We're absolutely delighted by the work Bryan and his crew did to widen our garage door. He was ahead of the game on supply chain issues and helped us time the start of the work to the arrival of the garage door. I was impressed at how fast they worked and how well they handled the issues with our old house (we needed to preserve the bricks to match the color, which could have been a problem if too many bricks broke during removal). At one point the alignment was a little bit off, and when we pointed it out they fixed it right away. I'm so glad with how the project turned out! read more

Bryan and his crew and subs remodeled our upstairs room, and it looks and functions great. Completely renovated our upstairs which was not done very well, added a full bath and walk in closet. Always transparent and professional, had great communication throughout. It was a costly project, but he worked with me on areas he felt could be saved on with different choices. I had an office build out that needed to be finished and Lynch Construction stepped in and got the job done for me in a timely manner. The previous builders left a horrible job to takeover as everything was off! The floor was uneven, the studs were off and the framing was inconsistent. That didn't seem to faze the guys at Lynch Construction as they simply corrected everything and moved forward with the project. Through out the the course of the project Bryan was a great help and never lost his patience with me as I myself lacked a lot of the experience required. Bryan, Brian and team were fantastic. We used them to completely replace an aging deck as well as eliminating support posts for our roofline (adding a support beam) to open up the view into our yard. Bryan and team are a small crew which I really liked. It meant that Bryan reviewed the plans and provided a reasonable quote but then was also doing a good portion of work on the project. Much different then other companies coming in and having an owner provide a quote and you never see them through the construction process. The communication was great and anything that came up in design or variations from the plans were discussed. They went above and beyond with our project. The plans called for the support beam to be held up by 2 support posts. As the team looked at the plans and the exterior wall (opening up a small area) they realized that the support beam could be placed on top of the exterior wall vs adding a support post. Came out much better than the plans and was an example of Bryan and team going above and beyond with the best outcome. Will definitely be using them again for future projects. read more

Bryan is only 26, but don't be fooled by his youth: he is a third generation contractor, who has been working since he was sixteen, so our bathroom remodel was his 222nd bathroom! His experience really shows, and he is extremely professional and responsive. he responds to texts and emails immediately, he starts each work day before 8, and he works on Saturdays. He made good suggestions about the job, and did everything he could to implement our vision. If not for delays with subcontractors we had already chosen (cabinetmaker and stone worker), the entire job would have been completed early. As a thoughtful accommodation to deal with that, he completed another smaller job he was doing for us early, so we'd at least have something completed. The only hiccup we experienced from any of his subcontractors was with his plumber, who had a family emergency midway through, causing a dramatic drop off in quality mid job. It is unlikely that this would happen again. Bryan always made sure any errors were corrected ASAP, and to our satisfaction. In previous remodels before we found Bryan, jobs were delayed for no reason, the subcontractors were mediocre at best, the contractors were sloppy about details, and unresponsive to boot. Bryan knows what he is doing, and is pleasant to work with. It is not easy to find a contractor like Bryan. You won't regret using him. read more

Bryan Lynch the owner of Lynch construction and his highly skilled manager who is also named Brian are a joy to work with. Both are very knowledgeable, take great pride in their work and are both wonderful people to have tramping through your house. They did a big deck remodel on my home which was not easy as it is three stories high in Back of my house which is on a hill. I love my deck and I get lots of compliments on it! Bryan is also very good at timely returning texts if you have any questions. The other Brian takes such pride in his work and doing such a consciousness job that you would think he was an owner too! I have worked with lots of construction people over the years as I have residential rental property and a commercial building in SF that I have owned and Managed for more than 30 years and I can't tell you what a pleasure it is to find a construction company where the principals are not highly skilled, honest, professional, but also just really nice people you enjoy being around. This past February I hired Lynch Construction to install a stone floor in the lobby of a Marina building. It was a complicated job in that the stone was cut in a pattern of many pieces and differing sizes, and the stone itself was of different thicknesses. This fact, coupled with the challenge of working in an active lobby area where a large number of tenants needed to be provided access, all while the job was progressing, provided quite a challenge. Bryan gave a very fair and competitve quote and carried out the work in a professional and expeditious manner. He showed up on time, cleaned the work area each day when finished, and delivered a final project that is absolutely stunning. Not only did he do a great job in laying out the pattern for symmetry, he had the foresight and skill to creatively mix and place the various stone pieces (light and dark) so as to achieve a random, yet well balanced composition of tones. I have received numerous complements on the quality and final appearance of the work and am extremely pleased with the result and experience.
