I recently completed a kitchen renovation project with Feldman Construction. Transforming a 20x20 foot space with new plumbing and electrical. Installation of a European-style cabinets. The project included structural changes, such as the removal of a load-bearing wall to create an open-concept design between the living room and kitchen and installation of 12 foot sliding door. I contacted Feldman Construction after we got recommendations from family members and saw the positive reviews online, we had a great connection from the beginning. Ginadi was punctual and very responsive throughout the entire project. He worked with us to obtain permits from the city and started and ended the job in the agreed time frame. We added a master bedroom and bath (400 sqft), central heat and cooling system, new hardwood floors and recessed lighting throughout the house, large hallway closets, moved the existing bathroom to a new location, and painted inside and outside.
