The team was hard working, considerate, and did quality work. I got 4 bids for this job. Eitan was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but I believe his pricing was fair and competitive and in the end of good value. His contract was comprehensive and the payment schedule was keyed by major job accomplishments. Eitan took care of obtaining the building permit from the county and was present at every inspection. The team started the job by covering all exposed floors and stairs in heavy paper that provided protection during demolition and construction. Eitan was on site almost everyday and was always available via text or phone. He went with us before construction to pick out materials or recommended suppliers. Eitan picked up all material that was purchased locally so I didn't have to worry about that. Eitan was flexible in that he was always ready to make minor changes, such as location of plugs, lights, and switches. He also had modifications made to the vanity that was about 1" to long for the space. It looks custom made for the space. Extra work was involved because we had a pocket door installed to replace a swinging door but it came out nice and we now have more usable space in the room. At completion the team removed all floor covering and left the job site looking good. Eitan estimated 3 weeks for the job and that's what it took. I would recommend Build the Bay to anyone looking for a quality team and a quality job.

Specifically what I appreciated is that he treated me with respect and would take the time to explain in layman's terms what was needed. (I'm not a construction pro by any means.) Eitan even shared a list of vendors that he has worked with in the past for materials and finishes, as well as a checklist to ensure I ordered all the finishing pieces in time. He would even be willing to review any products I was interested in to let me know if it was good quality. It's only normal for unexpected issues to come up during construction, and what was also great is how communicative Eitan and his team were with me. They would quickly let me know what the issue was, explain what my options were, the cost for each, and what those options would mean in the long run.
