I reached out to Method Remodeling to explore my options in remodeling 3 very outdated bathrooms in my home. I (regretfully) did not end up moving forward with them on this project, but wanted to write a review because I was so thoroughly impressed with my interactions with Doron. Doron was the first contractor that I spoke with about my project, and was by far the best experience that I had. He took the time to really look at my space, listened to my needs and specific requests, and gave great suggestions on how I could improve it. After taking measurements he sat down with me for over an hour patiently answering all of my questions. This was my first time considering a major remodel and he was great at anticipating where I would need guidance. He also showed me various completed projects in his portfolio and I was so impressed with the quality of his work. I could tell that he really takes pride in his team and his craftsmanship. Doron was able to provide me with an initial quote on the same day as our consultation. I ended up with further questions and changes, and he graciously set up a zoom call with me to address them the following day. Out of all the contractors that I spoke with, Doron stuck out for being the most passionate about his work and also the most detail oriented. I really appreciated his honesty with me about what I could reasonably expect. As this was my first project, I didn't have a good idea on what to expect regarding costs. I didn't end up moving forward with Method Remodeling because of my budget, but would love to work with them in the future when I am better established. read more

We really appreciated working with Method. We have an old house and our bathroom was significantly outdated and had water damage. We were on a tight budget and Method worked with us to create something beautiful within that budget. Our bathroom is now the nicest room in our house! The things that I really appreciated about Method: Communication: weekly meetings, daily updates on the work. It was always clear where we were in the project. Honest and transparent pricing: I think there were several surprises along the way that another contractor would have upcharged us, but Doron often went the extra mile. Extra effort to fix whatever problems came up: All projects have their hiccups and I felt like Doron and his team made every effort to fix whatever came up and work with us to solve problems. read more

We didn't end up moving forward with our renovation due to a change of plans on our side, but I still wanted to leave a review because working with Method Consulting -- and with Doron specifically -- was one of the best contractor experiences I've had. From the very beginning, Doron stood out for his excellent communication, egregious level of organization, and genuine desire to help. He uses technology in a way that makes the planning process incredibly approachable, transparent, and easy to understand -- something you don't encounter often in this industry. His pricing was fair and thoughtfully detailed, and he was willing to go above and beyond during the assessment and planning phase, even knowing the project might shift. That level of integrity is uncommon. When the timing is right, we absolutely plan to work with Doron and Method Consulting. If you're looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and truly invested in getting it right, I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

We've always hated our upstairs bathroom. 12 years of dragging our feet until this spring when we finally interviewed contractors. All seemed competent, all had good reviews. Went with Doran, Pinot, and Method Remodeling because we had a good feeling - honestly the best decision we made relative to this home. (They also converted our loft to a bedroom at the same time - we long debated that decision as well.) They showed up every single day including weekends. Communication was impeccable. Always knew the plan. I work from home and they worked around my important calls when I needed quiet. Frankly Doran and team feel like part of our extended family now, they're just great people who really took good care of us. We loved the work so much that before they finished upstairs we said hey, we have extra tile we love and this downstairs powder room we ain't crazy about either. They did that too - 6 days! The quality is what stands out most. There were things that had to be redone but honestly I think Doran was more critical of the work than we were! So happy with where this ended up. All that's to say - highly recommended!! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Doron and Method Remodeling. From our very first phone call, I could tell that Doron was a trustworthy and reliable person. He expected that I would be getting multiple quotes for the job, offered to put me in touch with other clients of his to hear honest references, and didn't apply any undue pressure on me to make a decision. I felt very comfortable moving forward with Method Remodeling, and I'm very happy about the results. Doron came to my home to look at the project, and then generated a quote. We were responsible for the cost of finishing materials, like tiles and paint, while his costs covered all the construction materials and skilled labor. He also offered to put us in touch with an interior designer, who could be hired for an additional cost to design our space. We opted not to use a designer, since I had my own idea. Even though my project didn't require one, it is good to know that Doron is in touch with professionals who can do that work too. Method Remodeling redid my shower, moved the washer and dryer hookups and installed overhead cabinetry in my laundry room, and poured a cement pad in my backyard for a shed. All of the work was completed faster than expected, about 2.5 weeks from start to finish. I want to give a big thank you to Alfonso and Margarito, who did an incredible job tiling my shower. They were very clever about not wasting tiles, and they checked for waterproofing at every step. If you want something fun and colorful done, call Method Remodeling. They do a great job with the standard monotone style that is popular lately, AND they can knock it out of the park on more creative projects. You can trust them to show up on time and clean up after themselves. They are transparent about pricing, and their quote ended up being exactly what we paid. This was honestly an ideal remodeling experience, and we will be calling Doron for our future projects. read more

Method Remodeling transformed my old kitchen into a dream kitchen. Their work and staff were wonderful to have in my house. Everything is done exactly as I expected. Too bad I can only give them 5 stars. read more

I worked with Doron, Pinot, and Tal on a full kitchen remodel in Redwood City. It was a large and ambitious project which involved knocking down a wall and a full layout change. We were extremely pleased with the result. They worked with us on a detailed plan to ensure that everything was to our liking. Their designer went above and beyond to make sure our wants were addressed. Throughout construction, they were very communicative and finished most milestones ahead of schedule. They also were responsive to follow ups to fix minor things that we found. We had a great experience with our kitchen remodel and will definitely use them for future projects. read more

Method Remodeling's projects seemed similar to my bathroom remodel, so I asked Ron, the owner, to meet with me to discuss the project and provide a bid. The pricing was very competitive and I worked with Method's team on the design, materials and drawings. They processed the permit, provided construction updates and the finished work is excellent. We'll definitely call Method on next project,a kitchen remodel. read more

