The guys at Electronc ER really helped me out when I though my hard drive was toast! I brought it to another computer repair place that claimed they could recover my data and instead reformatted my drive completely! After waiting 6 years I finally mustered up enough courage to have Electronic ER have a chance at it. I wasn't expecting to get anything back so I felt I didn't have anything to lose. We had a kitchen fire and our insurance agent recommended Electronics ER and she explained how important it is to get the soot and smoke particles out of the computers. We had quite a few computers in rooms near the kitchen that needed to be cleaned professionally. We met with Jordan and his team who professionally cleaned some computers on the spot that we could not be without for weeks, the other computers were professionally wrapped and inventoried. We had something that had been taken that we needed back before the rest of the items and they happily arranged to bring that item back. Everyone on the team was great to work with. When the mass of computers were returned, they were boxed and marked so that we know what was being returned. The computers were reset up and we verified that everything worked correctly. I recently had the pleasure of working with Electronics ER and am VERY pleased. The staff was informative and professional. When they showed up they were friendly and well dressed. They walked me through each step of the process and made me feel very comfortable with what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. "Amazing...These guy and girls provided a service well over and above what I expected. They were called out by another vendor, which I honestly wasn't very impressed with (other companies service). But Electronic ER set the bar of customer service so high that maybe that's why it made another company which I tried look so bad !!! They came in, assessed the situation, put an estimate together took the items, and brought them back how they were. My experience with Electronic ER was great! They were called out by my insurance company to handle all of the disconnection and storage of my electronics while my house was being repaired during a flood. I was really blown away by the service. All of my electronics were wrapped with such care, they even labeled all the wires, ensuring me that everything would be reconnected properly when the job was finished. Fast forward two months and after all the work was complete, they returned everything and hooked it up better than before. They even tidied up my wiring so it is not such a rats nest anymore. I experience some water damage in our living room. I handle moving the furniture in different rooms, but I needed some one to handle my electronic. Great Company!!! I was very Impressed with the service that this company offered. I felt safe with the technicians from the beginning. They were always very informative and showed special care to my possessions while in their care. My technician had informed me of the special electronic cleaning methods that would occur before he and his partner had packed everything up . I was referred to Electronic ER by Christian Borthers water damage repair in San Diego, they came to my house took my 55 inches TV and 2 speakers and charged over $851 for a month of storage, they said the TV was in a storage facility with air conditioning, when they delivered the TV and the 2 speakers the TV came FILTHY full of dust in the stand and with some glue like spots in the stand. Their employees attitude is that they don't care much and the manager when I called apologized but that was it. I DO NOT RECOMMED THESE GUYS AT ALL, is a real reap off, even if it is an insurance claim I feel sorry for the insurance company, remember all of these claims come from the home owners policy. I give them no stars but since you have to put one that is what I have to do. read more

They are the worst especially the TV guy. He only connected one DVR, Roku and cable, that's it and I can not even change the channels because the remote was lost during the pack out/in. They did not even connect my receiver because they said it was never connected. Everything was working before pack out and now it is useless so I have to do it myself. read more

There are not too many companies nowadays who provide the service Patrick and his crew does. As an insurance adjuster, my goal is to help the homeowner get back to the way they were and when it comes saving electronics (stereo systems, multi media systems, etc), Electronic ER is the place. These guys get out there and pull all the electronics out, cleans them and then either leaves them on site with the homeowner or in some cases store them till the home is ready to have them reinstalled. Many of the remediation and restoration companies have learned to call Electronic ER when they need the experts to handle those large media systems rather than trying to do it themselves and then realize they do not know it all. What a great experience with these guys. So we had a small kitchen fire back in July due to some food being left on the stove (thanks honey!) and it left a really significant odor on everything downstairs, including my television, gaming consoles, and higher end speaker/stereo system. My insurance adjuster recommended electronic ER and they really delivered. Two technicians came out to our home and reassured my wife and I that everything would be ok. The technicians then disconnected everything (photographing and labeling wires along the way) and packaged everything up very thoughtfully and carefully. They just finished bringing everything back yesterday after the repairs in my house were done and they look great. You can't even tell that they had been exposed to fire or smoke, and more importantly there is no odor at all remaining. I certainly hope we don't have to go through anything like this again, but if we did I would definitely trust Electronic ER with my valuables. read more
