I hired Jackson and Ace to remodel our bathroom and to turn our family room closet into a laundry room last fall. They were able to start right away (once the permits were approved by city hall) and they were very responsive to calls and texts throughout the project. Their team did a great job with both rooms and the price was reasonable. They even did a lot of extra little jobs for me for no extra cost, like replacing some of our old outlets with modern outlets with USB-C ports, and helping me fix a ceiling light. They also hauled away some of our junk after we moved in since they were already hauling away construction material. Everyone on their team were nice, polite, and professional. If you are particular about your plans I would definitely check in on their work to make sure they are doing it how you want. I had to ask them to start over when they made the grout lines on the shower thicker than I wanted. Even then, they were happy to change it to how I wanted it, but it did add some extra time to the completion date. This review is long overdue, but I wanted to extend my gratitude and appreciation for Jackson and his junk removal service. JR Cleaning and Junk Removal is amazing! My housemates and I noticed that we needed to get rid of a lot of junk that we've been hoarding and this company made it so easy to clear our house. I was on Yelp trying to find junk removal companies who can clear out the back of our house quickly, efficiently, and by a certain deadline. One of our housemates were moving and we wanted to ensure that our Landlord doesn't think we're heavy hoarders. Upon finding junk removal companies, Jackson reached out to me super fast and stated that they could come over for a free estimate to see how much it would cost for the whole service. We agreed upon for him to come by on a Saturday. Saturday comes and Jackson informs me ahead of time that he's running a bit late due to a previous service he was doing and I loved the clear communication he gave me. He told me an hour or two in advance to ensure that he was still going to make it and give me an estimate. When he arrived, he examined the room that was filled with our household junk and it came out to be a reasonable price. He didn't push us to agree right there on the spot and he insisted that we can get back to him whenever I spoke with my housemates. When I spoke to my housemates, they all agreed that the price he quoted us was REALLY reasonable and very doable. That same night, I reached out to him and let him know that we were interested and if we could set up an appointment for a Saturday prior to my landlord coming over to inspect the house. He agreed and stated that he'll come. The day of the junk removal service, he asked if we would like the service to be earlier and I agreed to have him come earlier since I was done with my errands for the day. He came to the service around 3:30 PM instead of our 4:00-4:30PM time frame and I was super impressed by how fast he finished the service. It took him and his partner at least 20-30 minutes to complete everything. The back of the house was spotless and all of our junk was hauled away. Instead of paying so much for other Junk Removal Services, I'd definitely recommend scheduling something with this company. Super reasonable prices and they're so efficient! My friend refers JR to fix and upgrade my home. It has been a great pleasure working with JR and the team. They do the work in top quality and a professional manner. We firstly built trust in a project to install new concrete pier for floor joint support. They got the permit from the city quickly, and completed the work in a timely manner. Then I decided to continue working with JR for a 2nd project to install new luxury vinyl flooring. They put new subfloor and the new floor look very good! After the first 2 projects, I think JR has a reliable and responsible team. I specifically like working with Ace. Ace is always professional and he is a kind person to talk. He answered all my question in a detailed way. Therefore, I signed the 3rd big project to have a comprehensive upgrade to my home, including roof, electrical, mechanical systems, plumbing, garage and others. Ace and the team work very well on the 3rd project, and they also helped us in some additional work like remove the vines in the backyard. It is hard work to remove the old vines but they completed it beautifully. There was also a time the sink garbage disposal fell off from the sink.