We recently had the pleasure of working with Method Remodeling on a complete guest bathroom creation, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was a breeze, thanks to the seamless communication and professionalism of the entire team. We were able to complete our project in about a month's time and stayed within scope/budget for the entire project. Doron, the owner of Method Remodeling, was our main project manager/general contractor. From the get go, Doron was honest and upfront about pricing and realistic about the suggestions of our project. We interviewed probably about 20-30 companies and Doron was one of the few that gave us a quote immediately and even came back a couple times with his team to evaluate our project more closely. The communication throughout the project was outstanding, and we always felt informed about the progress. Their team was not only skilled and efficient but also remarkably friendly, creating a positive and stress-free atmosphere during the entire remodel. I also appreciated that Doron has a tech background so he uses a software platform where his clients can easily track the status of the project. I could easily see the gantt chart of all the necessary tasks and dependencies. In addition, I know he also has daily standups with his team so he is always informed about the progression of the projects. We ended up having a surprise obstacle on our bathroom creation and we were not able to proceed with the original layout we wanted. Thanks to Doron and team for their creative solutions, we were able to work around the obstacle and still deliver a beautiful bathroom! Despite this new surprise, we did not have to change our scope or increase the budget. Doron also offered valuable suggestions on products and materials and suggestions on local suppliers. I actually ended up finding my own local store to source our bathroom tiles and Doron even met up with us to see the tiles and helped us choose grout colors. What set this experience apart was the fact that we didn't have to micromanage the project. Doron and his team took care of every aspect, allowing us to focus on our daily lives without unnecessary stress. If I had any issues or concerns, I would text Doron and he would respond immediately that it would get taken cared of. He would also patiently explain or clarify things if I didn't understand or if I just wanted to learn more. Doron would visit our home every week to ensure that everything was progressing smoothly and to address any questions or concerns we had. We're really happy with the project and our experience with Method Remodeling was nothing short of fantastic. They turned what could have been a stressful endeavor into a seamless and enjoyable process. We now have a stunning, modern guest bathroom that not only meets but exceeds our expectations. If you're looking for a reliable, communicative, and skilled contractor for your next project, look no further than Method Remodeling. We wholeheartedly recommend them and are grateful for the exceptional service they provided. We will definitely use them again for future projects! read more

In deciding to do a full kitchen remodel I got 5 quotes. When I called Doron, the owner of the company, he explained the whole process to me over the phone...when deciding who to go with, It came down to two. The other contractor wanted me to go out of the area to look at showrooms. Doron took me to all the show rooms and was so patient waiting for me to find the exact floor, counter top and backsplash that I wanted, I had something very definite in mind. Then the Friday before Monday start date I made changes to the layout. I felt bad, but he just said. "No problem we haven't started yet and I just want you to be happy". Again he was so patient. Then a week after the project was finished, he came back to check to make sure everything was the way I wanted. What a sweet, caring person to work with...I would do it again. Marlene T read more

Will definitely hire again for future projects. read more

I had a great experience working with Method remodeling. It took me a while to find a proper company to remodel my kitchen. From the first meeting with Ron, I knew the job will be done properly, communication was great all the way from the initial estimate to the completion of the job. Ron helped me to find the right materials for the right price, and helped with the entire design and permit process. The work itself was a great, workers were in every day from 9am to 6pm and a project that was estimated to take two and a half months was done in less than two months. Initially, we had some challenges getting the permit approved, but Ron was on top of everything, and was able to get the city to approve the plans quickly. Ron and his team in Method remodeling did a great job and I'm IN LOVE my new kitchen and wine bar! I highly recommend anyone that looks for a reliable contractor to call them. read more

After dreaming about remodeling my bathroom for months, I searched for "general contractor" and found these folks. Ron responded fast and was excellent with communication the whole time. The entire project took exactly as long as they predicted, which was a great surprise -- seems like all my friends doing similar work have dealt with delays and setbacks... but we were spared ALL of that! I've tiled walls before and it's kind of an irritating process... I am SO glad I hired these folks. They did a perfect job, the walls look outstanding. Sometimes I just stand around in my bathroom just staring at how good it all looks. Excellent work. I have already recommended them to two friends. read more

Update since my last review: Kitchen...then the rest of the house! My remodeled kitchen is exactly what I wanted in terms of style and function but so much better! I'm amazed at what was achieved with no structural changes to the original layout of my very outdated and somewhat small kitchen. So I decided to go ahead with a refresh of the rest of my house. It's been completely transformed with no structural changes at all. Feels like new. Modern and gorgeous. Here's a recap of my kitchen, dining room, living room and bedrooms project experience: -Value: Excellent based on mid-range cost for premium level project management and high quality of work. The kitchen especially looks much more expensive than it was due to the skilled workmanship and really smart suggestions from Doron and his team. -Project execution: Very professional from beginning to end. Doron, the general contractor/owner, was very hands on with project progress and solutioning challenges. -Communication: The project mgr, Pinot, was available for my many questions or if I wanted to meet with him for a progress walkthrough. -Stress level: Relatively low other than being without a kitchen during the project. Once the materials were here and the design details were set, there were questions for me here and there but other than that I just had to get out of their way and let them work. -Customer Service: This is the best thing about Method for me. I came in with very high expectations and don't hold back on critical feedback or concerns and can say I never got pushback or attitude in response - I got solutions. Doron sets the customer service standard for his team; he genuinely cares that his clients are happy with the outcome of their project and goes above and beyond. read more

I reached out to four contractors for bids, and he was the only one who came through. He's a really pleasant person as well!

We just had our first experience with remodeling our kitchen. The value we got from choosing Method Remodeling far exceeded my expectations. Doron did a fantastic job meeting with us to patiently understand our requirements, offer new ideas and suggestions.
