I reached out to about 10 contractors for quotes and Juan's bid was in the mid-range. From the first walk-through, he was knowledgable and asked questions to help me understand what my options are. Unlike some others, he was never pushy and that made me feel more comfortable about working together going forward. He estimated that the entire project (leveling the backyard, building a short wall, French drain, and adding gravel) would take 2 weeks and they finished ahead of schedule. I am so happy to finally have a usable, outdoor space! If I ever want to do more with the hill, I will use KB Landscape for sure.

The crew installed all the plants, decomposed granite, and irrigation perfectly. Our architect also commented that she really liked the crew and that Juan in particular was very knowledgeable. Not to mention Juan is just a really nice guy and was open to the small changes we had to make as we were doing installation. In total it took three weeks to complete the entire project. His crew was great and Juan also works with them, he doesn't just only project manage. He was here all day nearly every day with the crew. It's a small company but they do great work, pay attention to detail like grading, and clean up after themselves every day. They did such a good job, after he finished we asked him to help redo a fence later as well and also continue to come biweekly to maintain the yard.

Work began on time, with fully-equipped demo crews. Progress was swift: demolition, grading, drainage, pavers, fence, and pergolas took about 4 weeks. Project supervisors were in touch regularly to let us know what was coming up for the week - even letting us know there would be a lull for a few days when material was held up. Love the end result, would recommend.

Eric himself was professional, incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. It's clear he cares about the quality of the work, and he's not there to just "do a job" that you paid him to do. He'll make sure to ask questions and clarify things if he's unsure, and he'll look out for things that you won't have thought of, or suggest improvements. All of this was also done at a very fair price, and it was clear the team were doing things properly from getting a level foundation, laying down base rock, and cutting and laying pavers. Once we decided, Eric and his team got us scheduled in and he kept in touch with updates for me the whole time. He was always available if my parents had questions or wanted to tweak anything. Mid-project, my parents decided to change the color of the pavers (definitely a big ask), but Eric was really accommodating and made it happen before the rain started. I know it caused some inconvenience and even delayed another project, but he was understanding and didn't make it feel like an issue at all for them. My parents have been really happy with their yard and everything has held up great. I've even reached out for an estimate for my own yard this time! Overall, great experience and I'd definitely recommend Paverscaping.

However, when I was a kid, my dad would take me with him to the hardware store, and I would get a lollypop while he and whomever from behind the counter would wander around looking for an eyebolt or the right shade of caulk. Giulio- who I assume is the owner, is easily 10 years older than my mom, who lives in the assisted living up the street. My mom can't be bothered to go to the chair yoga we're paying for, but Giulio went to work. He's not totally mobile, but he knows his s#!t. Whenever I come in, he or whoever else is behind the counter is happy to chat through my issue and suggest something. It's not a Home Depot- so they may not have what you're looking for every time- but they have a lot of things, and it makes me happy to know my money is staying local. Also, side story: One day during the summer, it's like 90, and I am behind a contractor who's getting a bunch of stuff - lumber, rocks...I don't know- but he's paying for it, and he grabs some water bottles for him and his crew and puts them on the counter. Giulio totals him up and says a number; the guy says, "Oh, don't forget these waters". Giulio says, "The town where I come from in Italy has the best water in the world, and it flows right off the mountain. If my father knew I was charging people for water, he'd come back from the dead and strike me down. Those are free." C'mon. How can you not go here first?

I recently hired Masterful Construction for a home renovation that included roofing, exterior paving, and a new BBQ area. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their work. Their roofing team impressed me the most. They faced some challenges with the old structure of my house, but they handled it professionally. They even finished a day earlier than scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise. The new roof looks great and seems to be holding up well against the recent rains. The paving work was good, but not without its hiccups. There were a couple of miscommunications about the design I wanted, but once I pointed it out, they were quick to make the necessary adjustments. Our bathroom is very small, so the job required removing the commode and vanity. They are absolutely the best I've seen at removing and replacing without scarring anything! I (regretfully) did not end up moving forward with them on this project, but wanted to write a review because I was so thoroughly impressed with my interactions with Doron. Doron was the first contractor that I spoke with about my project, and was by far the best experience that I had. He took the time to really look at my space, listened to my needs and specific requests, and gave great suggestions on how I could improve it. After taking measurements he sat down with me for over an hour patiently answering all of my questions. This was my first time considering a major remodel and he was great at anticipating where I would need guidance. He also showed me various completed projects in his portfolio and I was so impressed with the quality of his work. I could tell that he really takes pride in his team and his craftsmanship. Doron was able to provide me with an initial quote on the same day as our consultation. I ended up with further questions and changes, and he graciously set up a zoom call with me to address them the following day. Out of all the contractors that I spoke with, Doron stuck out for being the most passionate about his work and also the most detail oriented. I really appreciated his honesty with me about what I could reasonably expect. As this was my first project, I didn't have a good idea on what to expect regarding costs. I didn't end up moving forward with Method Remodeling because of my budget, but would love to work with them in the future when I am better established.

Overall, we're very happy with the final result and would definitely consider working with them again on a future project. The permitting process moved quickly, and the construction crew was skilled, communicative, and took pride in their work. We especially appreciated their attention to detail--things like aligning baseboards with the flooring pattern, carefully positioning shower fixtures, and making thoughtful finishing decisions that made a noticeable difference in the end result. As with most remodels, we ran into a few unexpected issues once construction began. To their credit, the team addressed these problems quickly and professionally, although they did contribute to some delays in the overall timeline. If I could offer one piece of advice to future clients, it would be to double- and triple-check every measurement and design detail before construction starts. Make sure everything is exactly how you want it and that all dimensions are aligned with your expectations. Most of the challenges we encountered ultimately stemmed from design and measurement discrepancies rather than the construction itself. Overall, we're pleased with the quality of the work, appreciated the professionalism of the crew, and are enjoying the finished spaces.

After hiring a separate water/mold remediation, Unique Home came in to rebuild all of the damaged areas. Our Master Bathroom was taken down to the studs, so that room was a full remodel. The quality of their work is very high. Mike, our project manager, was unbelievably great. A strong communicator whose focus was on making us happy. He expertly guided us through a complicated process. Luis and his team did fantastic work. Great attention to detail. Looking at the 5 rooms today, you would never know how much damage there was. We were so pleased with the work that we ended up adding on to the project (rebuilt our tile walkway from the street). Their team worked for a month to restore the old hardwood, and worked with me and all my nitpicks without complaint. Months later, I noticed a spot that had been missed, and their team came out to repaint it. Then almost a year later, there was peeling in the joists from settlement of the house, and their team came out and fixed it at no additional cost. I highly recommend Noah and his team for any project you may have.

He was upfront on the costs and came the next day to do the repairs himself The support structure had some damage as well as a few other boards on our deck. So he fixed all of that while here and made sure all was safe to entertain guests. The stairs look amazing, and unless you knew, you can't tell they've been repaired ... they don't look like a "patch job". Upon finishing, he offered some suggestions to help prolong and maintain the life of our current deck to help it last until we're ready to replace it (which we know needs to be done). He explained different ways we may improvement it in the future depending on our budget. I would HIGHLY recommend him. He's honest and sincere in wanting to help his customers. I would definitely call him again and will be recommending him to anyone looking for an honest and affordable licensed contractor.
