron helped me to find the right materials for the right price, and helped with the entire design and permit process. The work itself was a great, workers were in every day from 9am to 6pm and a project that was estimated to take two and a half months was done in less than two months. Initially, we had some challenges getting the permit approved, but Ron was on top of everything, and was able to get the city to approve the plans quickly.
